This is another fruit flavored black tea that kinda misses the mark. It's not undrinkable but not my favorite way of flavoring a tea
Bright Ceylon tea flavored with lush peaches. Delightful nectar aroma, lingering floral flavor and "peach fuzz" dry.

This is another fruit flavored black tea that kinda misses the mark. It's not undrinkable but not my favorite way of flavoring a tea
What an absolutely glorious tea! This peach tastes just like a fresh peach: yummy, fresh and ever so delicious. I have yet to finish my first purchase and getting ready for another so I don't run out. Beautiful hot or cold. If you love peaches and nectarines, this is a must.
I love peach tea. I like to use the disposable tea bags and after brewing a cup of hot tea in the morning, I then add to a cup of ice tea for a peach flavor in the afternoon.
Perfect on these summer days! I made it into an iced tea as well, and this doesn’t disappoint at all. It definitely has the peach flavor your looking for!
It has a very nice peach flavor. It's the perfect light, refreshing tea for summer. Good stuff. Love it.
This tea is a masterpiece! It's the epitome of elegance and taste – a true connoisseur's delight. Will buy again!
I pretty much all flavors of peach. Very refreshing even on a warm day. Love the light peach taste. Another great tea
I made this as a cold-brew tea and then blended it with a small amount of bourbon to make a hard seltzer. It was lovely for that purpose, and just as a tea seltzer without the alcohol.
Classic peach tea, good hot or iced with some fresh peach slices
Also in my Top 5 at the moment. Flavor of peach is perfect and the pairing with Ceylon is brilliant.
A new favorite. Great blended with Adagio Chocolate or Cream flavors. Great iced or hot. I will get this again
This is one of my go to teas in the morning. I love it! Great peach taste!
This tea is so good with milk and sugar. It's like a peaches and cream flavor. It's also good over ice
Beautifully fragrant and just a tiny bit sweet. It's a lovely tea, just not something I'd regularly purchase.
UPDATE (**): Still beatifully fragrant and no flavor. Spending money on Celestial Seasonings would have been more worth my money.
I had to buy the largest bag of this tea on my last order! I'm not the biggest fan of this brewed hot, but oh my lord, cold brewed... This makes the best iced black tea I've had so far!
this tea is lovely in an iced tea latte.. perfect!!
(Princess) Peach packet for communiTEA on MAR10, haha nicely done! My packet had a robust peach scent upon opening and even contained a couple of small peach pieces, which made me feel like I won the portion lottery! Steeped for 3.5min at 194F, the juicy peach did not translate strongly from packet to mug, but it was a nice strong black tea with a mild peach flavor.
I really surprised myself when I ordered this. No, I like the apricot so was hoping it would be similar but its even, to my tastebuds, better!!
Strong flavour so I use a bit less. It is peachy.
This tea wasn't bad but I just wish the peach flavor was stronger. Still good though. I think this would be a good one to have cold brewed.
Today's CommuniTea was peach with black tea, peach flavor, peach pieces, marigold flowers and apple pieces. To me, peach tea is perfect to spice up. I took today's packet and added extra peach, plus enough masala chai to make a pot of spicy peach goodness. About 11 grams of tea altogether steeped in 32 ounces of 200-degree water for two-plus minutes.
Nice peachy tea! I enjoyed this iced and unsweetened. I think it would have been even better with a little sugar. The peach was light tasting, fresh and gentle. I like the natural peach flavors Adagio uses, instead of the unnatural flavors of peach tea I am have had in the past. Great tea Adagio! 3 min @195
This Peach tea is this fantastic hot or iced! I added some Selefina Mango Powder and it was off the chain, wildly scrumptious!!!
I tend to drink peach oolong so I had forgotten just how good this one is cold brewed. The aroma was like cutting into a fresh summer peach. I left it in the fridge a bit longer than I intended, but it didn’t go bitter. There was such a strong peach flavor I was shocked, normally it doesn’t come through quite that strong. It makes a fantastic and refreshing cup of iced tea. Steeps up good hot too, I just prefer cold.
Good, natural peach flavor. I thought it might be a little weird with the black tea, but it was good.
This is a tea for summer memories, for me. Opening my CommuniTea packet... Scent of peaches, like a late summer day. The smell considerably diminished upon brewing, and the taste was that of tea first, and peaches second... As though just a hint of peach liquor had been added to tea, leaving the taste as much the back of the throat and nose scent and aftertaste you get sometimes. I personally thought it was perfect, the hint of summer, not overpowering, and something you could bring out with a bit of sweetener.
I cold brewed mine overnight with one packet and 12 oz of water, it was lite and delicious and not a single bitter note at all. 8 hours cold brew process
Peach I must say one of my all time favourites. This had great peach taste and aroma. I added honey. No bitterness.
8oz purified water in electric kettle @212F for 3mins
The dry tea in my CommuniTea pouch today said a hearty hello with a blast of peach!
Steeping it mellowed out the strong peach smell and the signature black tea scent came forth.
My tea steeped to a wonderful dark amber color, nearly dark brown but not quite. And oh boy, this tea is strong. The astringency took over and wiped most of what could have been. This might have been a heavy handed serving of artificial peach flavor, but I'm not too sure.
Adding 1tsp of sugar and a splash of milk helped with the astringency, but seemed to clash with the peach flavor.
This one definitely isn't for me!
I love peach teas, and this one was no different. I found 3-4 minutes to be the ideal steeping time to get the sweetness of the peach without it being overwhelmed by the tannins of the black tea. Would make again!
