Like some of the others, the smell is stronger than the taste. Would be really good iced in the summer, though.

Not sure what to think of this. It s fine, kind of fruity, but it has this unexpectedly pungent, earthy note.
Update: After adding a sugar and sipping it just a little longer, I've changed my tune on this one. Very distinctive fruity flavor. I have a feeling it's better chilled than hot, given that I liked it better after it had a chance to cool somewhat.

This is my daily tea! My absolute favorite, and the smell is amazing!
This is fun and fruity and I enjoyed trying it very much.
I sampled this one for the first time recently. It's a really nice mix of flavors. Fruity but also with that classic black tea base.
Good fruity flavor, it's a little tropical but not overwhelming.
The flavor was really strong and bitter, more along the lines of the kind of kick some over steeped black teas can give you. My boyfriend said he really enjoyed it and enjoyed the flavor, I on the other hand did not. I feel like that is partially attributed to the fact I don't like passionfruit (which I didn't discover until I had this tea).

I just tried this tea, iced, and I followed all the directions that are given on this website to make the perfect black tea, however the end result was an awfully bitter black tea, with no other taste of passionfruit, or anything of the sort...
Edit: I tried making this tea a day or so ago just to give it another go, I ended up putting the tea back in a Kureig, making a medium cup, then letting it sit for about a minute, the end result was much more different, it tasted like black tea, however not bitter, still disappointed that the passionfruit flavor is minimal, I love passionfruit so this was a real let down

This is excellent for people who love fruit flavors. It's my favorite of the 'fruit tea' selections, and it still has enough caffeine to power you through the day.
We tried this tea for our college-age child because the passionfruit was recommended as 'calming anxiety as well as medication'. After a box of pyramid bags, she agrees it works for this purpose. We'll be ordering a large quantity of loose tea this time. Who can't use a cup of calm? :)

The flavor is subtle rather than bursting - a mild flavored tea rather than my usual strong, bold flavored preference.

Alone I'm not thrilled with this, but mixed in with the mango it's just a wonderful combination and gives a little extra zip to the already wonderful mango!

We used this for iced tea, and although it was good, I don't get much of a passionfruit flavor. I was hoping it would be similar to the passionfruit or tropical iced teas that are in some restaurants. But this is still a good tea.

First time I tried this tea. It was great when blended with others.
The smell is divine. The taste is much more bitter than expected. It has a good flavor at the very end but it is so bitter up front I cannot seem to enjoy it.
I tried to to add some stevia to it and it got rid of the overt bitterness but it did not help enough.
I am not going to rate this as bad as I am wondering if part of the flavor I am not enjoying is the passionfruit itself and maybe if you like that flavor you would like it more.
This is my new favorite tea! I was looking for Passionfruit tea as I had read that it helped with sleep. I obviously wasn't paying attention when I ordered this, since it's a black tea. Never have a made such a fortuitous mistake! When I first opened the package the sweet fruitiness of the tea hit me and the fruit carries on to the flavor. It's delicious and I highly recommend it.
Love this tea! I do not drink sugar or honey in my tea and this is the perfect amount of sweet.
