Good and useful for blending. FYI, it mostly tastes like raspberries.
Brisk Ceylon tea and savory summer berries create a cup with a comforting, sweet earthy aroma, deeply fruity flavor.

Good and useful for blending. FYI, it mostly tastes like raspberries.
This was a free sample in my order, but I've had this kind before as a gift from a friend. It really wasn't my thing, but I will gladly pass this one on to other tea-loving friends. It seemed to be a little too much 'fake berry' flavor in my opinion.
Absolutely love this tea! It has a nice light flavoring.
This tea isn't bad. On it's own, it dances the line between artificial and cloying. But since I bought it for blending, it's decent. It adds a nice berry flavor to other teas, and blending it negates any potential fake flavor. While not something I'd drink alone, I will keep it around for those fruity blends.
I was expecting a little more of a unique berry taste, but this is mostly accented with strawberries and raspberries. Nevertheless, I will definitely be blending with this one. If you want a strictly berry flavored tea, I would suggest going with Adagio's raspberry or blackberry.
Naturally sweet tea! the berries add a great component to the tea
I'm usually a very harsh critic, but this tea smelled fantastic, looked beautiful, and tasted delicious! The flavor felt very natural and complimented the tea nicely. I'll be buying this one again!
I love berry-flavored things. That said, I really enjoy this tea. It has both a strong berry smell and taste to it. If you enjoy that flavor, you'll probably like it. If you don't, you won't.
This tasted better than i thought it would after smelling it in the bag, but was not my favorite. Not awful, but better with a little cream. I usually don't add anything to my tea but i felt like i needed something to smooth it out.
This sample was added to a gift order for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved the tea. I have not tried it myself as of yet, but I plan to after she told me great things about it.
This tea was neither impressive or terrible. It borders on 'meh' and 'ehhhh'. The taste is strongly artificial and teeters on the line bordering cough syrup.
I really enjoyed this tea! In the bag, it was very fruity smelling, and the flavor did not disappoint at all. The berries really come through and it was actually already pretty sweet even before I added honey (I have a sweet tooth, what can I say). Very yum! I definitely want to try this iced next time :)
Almost sickly sweet right out of the bag. After steeping it for two minutes, the taste was OK, but when steeping it one minute more, the smell was so cloying that I didn't want to go into the kitchen! I usually love and prefer berry teas, not sure what happened with this one...
Way too much berry for me. I guess I should have expected it, but this tea was not what I imagined it would be.
another great berry-flavored tea. refreshing and tasty.
We made this into an iced tea and it was very good.
It's a slightly fruity taste to an otherwise plain tea. I love this as an addition to other things, but on it's own, it's sort of a take it or leave it. However, that's just my opinion.
I think this is one of my new favorite teas. It's fruity with just a hint of chocolate.
Very similar to the blackberry tea, which is to be expected, I suppose. It's good mixed with the valentines tea.
This tea is alright. It's a little testy, I've ended up overstepping it a few times. Don't steep longer than 3 min on this one. This isn't my favorite fruit blend by adagio, I much prefer strawberry, raspberry and white blueberry. I don't like these flavours melded together I guess.
I found this tea had the strangest, almost medicinal aftertaste. I like the idea of forest berries, but it's not one I'd order again.
One of my favorites. Great taste that nobody can resist.
I agree with the people who think this tastes like cough syrup. however, I don't find it terribly unpleasant. It's not my favorite, and I probably won't order more, but I don't hate it or anything.
Woah, this tea is clearly artificially flavored. The flavor was a put off, it mostly tasted like fake cherries. However, blended with something else, it's not that bad.
I love all of the berry teas that adagio offers, and this is no exception! Delicious!
Smells and tastes wonderful. I am looking forward to this on a nice chilly fall afternoon.
I got this as a sampler on my first order and love it! It can be steeped alone or mixed with something else.
This is a standard ceylon black tea with some hints of fruit flavors that can be most easily identified by smelling the tea, not tasting. It is still very tasty, but not as fruity and I as hoping for an iced tea.
Very very very sweet. this tea also has a strange aftertaste, but mostly it is VERY sweet.
Pretty fruity but great summer day as an iced tea. Amazing with the white sugar crystals.
Sweet alternative to having just black teas (e.g. English, Irish, etc.) Bit of sugar and cream does the trick.
Very good tea blend, same as most of these flavors. This was good, although I think the currant is slightly better balanced.
I think I'm going to have to give up on Adagio's herbal berry teas - they're never quite strong enough for my tastes. Even after I'd steeped this for a very long time, the resulting beverage tasted like watered-down Gatorade more than anything. It does smell lovely, so perhaps I'll just have to use the remaining tea as potpourri instead.
This tea reminded me a lot of the raspberry tea, but smelled more like the 'berry blast'. Overall I found the combination to be slightly too bitter, but not completely unpleasant. Not my favorite, but not a bad tea either.
Very earthy and fruity. It has a kind of warm smell in the bag...not spicy, but just...you know how some smells are just naturally warm or cold on their own? This one is warm and active, much like the guanabana, but with a much more bold and pronounced flavor.
I originally got forest berries in a sampler, and so far it's the only one I've gone out of my way to buy in a full size bag.
This is a tea that I enjoyed both hot and iced. A very light and fruity flavor. A lot of the times I find fruit teas to be too overwhelming and sweet but this one was really nice.
Definitely one of the better berry flavored teas. Not as sweet or overpowering as I would've thought it to be. Neither the smell nor taste strike me as artificial.
Like the name, the flavor has a nonspecific 'berry' kind of vibe. It's a juicier flavor than many of Adagio's other berry flavors (e.g. raspberry, blackberry, blueberry), and with enough sweetener, you can almost start to imagine Celestial Seasonings had something to do with it. Enjoyable as a fling, but not something I'd ever need to keep on hand.
I'm usually not a fan of overly fruit flavored teas, but the nice mix of berries makes it not overly powerful but still gives a nice sweet cup.
An overpoweringly fruity smell will explode from the bag on opening. Brewing it, didn't seem to help much. Weird aftertaste.
Amazing! What more is there to say. I has strong berry flavor without being fake or herbal tasting and really does remind me of a handful of fresh berries. A new favorite! LOVE
I LOVE this tea. Its everything that i like about regular old black tea, but with a subtle berry flavor especially at the finish. Definitely not a tea to chug down! Savor the flavor! (4 tsp in a 2 cup cast iron pot for 15 mins with the flame down low.)
This was absolutely delicious. I keep wanting to try it iced, but with only a sample pack I don't have enough left! The berry flavors really come through and are well balanced by the black tea.
A very solid berry tea, with raspberry being the more dominant flavor. The mix of berries really does add something special to it, maybe a touch of earthiness, though. I usually like berry/fruit teas iced with raw sugar, and this one is no exception.
The forest berries tea has a delightful berry taste, evoking the taste of wild berries in the Spring.
The berry flavor isn't the strongest, I think it will be a good tea for blending, not something I'd drink by itself.
Such a fantastic flavor, I'm a little in love with this and have recommended it to everyone
Sweet enough without anything in it, forest berries makes a delightful cup hot or iced.
Anything berry, I enjoy. This was no exception! Try it and see!