A peachy aroma rose from today's packet as it opened. A quick 3-minute steep at 212°F produced a translucent orange-tinged brew.
The aromatics of peach were intense as the steam glided up from the cooling cup. The first sip presented a wonderful peach flavor mixed with mild black tea tannins. It was rather chilly outside, so I kept sipping the hot tea, but this would be delicious iced too!
All-in-all, this was an excellent peach black tea!
C/T packet 3/10 - really good! I feel like I can taste the juicy pieces of peach. As a Georgia native I've been drinking peach teas since before I could talk and this ranks among the best!
This tea has the aroma of ripe, juicy peaches. I steeped it for 2-3 minutes. The peach flavor is vibrant throughout this cup of tea. I did taste a tiny bit of bitterness though. I'm personally a big fan of the peach oolong tea, which I think tastes smoother. But I still really enjoyed this tea and would like to try it iced in the future!
When I took my first sip of the peach black tea today, all I tasted was black tea. As I continue sipping, I can taste the peach, but it is very subtle. Not the tea for me.
If you're looking for a black tea with a strong peach flavor, look no further. Personally, I prefer this one iced, but it's also okay hot.
What a delicious peach tea! I finished every drop.
The tea was somewhat of a conundrum for me. In the packet it smells deliciously peachy, once brewed at 3 minutes, the peach scent was still there. However, I was surprised that the taste of peach was far less than the smell. It was basically a cup of black tea with a hint of fruit. I added a smidgen of honey to coax out the peach, maybe, pretty please? The honey could not fully resuscitate the peach, because even on the cool down, the fruit disappeared. Peach, I hardly knew ye!
I love peach, but I find that peach teas often taste artificial. This one does not! Perfect amount of peach flavor!
Anyone who reads my reviews knows that a flavored black tea has to be something AMAZING to wow me. Sorry Peach, but you do not have that YOWZA factor. Nothing personal. It’s an ok enough tea–but as with some flavored blacks, the bitterness overwhelms the fruit flavor. I’m not a fan of astringency and I get too much of that here. Maybe other drinkers will find this one “peachy keen”! Happy Sipping!
CommuniTEA Sample: An amazing aroma that doesn't quite carry through to the cup. When hot, it is better, but as it cools, it gets a bit bitter.
Out of the package and while brewing, this tea reminded me of fresh peaches, not too sweet. After brewing, the peach was still really prominent and like a blast forward to summer.
Nice and peachy with strong black tea flavor. Not my favorite flavored tea, but I do appreciate that the peach flavoring comes through without needing to add sugar like many flavored teas.
UPDATED:
Yep, tastes like peaches. Still have about the same reaction to it, and I still have no interest in trying this iced or in another iteration. But peach-lovers will be in heaven.
Original Review 8/1/22:
It's just ok for me. If you like peach flavour, I bet this would be an excellent iced tea.
I love peach so I was excited to try this. I did detect peach in my cup but it was a bit too astringent for me to really love it.
I love peach teas. This one can be over-steeped pretty easily. Even over-steeped with some milk it has a lovely peaches and cream taste. Definitely set a timer for the best flavor.
In the bag: Mostly the short, brittle black leaves of ceylon. Several marigold flowers streak yellow through the black base. Two small, dried pieces of peach flesh.
On the nose (pre-steep): Living up to its namesake, this tea offers a bold peach aroma. And it's not just peach flesh I smell - hints of savory peach skin are here as well.
On the nose (post-steep): Moderately ripened peach is still the main flavor. But here it's joined by hints of ceylon's unsweetened cocoa.
On the tongue (pre-sweetener): Similar to the post-steep scent, peach leads, followed by unsweetened cocoa. Even though I used a temperature far lower than Adagio's recommendation, bitterness still makes an appearance.
On the tongue (post-sweetener): Sweetener helps the peach pop and the bitterness back off. I prefer this version.
Opinion: An excellent expression of peachy goodness but falls short of its potential due to the astringency. I would have given it five stars if it weren't so bitter. If I ever make my own blends, I'm going to make this blend with pu erh instead of ceylon - that might do the trick.
Preparation: First steep 3 min, second steep 6 min. Both @ 175 ℉. ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener. I chose a lower temp than usual for a black because many reviewers observed strong bitter tastes - it didn't do the trick, unfortunately.
Peach flavor is just always a hit for me. A sweet sip, and such a nice start to my birthday weekend!
Great, peachy, and delicious! Adding a touch of dark agave really helps to further bring out the peach flavour. The peach fruitiness comes through well against the black tea, and helps to stave off any accidental bitterness.
The smell is very peachy in the package but following brewing it seems to lose the intensity. It more or less than just has peach essence. Would like a more robust peach nose and taste.
By far this is my favorite summer time tea. It is perfect on a hot day over ice, where the crisp juicy fruitiness sinks over the coolness of the ice, to cap off the day. If you are southern like I am, this is the most fantastic peach tea for those who like them not too sweet and not too bitter. When I make this, I make it by the pitcher, I use a pitcher of crushed ice, and brew with the big IngenuiTEA. Then I pour it over the ice for just the right temperature to the iced tea and it is fantastic. Try it. And I won't recommend a temperature setting here, because I have found that you can experiment with the time and temp a bit to get various levels of peachy goodness, so please do that and enjoy it too.
This is my very favorite peach tea ever. I drink two or three cups of it every day. If you like peach tea, this one is just perfect.
