not very lemony. but good when you add some milk to it.

★★★★★

This was the first tea I tried from this site, and I was very satisfied. It's very sweet and invigorating. I'm looking forward to having it iced.

★★★★★

Absolutely wonderful. Love the aroma and the flavor is divine. Not bitter or fake at all.

★★★★★

Love the lemon in this, I use this very often for combining with other teas- my favorites include Blood Orange and Golden Monkey.

★★☆☆☆

Not a favorite of mine. Tastes a bit artificial when just dried lemon would have been perfect.

★★★★☆

This has a nice, light lemon scent upon opening the bag. The flavor is the same, lemon-y without being overpowering.

★★★★☆

This is a lovely tea. It had a mild lemon taste to it, but also had a flowery note which I wasn't sure of at first, but have grown to enjoy.

★★★★★

Not only does this tea have a fantastically creamy lemon aroma, but the mix of black tea and lemon makes this one a wonderful brew to drink. As is my tea preference, cream is a must.

When I first opened the bag, the smell was overpowering and I thought this tea would be too lemony for me. But after steeping my first cup, I fell in love with it! A great black tea with a subtle lemon flavor that refreshes.

★☆☆☆☆

Smelled like very bad synthetic lemon flavoring straight from the bag and brewed tasting even worse. Glad I only bought a sample size.

This tea smells so good, like a lemon girl scout cookie. Flavor is a mild lemon, but I can't get it to taste quite like that cookie!

★★★☆☆

The lemon flavor of this tea is not that noticeable. I think was expecting more punch.

★★★☆☆

Something about this tea reminds me of froot loops. When I first opened my sample pouch, that's all I could smell. Lucky for me, I like froot loops - but if you were very particular about lemon flavor, I would skip this one.

Dry, the tea smelled almost overwhelmingly of lemon and citrus. Upon steeping, however, a delicate balance was created

If you like lemon in your tea, now you can get the flavor without adding more lemon! Excellent tea - great iced!

★★★★★

It's always difficult for me to find a decent blend of black tea and lemon, but it was love at first sip with this one.

★★★★☆

Steeping time makes a big difference with this tea. If left too long, the lemon fades into the background and it just tastes like black tea. I would not go over 3 minutes to preserve a strong lemon flavor.

★★★★★

Great! The lemon is very subtle, not overly tart or sour - I mostly taste black tea initially, with a slightly crisper aftertaste. Not super lemony, but very good.

★★★★☆

The lemon flavor goes great with the tea. I like mixing with with raspberry.

★★★★★

Delicious, well-balanced, and I love citrus in my black.

★★☆☆☆

I really wanted to like this tea. It sounded great. When I opened it, it smelled great. It brewed up very nicely. Then halfway through the cup, I noticed an aftertaste, as if I'd inhaled a bit of lemon-scented furniture polish spray. Maybe this is why I've never liked lemon in my tea, although I like lemon in many other things.

★★★☆☆

This tea is ok, I have to be in the mood. It tastes to me just like a lemon pie.

★★★★☆

This is ok. The bitterness of the base tea really seemed to come out with the lemon, which I don't like.

I wasn't a huge fan. The lemon flavor just didn't seem right to me. It almost seemed artificial. I really enjoyed the Citron Green and then made a cup of this and felt let down.

Maybe it's just me, but the first few sips tasted a little weird, but it was alright afterwards. It was an okay tea, but didn't have as much lemon taste to it as I liked.
I would be great if it was more lemony.

Best tea ever! I took this tea to work and everyone is hooked.

★★★★★

I really like this tea iced. During our hot desert summers, this is a must have. Quite refreshing...

★★★★☆

very lemony. a pick me up kinda of tea. very good.

★★★★★

This tea was simply amazing, It had a nice bitterness to it, but a really nice lemony tang.

I've sent this one to two different people and it's been a hit with them both.

★★☆☆☆

I love lemon black teas, but this one was disappointing. The lemon flavor is way too strong and tastes artificial.

mildly lemon tasting! sit back relax and enjoy the aroma!

★★☆☆☆

Had an odd flavor that I could not get past. Had a sip, then tossed the rest of the cup and bag. Not for me.

I liked this one too. A good, overall tea experience.

★★★☆☆

Not really impressed with the lemon flavor. A good tea, but not as lemony as I had hoped.

Not too lemony at all. Actually, I hardly taste the lemon. This just tastes like a more flavorful, clean black tea. It's really nice. I will reorder this.

★★★★★

This is a great tea that is the true embodiment of summer. Good iced or hot, it is very flavorful and lemony.

★★★★★

I really like this tea - I was worried by reading some other folks' reviews, but I like it. Not too citrusy, just a nice black tea with a lemon edge.

★★★★★

Talk about a little bit of sunshine. This lemon tea is divine. I added some tea honey (from Savannah Bee Co.) to it, which complimented the tea well. The tea is not very sweet to begin with, so some extra honey is not a sin. A tasty afternoon pick-me-up, especially on a dreary day.

★★★☆☆

Where's the lemon? This just seemed like plain black tea, maybe a hint of lemon if you slightly over steep but all the same a nice tea.

★★★★☆

A strong black tea with a perfect clean scent. This tea is a good afternoon drink.

★★★★★

Very subtle lemon taste. It wasn't as strong as I was expecting it to be, but that's not a bad thing.

★★★★★

Very lemoney!! It was strange to have a lemon tea I could put milk in---think Creamsicle but hot. It was delicious though, and I used it to great success in blends.

★★★☆☆

We personnaly didn't find this tea especially desirable, in terms of taste and aroma, compared to other flavor teas.

★★★★★

This tea tastes as if a lemon was added to the pot! It's good hot, but fantastic iced.

★★★★★

This one is super refreshing! I made it iced and it was awesome. Mixes well with strawberry for a lemonade-y flavor

★★★★☆

I liked this and the lemongrass equally. I love lemon though. I almost want to keep the expended teabags as fragrances.

★★★★☆

Strong Lemon Flavor, makes a really good sweetened iced tea, just brew at double strength and use simple syrup.
