I thought this tea was great. I was a little apprehensive since I don't like things like red hots, but this had the perfect amount of cinnamon for me. And I'm not always a clove and orange fan either, but they were balanced very well to bring out the best of all the flavors. I might buy this one for my mom who loves cinnamon tea, though she likes more of a punch of flavor than I do. I would buy it for myself, but I have way too much tea at the moment. I'll definitely put it on my wish list though. Tasted as part of The CommuniTea.

★★★☆☆

Surprisingly lacking in cinnamon flavor for as intensely scented as it is out of the bag.

★★★★☆

This is a nice tea for a cold day. My Communitea packet seemed to have all ingredients accounted for, but the orange was drown out by the cinnamon.

After running after the kiddos all day, I realized it was December 1st, and my first day back in the communiTEA! I had just steeped chocolate truffle, and poured some more water in the kettle upon the realization. The scent in the pouch was absolutely fantastic! I enjoyed this tea, but I have to say, I was definitely expecting more spice. Maybe some ginger would help? I doctored mine up with a little honey and cream, and I think I enjoyed it more once it was just warm. It's a nice afternoon cup of tea on our snowy day here, but I think some of the other teas I've had have been spicier.

★★★★★

I wanted to try this and was kind of afraid to. It was in my CommuniTea December box and wow I was missing out! I love the strong cinnamon flavor but it’s not overpowering. Nice and smooth from start to finish. I will have to Oder some now.

★★★☆☆

Weirdly weak for how strong it smells. I liked it more than I expected, but it's really not either Tea-y enough or spicy enough to be a standout.

★★★★★

Just like a fireball 🍬 candy! So good! I don't always like cinnamon teas, so I was a little hesitant, but as soon as a drop hit my tounge I was hooked.

★★★☆☆

I should have looked on the communitea board before opening, cause powdered cinnamon went up in a cloud when I poured it into the infuser. The flavor at first was warming and tasty. No orange notes that i could detect however. At the bottom, all that cinnamon kind of settled and I got a whopping mouthful that was not pleasant at all. Maybe if I was to have an additional paper filter that would decrease that left over cinnamon, not sure I'll buy this again

I was really concerned when I saw the amount of ground cinnamon/cinnamon dust that ended up in my Communitea packet, but the flavor is actually very nice! Strong, warm cinnamon. It isn't particularly spicy on my tongue, but it's a nice, cinnamon-forward spiced fragrance that translates well into the drinking experience.

★★★★★

Very nice cinnamon fall tea. I wouldn't have picked this tea for myself, but it is very nice.

★★★☆☆

If you liked Atomic Fireballs candy growing up, here is a mellower tea version of that cinnamon flavor. Its that initial flavor when you place the atomic fireball on your tongue before the tears and burning burst forth, that is the best way I can describe this cup. I sampled this Tea as part of the CommuniTEA December box.

I have always worried if this would be too strong, but I am glad I finally get to try it! It definitely has more of that cinnamon kick, than the normal teas with cinnamon as an ingredient. It reminds me a bit of Big Red gum, but in a yummy way. I bet added a touch of creamer would make this a really nice after dinner tea. I brew at 190 for 4 minutes.

Cinnamon reminds me of a vowel. It has two sounds! There is the nice cinnamon flavor you might find in a cinnamon roll. And then there is the HOT cinnamon like you find in a red hot candy!
Now I love cinnamon used in cooking. But will pass on any hot candies.
This tea is a little of both!
At first sip, I was thinking 🤔 hmm this is a nice morning cup and then the cinnamon hit the back of my throat!
I toned it down with some cream and sugar. For a much more enjoyable cup!

So warm and inviting!
A definite favorite, my I'm stressed and need to stop and have a cup of tea, tea

The cinnamon was not overbearing and was overall a nice blend to start the month of December. I think I'll be able to get another steep out of this one.

Note: This was a daily sample for the CommuniTEA community

Warm up my heart! This tea is such a pleasant surprise, I’ll be adding it to my never ending “to order” list. With a little milk, this has a nice uplifting and energizing punch, nicely mellowed out. Cinnadelicious!

★★★★★

Wowza! The aroma from my sample made me think of the candy Hot Tamales. However, after brewing there is nothing artificial about it. I have cinnamon powder floating in my cup. It's natural and not too overbearing. I added a little sugar and cream. Delicious!

