It tastes like pumpkin pie in a cup...which is delicious, in case you were wondering.

Although not as strong as some of the desert teas I have from my local tea shop, this is definitely a nice treat for fall and winter. The pumpkin spices used bring a natural warmth and sweetness to the tea and there is a very good balance between the spices and the tea.

It's a super delicious black tea that's great with cream and a bit of honey. The pumpkin flavor isn't too strong though, which is fine by me.

This is one of my favorite holiday teas and the price was great for individually wrapped bags!

Like many of the other reviewers have been saying, this tea is not very 'pumpkin spicy.' I was expecting more of a chai (since pumpkin spice normally includes cinnamon, ginger, allspice and nutmeg). Instead this mostly tastes like a flavored black tea. Still, it's not too bad, just not what I was expecting.

Ever so lovely. I often can't take super spicy teas because they make me cough (I mainly stick to softer, smooth teas) but this tea balanced Pumpkin and spice together nicely. This was a huge plus, since I am in love with pumpkin anything, It is my fall obsession. I drank mine with some sugar and a shot of milk. Yum!

A very good bagged tea, perfect for the fall and winter season. The spicing holds up well for 2 seepings and the flavor is hearty but not overpowering. A winner!

I love this blend! Normally I'm not a fan of pumpkin-flavored items, but a friend of mine was gifted this and loved it, so I tried it. It's great! The spices and the very mellow pumpkin background make it taste like fall in a cup, basically.

If you're in the mood for something seasonal, pumpkin spice is your best option! It's a delicious tea that makes you want to snuggle up under the blankets on a crisp morning!

I found the flavor overall a bit mild. it could have used a little more spice! But I added a pinch of cinnamon sugar and found this pumpkin spice tea pretty enjoyable!

This tea reminds me of pumpkin pie in a cup. It's a wonderful addition to my tea cabinet. I've been bringing it to work and sharing it with co-workers and it's a hit!

Honestly this tea is one of my favorites so far. Just upon opening I could tell it was amazing. I can actually taste the pumpkin and the spices, and even having been kind of worried that it would taste fake, it doesn't! It's an awesome tea with milk and honey or just plain. Steep time is five minutes if you like it darker and stronger like me but be careful not to leave it in too long as the black tea does its usual thing of getting bitter. I love it, though, and I'm so glad I ordered it.

Some of the other reviewers here had some issues with this blend being either too spicy or too pumpkin-y. I actually thought it was a nice blend of both! It didn't really need milk or sugar, and it didn't get crazy bitter. But the real reason that this is a winner is that everyone in my household of five liked it. Mom, dad, and three daughters - all of whom have VERY different tastes.

I bought this when Adagio was doing their halloween special, with 60 of the individually wrapped teabags. The tea was delicious, the bags were beautiful, and I brought some to work and everybody loved it.

This was better than I expected. However, I would recommend steeping a little longer than the recommended 3 minutes. It gave it more flavor without bitterness.

I was thrilled to see that Adagio offered a pumpkin spice tea! I'm into pumpkin spice everything! It's good, although, not so pumpkin spicy. Well, not the pumpkin spice flavors of the season I'm used to anyway. It's a bit more perfume-like. Not horrible, just not one I'd label pumpkin flavored. Then again, maybe I just need to try different steeping times.

There's more spice than pumpkin, but still a good tea. Recommend with a bit of milk.

I would rate this tea 'good' to 'extremely good'. It seems as though some other reviewers found this not flavoured strongly enough of either pumpkin and/or spice (depending on the individual) - I would agree wither neither of these assessments. There is a lovely spicy flavour as well as pumpkin (although, slightly reminiscent of apricot as well) characteristics. I generally add milk to any 'black' tea blends and this was no exception. The creamy, spicy combination really works for me.
The aroma is LOVELY - both in the bag, whilst brewing and served with milk.
I would highly recommend this tea, particularly at such a fab price!

Not as 'in-your-face' as most pumpkin spice flavored things I usually get, but pretty good. I think next time I'll steep it for a bit longer and add cream. Then I'll have some quintessential fall in a cup.

I don't really taste the pumpkin or the any spice. It's just a slightly different tasting black tea.

Seriously, I love this stuff, and the bags make it easy to share with people (or make multiple cups at once which is a definite plus). I'll be enjoying this all through fall.

This tea was somewhat bitter but hey it's a black tea! I'll try to mix it with other tea, maybe I just don't like pumpkins though or I may have steeped it too long.

A great fall twist on one of my favorite spiced teas. A seasonal favorite!

Just got 60 little sample bags of this as part of the fall promotion! My friends are going to be some happy people this year. .) It smells fantastic as soon as you open the bag

I love the pumpkin spice tea. I love to drink it in the fall on those cool days. It has great flavor but it is not too strong. With a little sugar it is just right for me.

