I wasn't sure how I would like hazelnut tea but I couldn't resist the allure being as I am a big fan of nuts. I had it with dessert tonight and with the bit of chocolate mousse it was lovely. I am not sure how I'd like it without dessert, but I'm always looking for a good after dinner tea (I find herbals don't go well with chocolate!), so this may be my new favorite for that time span.

★★★☆☆

Hazelnut was pretty good, but I doubt that I'll order it again.

★★★★★

Definitely my favorite black tea I've tried so far. Smells and tastes just like actual hazelnuts. Loved it!

This is another one of my favorites. The nutty flavor and scent are relaxing.

★★★★☆

Great hazelnut flavor I dont reach for it very often but when I do im glad I did

★★★☆☆

Probably, I am not a big fun of nut-flavoured teas. I have tried different nutty teas, and every single type has been somewhat disappointed.

★★★★★

This is a fantastic tea--the hazelnut aroma is wonderful. I particularly love it blended with chocolate tea and with milk and sugar.

★★★★★

When drinking this tea you may think your drinking coffee. Great mixed with chocolate.

★★★★★

Delicious, especially with milk and sugar. A great dessert tea.

Omnomnom!! Do yourself a favor and try this one -- get another "desserty" sort of tea while you're at it and play with blending (if you can pull your nose away from the tin, that is!)

I love mixing this tea with the Irish breakfast tea for a coffeesque morning pick me up. I don't like it alone, but mixed or sweetened with milk and its devine or desert like!

★★★☆☆

I am trying really hard to be a fan of this tea. I think the problem is that I am just not the hazelnut fan I thought I was. If you like hazelnut, you will like this tea. I use it to blend now instead of drinking it straight. I just put a pinch in with chocolate or vanilla...tastes great.

★★★★★

Wow, the aroma is heavenly. The tea is special too. Add it to other teas for a special treat.

★★★★★

Another very smooth tea from Adagio. I steep mine in my small teapot for 3-4 minutes. This tea is nice first thing in the morning or as an after dinner/dessert tea. Love it!

★★★☆☆

I felt that it was similar to the chestnut tea, which was good. Didn't leave a lasting impression on me, but if you liked chestnut you'll like this one.

★★★★☆

Nice hazelnut taste, similar to the coconut and almond. Very good.

★★★☆☆

My husband thought it would be great for someone who uses cream or milk in their tea. We drink it plain so it was just ok.

★★★★☆

This is quite yummy. I had it with milk and honey and the hazelnut flavor was present, but not overwhelming. I can't help but wonder what would happen if I mixed it with chocolate and strawberry teas...

This was not for me. I did not care for it at all. I should have returned it but instead I put it in my office kitchen to share with others. I love the smell, but the flavor didn't do anything for me.

★★★★☆

To be honest, I wanted a tea that tasted a little like the hazelnut coffee I love, and this does! But it is definitely tea, not a coffee wanna-be. I was pleasantly surprised by this one and I will be ordering it again.

This tea smells and tastes so great!! I love it...

★★★★☆

Very good flavor for tea. I was pleasantly surprised. Very nutty and goes well with chocolate tea.

★★★★★

This tea sure is hazelnutty! I love hazelnut and this tea has no lack of that flavor here, but it still lets the black tea flavor through. Good for when you want to feel like a coffee drinker...

★★★★☆

I agree with the reviewers that say the Hazelnut tea is reminiscent of coffee. The bitterness of the tea somehow tastes more like coffee than what I expect of black tea, while the hazelnut flavor is very sweet, like a coffee-flavoring syrup.

strong flavor. mixes well with other teas, like chocolate and other nut-flavored teas. also has that great, strong wake-up scent!

★★★★★

My new favorite tea! The flavor is delicious...I would highly recommend it!

★★★★★

I had this for the first time this morning. What a great fall/winter tea! Love the subtle nutty flavor. I'm excited to drink more of this.

★★★★☆

This is surprisingly good. I'm not a big fan of hazelnut, and burned out on hazelnut coffee a long time ago, but it actually blends very well with black tea.

I loved it! It is one of my favorite morning teas.

★★★★☆

An interesting flavored black tea - the aroma actually strongly resembles that of coffee. Makes a great dessert tea with sugar and milk.

I love hazelnut, and this tea is just perfect for me. I will definitely be ordering a larger tin.

★★★★★

my favorite of the "flavors", right after Valentine's...a great choice if you already like nutty flavors, but probably the best in my opinion of the selection here.

★★★★★

the best so far out of all the teas a very strong nutty flavor and the smell is heaven

★★★★★

Delicious! A very full hazelnut flavor, but not too overpowering (the smell, on the other hand, is a little much). Creamy and nutty, a great replacement for your morning cup of coffee. A keeper.

★★★★★

Wow... I got a sample of this on a whim because I love hazelnut coffee, and this has become my favorite morning tea. Really wonderful hazelnut flavor; a great eye-opener!

★★★★★

Absolutely my favorite tea, the hazelnut flavor is strong but doesn't overpower the flavor of the tea leaves. Must try!

★★★★★

We love this tea -- it's robust and smooth with lots of nutty flavor

★★★★★

Love it. Rich and creamy. It mixes well with coconut and is such a yummy start to the day.

★★☆☆☆

This one seemed a bit syrupy to me. It has a nice nutty taste to it but kind of a bad aftertaste.

★★★★★

Hazelnut is a favorite of mine in coffee, so this tea smells just as good, and tastes equally good. Try pairing it with the Cream tea.

★★★★★

This was as good if not better than hazelnut coffee.
I am a nut person. I did not even have to add milk to this. I will be buying this again

★★★★★

The aroma is divine and the flavor is wonderful as well. This tea is good by itself, but also really good along with some chocolate flavored tea. It feels like cheating on your diet, but (without sugar or milk) it's 0 calories. It's heavenly!

★★★★★

Adagio has produced a fantastic tea. Their hazelnut tea captures the essence of hazelnut, tasting like pure distilled hazelnut. In fact, I taste much more nut than tea. For me, this is a good thing, as I absolutely adore hazelnuts, but am less enamored of unflavored black tea; for those who prefer a better balance of flavor and tea, this may not be the tea for you. Some might call the hazelnut flavor overpowering, but I find it to be pure bliss.

★★★★★

My favorite morning tea, very warm and smooth that goes great with breakfast.

★★★★☆

This tea has a great flavor. I find that it tastes great with milk.

★★★★☆

Very good tea. Has a nice crisp, flavorful taste. Probably would taste good as a latte, I have yet to try that though.

★★★☆☆

If you like dessert tea, this would be very much to your liking.

★★★★★

Think this one will become my fav black tea. Wonderful smell and taste really good.

★★★★☆

This is a good, standard hazelnut tea. Nothing special, but satisfying all the same.

★★★☆☆

I thought this tasted a little bitter, but my daughters enjoy it, blending it with chocolate-flavored tea for a Nutella-flavor.