I was dreading this tea after reading the ingredients on the CommuniTEA packet. To me, most Adagio teas with cinnamon have way too much of a strong bite that overtakes everything else. Which lead me to think that this tea would be unbearable, but it didn't have that fiery bite at all, it was more mellow and sweet. I added nothing to it, but it kept getting sweeter as I drank. By the end it tasted exactly like chewing a piece of Big Red. I had no cloves or orange in my packet, which I would have welcomed to give it more depth. It was fine, but by the end I was glad I'd hit the bottom of the mug. (reviewed through CommuniTEA; 3 min @ 200F)

This was the first tea in the December CommuniTEA box, and this flavor profile was exactly why I picked up the CommuniTEA again in December: I love a good spicy, festive black tea! Overall, this had a well balanced cinnamon flavor (perhaps not as fiery as advertised, though) and made for a lovely and enjoyable cup. This is great cold-weather tea!

I thought it was okay, but definitely needed some sweetness. Once I added a little sugar, I thought it was excellent. A good cinnamon flavor without being overwhelming.

★★★★★

Fiery Cinnamon Tea is delicious on its own. It reminded me of the my childhood day of the Jolly Rancher Fire Stick candy. This tea needs no added sweetening. (note: second steep not as good as first steep--much less intense)

★★★★★

Aroma was heavenly and totally fit for the first day of December. Lovely cinnamon and cloves danced on my taste buds and I was captivated by the tea. Opened my sinus Thats fit sure. I kept some of it in my cup and microwaved it as the smell lingered for hours. 💗💗💗💗💗

★★★★★

I got plenty of orange rind in my packet, along with cinnamon bark and dust; between the two, plus the natural cinnamon flavor added to the tea, this cup is so sweet that it doesn't need extras. It reminds me very much of another (bagged) tea I keep around called Good Earth Sweet & Spicy; that was my caffeine-free go-to before I discovered loose tea, so it's nice to meet its flavor sibling. (4 mins @ 200 F, no additions)

If cinnamon is one of your favorite aromas and flavors, this is the tea for you. Just a little kick to it, however, the taste is smooth and just gets better with a little honey added. The orange and clove are subtle background flavors and don't overtake the cinnamon at all.

This was a punch to the senses when I opened the pouch this morning! I wasn't at all sure I'd like it but with a touch of rock sugar it reminds me a bit of Altoid mints (and I love those). Not my favorite but probably great for during a cold!

★★★★☆

Very nice cinnamon tea. I drank it black with no sugar, and it was very nice with a little spice. I did expect more spice from 'Fiery Cinnamon Spice', but it is still a nice tea for autumn/winter.

★★★★★

Wow. This was awesome. Pretty sweet without anything added. I did a bad job containing everything to the strainer, but that's on me. Really, this is amazing and I'd totally buy more of this.

★★★★☆

When I opened this tea, the scent almost blew me away it was so strong and cinnamon forward. My steeper had only tea and cinnamon, no cloves or orange detected. I brewed as I would a regular black tea and did a full 3 minute steep. I was a little skeptical of this brew since the smell wafting from the brewing cup was so strong, but was relieved when my first sip delivered nothing more than a nice warming cinnamon forward taste. I can taste some clove in the very background but have not yet been able to taste any distinct orange- maybe it is muddled in the background... I find this tea to taste like mulling spices smell, and think that this tea would actually be amazing used to flavour other drinks and deliver a nice punch. While it is not in my favorite tea as it seems too 'one note' for me, I think it could definitely play a role used to add a nice cinnamon punch to other teas and wake them up a bit!

I put this in a steeping bag as the communitea advised, used a very tall insulated mug so it wasnt so strong, steeped 2-3 min, added 1 pack of stevia, and it was perfect!

★★★☆☆

CommuniTEA. I was apprehensive because that sounded like A HECKING LOT of cinnamon. Way more than I would ever voluntarily put in my tea. Possibly more than I could even tolerate for an entire cup. . . . But I'm glad I put on my big girl pants and brewed it up. I ended up enjoying it more than expected.

Though I admit I was not quite brave enough to just dump it and go. I shook my infusing basket over the sink to knock out the cinnamon dust lest it become sludge in my cup, and did a short rinse before brewing for real.

Well. That got it to a tolerable cinnamon level. In fact it tasted kind of bland on its own. Some French vanilla soy creamer brought out the spice flavors. It was like a masala chai but if the maker had run out of all the other spices. I'll probably stick to actual chais for my spiced tea needs though.

If Father Christmas is personification of December, this tea is TEA-finication of December. Cinnamon and orange are both my favorite flavor in winter tea.

