Brisk Ceylon tea with fresh lemon. Bright and sweet like Meyer lemons, with a crisp mouthfeel and refreshing finish.

I love this tea!! I love the strong lemon taste, especially with milk. I think the milk helps balance the flavor. It can definitely overbrew, so I only brew for about 2 minutes. Great basic flavored black tea!!

★★★☆☆

I sampled this tea as part of the August CommuniTEA. Overall it was just ok. As a black tea, it was pleasing. As a lemon tea, it left me wanting more lemon and citrus. Combined it was good and I’m glad I tasted it during a CommuniTEA.

★★★☆☆

In the packet, I got 'upscale lemon household cleaner'. In the mug, this is a bog standard black tea with a hint of something that doesn't really read citrus. If I'm going to have black tea with lemon, I'll just put a fresh slice into a cup of plain black. This, I'll skip!

★★★★☆

A nice, lemon-y, slow sipping, all day, giant tumbler of iced tea, kind of tea. Yum!

★★★☆☆

It’s good, but the name is a bit misleading. I tasted maybe 80% black tea, and 20% lemon. Still a good tea.

Just a classic black with a nice lemon flavor. Would make a good sweet iced tea.

I thought there would’ve been more of a lemon taste to it. The color was gorgeous and I could have probably used it to tea dye some linen but the tea was on the bitter side. I added stevia and still bitter so I added my own lemon and that helped got me to drink the cup after it cooled a bit. But then that defeats the purpose doesn’t it.

★★☆☆☆

I love black teas, but this was a miss for me. It smells weirdly artificial and the lemon gives the tea a bitter taste.

★★☆☆☆

I had a hope that cold this would taste more like Half and Half lemonade but only with way too much sugar to be consumably healthy

Don't really teste the lemon. Tea is kinda bitter, but not much flavor otherwise. Not for me.

★★★★☆

Good black tea with a rather subtle lemon flavor to it.

★★★☆☆

The smell of this tea seemed a bit odd to me, and I only somewhat enjoyed by adding some cream and sweetener.

★★★★☆

Nothing wrong with this one, but nothing super special either. It was nice to drink but I probably wouldn’t bother reordering just because I prefer other flavor varieties more than this.

★★★☆☆

Meh. Just tasted like a regular tea without the bells and whistles. Kind of on the plain side of things.

★★★☆☆

I think this tea is a good black tea, but mine didn't taste anything like lemons. I was pretty disappointed because I love black tea with lemon.

★★★★☆

This is better than I thought it would be. The lemon flavor is mild not tart that becomes more noticeable as the tea goes from hot to warm. The Ceylon is pretty good, mild and not astringent, and a good match for the light lemon flavor. I would buy again.

This tea was just okay. I'm not sure that I like lemon with black tea. I just don't think they go together.

★★☆☆☆

I'm shocked at how bad this lemon soleil tea tastes. Based off the description and the smell of the unbrewed leaves, I was fully expecting to taste Ceylon black tea with a hint of lemon. What I got was nothing of the sort! It was bitter with some sort of strange aftertaste. Most unpleasant.

I usually steep Ceylon tea at 212F for 3 minutes without any issues. I lowered the temperature and steeped this tea at 200F for 3 minutes so I know my steeping temp/time wasn't the cause of the awful, bitter taste. I must conclude that this is just a bad blend.

Long long ago before I discovered loose leaf tea, it was Lipton all the time.

They had a black tea with lemon in the bag, and this is very close to that memory.

★★★☆☆

I wasn't extremely impressed with this tea - lemon is a difficult flavor to hold on it's own against a strong tea base like black tea. You notice the lemon a little bit but not as much as the robust flavor of the black tea.

I have recently made some signature blends here at adagio. And it is fun to get to taste some of the items I blended in the communitea. This one today I used a couple of times. I have always been a black tea drinker. So I of course enjoy a good Ceylon. Now that I no longer drink my tea with cream, and I only drink it with sugar. I really enjoyed the lemon added to this. I think this would make a great iced tea. Unfortunately I do not think I will have enjoy left to make an iced tea today and I am enjoying it so much hot right now.

It's very bitter and dry to the taste, even when steeped less.

★★★★★

It was a nice black tea. I was hoping for more lemon after the lemon scent upon opening the bag. I’m wondering if there wasn’t enough actual lemon in my sample. I will be ordering some because it was a nice black tea. Hopefully I will get more lemon in that.

Dry aroma was lovely with a touch of lemon. I was looking forward to this tea. Unfortunately, once it's hot most of the lemon flavor is gone. I don't hate it but I wouldn't purchase it.

This tea was a big disappointment. When I opened the package, I expected a nice lemon smell, but there was none. I steeped it for barely 3 min and it was bitter with almost no lemon flavor at all.

I wonderful Lemon tea, not what you expect. Instead of the sharp citrus taste one normally finds in lemon tea. Then one is smooth with a sweet finish, Moreso like a lemon dessert.

This tastes a little on the artificial side for my taste but it's not too bad.

★★★★★

Love it hot and need to try it iced (I bet it will be great!) Nice lemon flavour that is not overpowering.

I greatly enjoyed this tea, however it was more floral forward and I tasted little, if any, lemon. That being said, still a fabulous tea.

★★★★☆

Not too many aromas were noted in the bag. When hot, smooth Ceylon black tastes with weak lemon flavors were noted. When warm, a moderate lemony presence was noted with no in-your-face tartness. All players did their part in making this a pleasant sip. The marigold flowers topped things off with mild floral notes at the end providing some much needed morning sunshine. (4 mins @ 200°F, 1/4 tsp sugar)

This is a solid black tea with a hint of lemon flavor. It's exactly as described, nothing special.

★★★☆☆

Really strong sour smell in the package. Upon tasting I could barely detect any lemon. I was really hoping for a bolder lemon flavor.

it's true imo lemon goes well w/ black tea, tho' i'm a personal fan of lime over lemon. enjoyable

Lemon Soleil black tea tastes like a quality black tea with Meyer lemon in it. I like it occasionally as a hot drink, but it really shines when made as iced tea.

Not as lemony as I expected, but still has a good flavor and aroma

★★★★☆

The lemon was weaker than I expected, like squeezing a lemon into a cup of black tea. Still good, especially if you like a bit of lemon in tea but don't have one on hand.

Good, strong black tea flavor with enough lemon flavor to balance the flavor. Great to start the day with.

This is my partner's favorite tea for use in his Adagio Iced Tea Pitcher. Good bold 'body' to it, and no need for sweetener. Smells heavenly.

★★★★★

A very lemony tea! Good and satisfying. Good hot or cold!

It smells almost like lemon cleaner in the bag but it tastes like lemon starbursts! It tastes amazing as an iced tea!

★★★★☆

I made this into iced tea - added some simple syrup, and had a very delicious pot of iced tea. Lemon flavor was light

★★★★★

Truly a wonderful flavor. It did not disappoint me at all.

This tea is good, but it s a little sweeter than I expected

I use this tea as a great base to brew kombucha. The lemon taste definitely shines through. I consistently return to purchase this tea.

Nice lemon black tea. I would have enjoyed a tiny bit more tartness but overall good tea

I've been looking for a loose leaf replacement for Lemon Lift and while this isn't exactly that...I think I like it better! Perfectly lemony. I always brew hot with sugar and add steamed oatmilk.

This is my new favorite tea! The lemon flavor is so light and pleasant.

Didn't taste the lemon notes coming through this tea, tasted black tea only.

Love this tea! When I'm craving a sweet snack this is a healthier, lower calorie substitute!

Better for iced tea than hot tea . Tiny bit artificial flavor when hot . But it’s good
