Raspberry Customer Reviews

Crisp black tea with playful raspberry flavor. Candy-like aroma, jammy flavor, tangy dry finish, not too 'cheeky.'

★★★★★

Nice flavor of raspberry. I brew it hot and let it cool down FOR ice tea. I often add peppermint or spearmint lieaves to the brew

★★★★★

A good black tea and the raspberry flavor is not overwhelming.

★★★★★

The perfect option for iced tea, and very pleasant hot.

I so thought it would be one of my favorites, but too strong on flavor. I bet it would be good to mix with other teas.

★★★★☆

I think this tea is good, but I was hoping for a slightly stronger raspberry flavor. The giant raspberry in the picture is a bit deceiving as there aren't any raspberry pieces in this tea. I think that's partly what contributed to my expectations for the flavor of this tea. Since trying this one, I've created a blend of this tea, cream tea, and included some actual raspberry pieces in that blend and I find that flavor to be much stronger and more to my liking. All of that said, this tea is still good and many people may prefer this more subtle flavor without the pieces of raspberry, but for me it just wasn't quite enough for my preferences.

Love this one. I've tried some other fruit teas and they never have enough of the flavoring. This one has the perfect amount of raspberry. Salo like the orange tea too.

★★★★☆

Very good Black tea with a hint of raspberry. No need for sweetener.

★★★★☆

Fantastic little tea here, it's perfect for everyday. I love it for my life when I am on the go.

★★★★★

I bought this as a gift to share with another person. I was very happy with the refreshing amount of raspberry in the tea. It didn't taste artificial. It was very refreshing. As my friend said ' It is like a hug from grandma'

★★★★☆

A little too fruity for me, however my wife really enjoyed this.

★★★★☆

This tea is surprisingly good! I was wary after trying the blackberry, afraid it might be too sweet, but it's not. It's a good balance between fruity and black teas, not too much of either. It goes nicely with lemon cookies (which I happened to have at the time I tried it).

★★★★★

Love the taste of it when I put honey in it. I recommend this to anyone.

★★★★☆

A good tea, I have enjoyed mixing it with some of the other fruit teas to mix up the flavor.

★★★★☆

Really good tea. The raspberry was a little too much sometimes, but I did enjoy it. I probably won't purchase a full-sized bag any time soon, but I would get a sample size again.

★★★★☆

The raspberry in this really blends well with the black tea.

★★★★☆

Goes very well in black teas. Makes very good iced tea too!

★★★★☆

While refreshing and light on its own, my preferred method is mixed with 1 part ginger tea. It is wonderful! The combination is my go to when the sniffles, studies, or sore theoat comes on!

★★★★☆

Better as part of a blend rather than a stand alone tea.

★★★★★

HAnother awesome afternoon tea, I am enjoying it again it needs no additional sweeteners, which is great as I am a diabetic and hate the chemical sweetners I am allowed to use especially in hot drinks! This is a refreshing tea that tastes like a sip of summer!
Update: I find if you mix Raspberry and Vanilla teas you get a very nice desert tea! Which becomes a bit more decadent when you add a dash of cream!

A lovely aroma in the bag and during brewing that doesn't always translate into the cup itself. Not the way I like my raspberry tea to taste, but it could well be up your alley.

★★★★★

Authentic and full of flavor, this is one of my new favorites.

★★★★★

Iced Raspberry tea and hot Chai Tea Lattes are my obsessions - I'm as passionate about them as some people are chocolate and coffee (not that I hate them, either!). Adagio's Raspberry tea (bags AND loose leaf) are honestly the best I've had. They don't even need sweetener of any kind. Even if you (for unheard of reasons!) don't love raspberries, you'll love this tea.

★★★☆☆

I generally love raspberry-flavored things, but somehow this just isn't quite my style. It's not all that fruity, and it's pretty hard to taste the raspberry. It's an okay black tea, but doesn't have much flavor.

★★★★★

Smells and tastes likes raspberries, this is definitely one of my favorite teas after the forest berry tea!

★★★★★

Great tea, I make it two cups at a time one for now and one for later. I drink this cold mostly.

Yummy! Great raspberry taste! One teaspoon is enough for several cups - the third one taste as good as the first :)

★★★★☆

This is one of my favorites. I really enjoy the smooth and subtle aftertaste. Definitely worth trying!

★★★★☆

Great mixed with raspberry green tea. It has a nice fruity flavor.

★★★★★

Sweet and a bit tangy, the smell of the tea itself is amazing. Its the perfect tea to have on its own in my opinion.

★★★★☆

This blend is good tasting but a bit weak for making Iced Tea like sold at a local restaurant.

I enjoyed this tea,but it could have a stronger raspberry flavor. It does not taste artificial.

★★★★☆

This is too much berry flavor on it's own but I did like it mixed with vanilla flavored.

★★★★☆

I enjoyed this tea, but I wish there was just a little bit more of a taste of the raspberries. It's a very faint hint, which is fine but I was expecting a little more.

★★★★★

I've said before, Adagio does 'raspberry' fantastically. I've adored all the raspberry teas I've bought so far, and this was no exception. Bright and jammy and perfect. It combines excellently with other black teas - 'Cream' or 'Chocolate Chip' or any number of others, bringing a welcome tangy flavor component to jazz up your regular cuppa.

This pleasantly surprised me - both alone and blended with the lemon. Very fruity!

★★★★★

This is a great tea if you steep it about 4.5 to 5 minutes. I love the light flavor of the raspberry. Though it is too light if you do not steep longer. This is a great mix with the blueberry tea.

Nice taste but a bit sour when you brew it cold in the fridge.

★★★★☆

This is a very nice tea, but I can't drink it alone. I have to mix it with honeybush vanilla, or I add a bit to my earl grey.

This is a really delightful tea, it's so well balanced.

At first out of all the teas I had the least hopes for this one. The smell gave me a headache and I thought it smelled too sweet/fake/too candy-like. I also figured that because it was so sweet smelling that they were more than likely trying to cover a really tart back/after taste which was certainly not the case.

Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Particularly with the raspberry flavor, it was so whole and authentic. Not too sweet at all and certainly not tart or bitter.

The black tea base was really nice, not too overpowering and complimented the raspberry (as I would expect of a Ceylon) really well.

My first impressions of this tea: not too excited, did not want to try it all, and a little disappointed I bought 3oz.

After tasting: very impressed, glad I bought 3oz, will be buying again

I love raspberry tea and have tried several blend from a variety of tea companies, but I think this is my favorite.

I never got a chance to try this one! I brewed up a big jug and next thing I knew the family had polished it off! One family member swears it was the best tea he ever had though, and asked for more for Christmas!

★★★★☆

I actually didn't get much raspberry flavor out of this. more aroma than anything but still a pleasant drink.

★★★★☆

This tea has a medium berry taste, which is perfect for a tea. Love this one and can drink it year-round.

★★★★★

Love the raspberry tea in summer. It's lights a, sweet, and fruity.

★★☆☆☆

I love Adagio's strawberry black tea so I had high hopes for raspberry. However, when I first tried it, the flavor was very artificial and reminded me of medicine or cough syrup. I only purchased the sample so I decided to just finish the bag. The taste has gotten better (or I have gotten used to it), but I won't purchase this again

★★★★★

Raspberry and chocolate is one of my favorite combos.

★★★★☆

Its a bit tart, but has a great raspberry flavor. Perfect for blending with some other teas.

★★★★★

I've said it once and I'll say it again, their berry teas are delicious. Raspberry tea? Yes, please.
