The flavor was ok but not really up to your usual standards. The grapefruit presence was not very strong and seemed more bitter than it should. I only tried it warm and it may do better as a cold beverage.
I must say I'm not a big fan of black tea, much less flavored black tea, much less fruity flavored black tea. However, I absolutely love anything grapefruit!
This is my current hands-down favorite. The smell in the tin is intoxicatingly fresh, mellows a bit in the cup but maintains a deliciously bright citrusy aroma and flavor. I've already re-ordered.

I read great things about the grapefruit flavor and was excited to receive it today. The smell is incredible from the canister and relatively strong still after seeping. I didn't add anything and found it just a tad bit bitter. Maybe it would be better next time w/ some milk or sugar.

Aroma in can is positively and extremely citrus like and enjoyable. Flavor of brewed tea is not as strong, but represents grapefruit well. Does not need sweetener.

Good. Fantastic smell, yet the flavor is pleasantly mild. The black tea isn't anything to write home about, and isn't astringent at all, which works well with the citrus, which isn't overpowering. I'm generally not a fan of flavored teas, but this is definitely pretty good.
I love grapefruit mixed with strawberry- by itself it is not bad, but the strawberry really helped!

This is my new favorite. The grapefruit flavor is perfectly balanced -- strong enough to make its presence known, but not overpowering. Surprisingly mellow.
Very nice! I was worried that it would make my mouth pucker, but there's just enough grapefruit flavor to be pleasant. (I pre-steeped it to wash out the caffeine, and that might also have taken out some of the grapefruitiness.) I'd order this again, for sure.
Wonderful true grapefruit smell and flavor. I tried it hot and really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to trying it iced, I think it will be great.
It has a very strong smell when it's a dry tea so you might not even like it. But when done, it smells just nice, the taste is not very 'grapefruital'. Good when mixed with rooibos.
All the flavor of grapefruit juice without artificial additives. Very tasty. I plan on buying it again.