I love teas like chai. This is so good, maybe a little too much cinnamon, but otherwise delicious

This tea takes me back to childhood and afternoons/evenings spent at the roller-skating rink, to red hots (which were a favorite at the snack bar), and cinnamon stick candy. I added my customary half and half to mellow the heat of the cinnamon and the astringency of the black tea and really enjoyed this cup. Not sure if it is something I would want very often, but is definitely a nice treat.

★★★★☆

Some teas unwrap with a mix of delicate flavors that make you think about them.

This is not one of them. Fiery cinnamon spice is a very in-your-face tea which tastes exactly like it sounds like it would. It's intense; if you don't enjoy being bashed in the face with the flavor of cassia, you're not going to enjoy this. It's pretty one-dimensional. Yes, there are other flavors in it beside cinnamon, but they're all background singers here, supporting that prima donna.

It's good for what it does, and doesn't promise anything more.

I really enjoyed this punch of spice! I know other reviews indicate it's too cinnamon-y, but I think it's a great blend for Christmas season!

★★★☆☆

One note, just cinnamon. Its like drinking a chailess chai, or the water after rinsing out a spice jar at work.

I got this in my communiTEA and have to say this is one of my favorites. Very strong cinnamon flavor, it is great for tea lattes. This is by far my strongest cinnamon tea I have tried, and I have no complaints.

I like this one. I really enjoy the rich cinnamon flavor; kinda warms you up on a cold day!

This is one of those tea blends where there are so many different flavors within the blend that it can be easy to miss out on an entire piece of the flavor. Make sure you scoop some tea leaves, cinnamon, AND some cloves because otherwise you’re just going to be bombarded with a mouthful of cinnamon. I tend to brew it on the lighter side (not a heaping teaspoonful, two minutes at just under 212) so that the cinnamon isn’t a full blown assault on my insides. I still love the flavor even when I take it a little easy.

Very nice, warm way to start the new month! Should have used a tea bag like a reviewer above stated... a lot of the cinnamon filtered into my cup from my strainer.

★★★★★

Great balls of fire...I love this tea! I was expecting this to be very strong but it has enough kick and spice to warm me up on this chilly December day.

Cinnamon is definitely there, but is a little too intense for me. I added a touch of honey and milk. Smelled absolutely wonderful though!

A good cinnamon tea. Not my favorite. It’s a very natural cinnamon flavor— not artificial at all. This would make a good ingredient in mixes. The base is really mild and basically disappears underneath the cinnamon instead of mixing with or enhancing it.

★★☆☆☆

This tastes too much like the candy red hots. I was able to tone it down a bit with some almond milk but I won’t be ordering this one.

★★★★★

I love cinnamon, but was afraid this would be too spicy. I loved it! It definitely had cinnamon flavor but no burn.

★★★★☆

This stuff gave me fireball flashback of my youth when I opened it. I'm happy to report that it isn't nearly as strong as it smells. The cinnamon is very mellow and a nice addition to the black tea and balanced well with the orange.

I didn't think I was going to like this because, while I like cinnamon, I'm always iffy about it flavoring beverages (okay, look, I can't help it that up to this point the only cinnamon-flavored beverages I've experienced have been alcoholic in nature lol). When I first opened my CommuniTEA packet and saw the very visible residue and powder of *actual* cinnamon, though, I felt a lot better about it. I'm still not a huge fan of spicy teas, but after adding a couple of rocks of sugar, this just started to taste like cinnamon toast in a cup. I think if I had some milk or cream to add, it'd have been even better. This is SO good, love this!

Wonderful cinnamon tea! I love the natural sweetness and the deep cinnamon flavor - perfect on a snowy December morning. I can see using this in blends and as a base for some lovely hot mulled cocktails. I would suggest using a tea bag rather than an infuser due to the ground cinnamon if a lot of 'dust' bothers you.

★★★★☆

This is the perfect tea if you enjoy cinnamon teas. Nice bold cinnamon flavor!

The aroma of cinnamon burst out of the packet upon opening. The tea, large bits of cinnamon bark and cloves were all present. The orange peels were missing but perhaps it's just orange flavor added? Once steeped it smells mostly of cinnamon, but a little clove is in there too. The taste is heavy on warming, sweet cinnamon with the cloves throwing in some deep notes. The orange was hiding but as my cup cooled it came out in the aroma and a light taste. Very nice, natural tasting cinnamon tea. Would be great in blends, cocktails or cooking, too.