The Pumpkin Spice flavor is a little milder than might be expected, but then it IS a tea, and not somthing strong like a coffee or hot chocolate. It blends very well with other teas and is pretty yummy and comforting on its own as well. Would recommend. :)

I normally don't drink tea with sweetener or anything but I feel like I need to doctor this one up. I think it's good but I think I need to enhance the flavor. I still like it, I guess it's just too bitter for me, which almost never happens.

I was a little disappointed in the taste. It didn't really taste like pumpkin and there wasn't much spice. It isn't a bad tea, just not what I was expecting, that being said I had my mom try it and she loved it!

It sort of smells like.. saltwater taffy. If you've ever opened up a bag of different flavored saltwater taffy and took a whiff, well, that's kind of what it smells like. In the bag and brewed. It also has a rather light taste. With milk, you can maybe kind of taste a muted background of spices? But I dont really taste the pumpkin at all (or maybe what I'm tasting is the 'natural pumpkin flavor', but I've never had a pumpkin taste like that before) I can definitely see where another reviewer who mentioned a 'candle' smell/taste is coming from. Tried brewing with recommended 1 tsp as well as with 2 tsp, but still weak... I mean, it has an interesting aroma and flavor, but I dont know if calling this 'pumpkin spice' is accurate. Personally will not be purchasing again.

I was hoping for a tad more pumpkin spice. It's still good. It has a creamy flavor with a light pumpkin quality.

This tea could use a dash more pumpkin and a little less spice but it's still a good choice for the autumn chill.

Watery without cream and sugar, but overall a very nice, spicy, fall tea.

Very tasty, although I'm not quite sure that I'm getting a definitive PUMPKIN flavor. Also, the spices could be more prominent. It is good but not as good as I'd expected.

This definitely tastes like Fall to me. I enjoy having this tea at work with me, and it's the envy of my coworkers. A little sugar and a little milk makes this a nice alternative to chai. I like the subtle pumpkin flavor to it.

I'm a big fan of pumpkin spice in most shapes, so I had to try this. It's a good pumpkin spice black tea, but I have to admit I prefer Twinings' Pumpkin Spice Chai, which is slightly creamier and marries the spices of the chai with the pumpkin to creamier and nicer effect. That's not to say this is a bad tea -- I love it, and I think it's one of the best applications of pumpkin spice I've ever had in a cup, but I do prefer the Twinings. I want to try blending this tea with others to see where I can take it.

This tea is strange. I don't get pumpkin or spice at all. I have tried it several times with several steep times and additions and still get the same odd flavor which I can't even describe. I hope Adagio goes back to the drawing board because I have tasted great pumpkin spice teas, and it would be great to have an authentic pumpkin flavor to add to blends.

I really love pumpkin, and I thought this was good, but I would have liked some more spice in it.

The tea isn't as strong as I thought it'd be, but it was still really good (especially with sugar and a little milk)

I will admit, when I first opened the packet the smell of the Pumpkin Spice tea was insanely strong. Thankfully, I took a sip and it was Autumn in a cup. I am very pleased with this tea. It is flavorful and has a tiny kick of spice. I love it!

This tea is really good but however, it does not taste like pumpkin at all, it tastes like banana bread! I tried it with milk and sugar and once again plain and both times I got banana bread. This would be could for mixing and the addition of coco or chocolate chips. Will buy again.

In my original review, I said that this tea was undrinkable unless treated like a chai at all times, with the addition of milk and sweetener. I also had it ranked as a two-star tea that turned bitter quickly. The trick to having a nice cup with this is to lower the temperature--180-195F seemed to work, brewed at 3 minutes or just under. At the lower temperature, this tea was mellow and sweet, and very pumpkin-y.

Not exactly liquid pumpkin pie, but this tea is absolutely wonderful. It's sort of like a mellow chai, but a bit sweeter. The pumpkin is subtle compared to the spices, but I love it anyway.

To be honest, I was expecting more of a typical pumpkin flavoring, where the pumpkin was extremely prevalent and very much the main flavor. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that though the pumpkin is there, it is not harsh and very kindly lifted up and combined with the other spices. It's like a nice slice of pumpkin pie. Very good.

This tea is one of my favorites. It is spicy and tastes like fall. I love pumpkin anything and this is a prefect tea for my pumpkin cravings. A real treat!

I have been wanting to try this tea for a while. I absolutely love pumpkin pie and this tea was a perfect treat :)

It's not bad, but it's not great, either. I don't really get pumpkin or spice out of this. I have to agree with the reviewer who said this tasted like candles.

It doesn't smell like pumpkin spice and it doesn't taste like pumpkin spice - or any kind of spice for that matter.
