not very lemony. but good when you add some milk to it.
This was the first tea I tried from this site, and I was very satisfied. It's very sweet and invigorating. I'm looking forward to having it iced.
Absolutely wonderful. Love the aroma and the flavor is divine. Not bitter or fake at all.
Love the lemon in this, I use this very often for combining with other teas- my favorites include Blood Orange and Golden Monkey.
Not a favorite of mine. Tastes a bit artificial when just dried lemon would have been perfect.

Not only does this tea have a fantastically creamy lemon aroma, but the mix of black tea and lemon makes this one a wonderful brew to drink. As is my tea preference, cream is a must.

Something about this tea reminds me of froot loops. When I first opened my sample pouch, that's all I could smell. Lucky for me, I like froot loops - but if you were very particular about lemon flavor, I would skip this one.

It's always difficult for me to find a decent blend of black tea and lemon, but it was love at first sip with this one.
Steeping time makes a big difference with this tea. If left too long, the lemon fades into the background and it just tastes like black tea. I would not go over 3 minutes to preserve a strong lemon flavor.
Great! The lemon is very subtle, not overly tart or sour - I mostly taste black tea initially, with a slightly crisper aftertaste. Not super lemony, but very good.

I really wanted to like this tea. It sounded great. When I opened it, it smelled great. It brewed up very nicely. Then halfway through the cup, I noticed an aftertaste, as if I'd inhaled a bit of lemon-scented furniture polish spray. Maybe this is why I've never liked lemon in my tea, although I like lemon in many other things.
This tea is ok, I have to be in the mood. It tastes to me just like a lemon pie.
This is ok. The bitterness of the base tea really seemed to come out with the lemon, which I don't like.
I wasn't a huge fan. The lemon flavor just didn't seem right to me. It almost seemed artificial. I really enjoyed the Citron Green and then made a cup of this and felt let down.

I really like this tea - I was worried by reading some other folks' reviews, but I like it. Not too citrusy, just a nice black tea with a lemon edge.
Talk about a little bit of sunshine. This lemon tea is divine. I added some tea honey (from Savannah Bee Co.) to it, which complimented the tea well. The tea is not very sweet to begin with, so some extra honey is not a sin. A tasty afternoon pick-me-up, especially on a dreary day.
Where's the lemon? This just seemed like plain black tea, maybe a hint of lemon if you slightly over steep but all the same a nice tea.

Very lemoney!! It was strange to have a lemon tea I could put milk in---think Creamsicle but hot. It was delicious though, and I used it to great success in blends.

Strong Lemon Flavor, makes a really good sweetened iced tea, just brew at double strength and use simple syrup.
