Smells wonderful in the bag, very much like rich, sweet whipped cream. Straight tea (3:30 steep) is a medium flavor with a definite cream soda note - it's nice, and I don't usually prefer my tea plain. Milk helps round it out, and I added (as I often do) a packet of Splenda. It is wonderfully sweet and lovely, and stands up to its name. The reason I got into tea was one too many cups of what amounted to sugar milk with a dash of tea. I liked the nutty, creamy component that even a normal generic brand breakfast tea added to the mix. This tea, with a dollop of milk and sweetener, is very reminiscent of that. A lovely tea I could see myself keeping on hand for after dinner or for study sessions.

This is nothing to write home about. Personally, I'm going to stick to adding real cream to my tea as I think it tastes better than this 'natural creme flavor.' Still, this is a drinkable tea.

I love the subtleness of this tea. It blends very well, my favorite being with the spearmint tea. It smells wonderful and is great with or without sweetener.

It really does have creamy taste with a hint of sweet. I still add a spot of milk, but need no additional sweet. A drop of honey does make this a fantastic treat, though!

Smells awesome! I mixed it with some strawberry black tea and it was delicious! I am sure this is good by itself too. I will most likely be mixing it with other flavored teas.

The tea is good, but about half way down it's too sweet.

The best thing I can compare this to would be the whipped vodka, in that it's strong but has the delicious aftertaste of whipped cream. However, not the best on it's own but is much better blended with another tea :)

I'm lukewarm on this one. I expected a more clear taste of cream, but found that the tea was surprisingly bitter (even with some sugar in it.) I think it's worth seeing how it blends with other flavored teas, though.

This tea was exactly what I was hoping for in a 'cream' tea. It has a creamy taste without adding milk. I take it to work for my mid-morning cuppa. It is a comforting tea.

This really does taste like a fresh black tea with lots of yummy cream! I wasn't sure how this would be on its own after having it added to so many other teas that Adagio offers, but it is eaqually good by itself with a little added sugar. Will order again!

This tea has a nice creamy flavor... it's not my everyday cup of tea, but it's still very nice.

I generally don't care for flavored teas. To my taste, they seem to have a kind of stripped, almost chemical taste. However, I like cream and this had very good reviews, so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, it suffers from the standard flavored-tea issue I seem to have.

Very nice black tea. I am very picky about black teas and often find them bitter but this tea was very smooth.

This tastes kind of strange on its own, but a small amount blended with any fruity or 'dessert' flavored tea adds a nice creamy note.

Love this tea. Smooth, creamy, and rich on the taste buds. It's a simple taste, but one which I kept going back too. Does not even need any cream or milk, but the flavor is further enhanced. I also liked blending this tea with some herbals, like a rooibos.

This tea is different than any other I've had. It's sweet and smooth - a great taste. I figured if I didnt' like it by itself I could mix it with other teas, but I like it by itself!!

Brewed as it said on the package. This was really great! Oddly enough, with some cream and sweetener was very reminiscent of milk left over after eating a bowl of sweetened cereal.

I love this one, especially mixed with fruit flavored black teas.

It makes a nice smooth brew, even if the tea itself is kind of bland. It also mixes with other blends quite well, and I've noticed the cream flavor really coming out this way.

A really great anytime tea! Mix it with other flavors, and it is sublime!

Such a delicious tea! Its smooth, mellow and tastes like a mouthful of freshly made whipped cream. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic anytime tea.

It has a pretty good taste. It's not the best and I would prefer it mixed with something else :)

Loved the aroma of this when opened. I used this in a blend however, and don't know how it tastes by itself. In the blend, it is excellent!

On its own, this tea isn't terribly exciting, but it is a good base to mix with other teas. A good black tea flavor with a little creamy sweetness.

Very Good! it reminds me of how I drank tea when I was a kid with cream and sugar.

I think this might be my new favorite! It's sweet but not overly sweet, it smells heavenly!

Slightly sweet, but not overpowering. Overall, a good cup of tea if you're looking for a hint of sweet cream flavor.

I liked this one, but it is on the lighter side and a little plain. I can see why so many people like to blend it with other teas. It mostly likely adds exactly what the name implies, a little creaminess.

I didn't like this tea. My son, my little tea tasting buddy, also disliked it. However, it is what it says it is - a smooth cream tea, so I cannot rate it badly. Just completely not my preference. Very creamy and tastes convincing.

Didn't really get it. It doesn't taste like 'cream'.

It has this really great 'thickness' to it. Tastes great plain or with a bit of sugar to round it out.

This is my favorite flavor of tea! The name describes it perfectly - it has a rich creamy texture and flavor. Definitely my favorite Adagio tea!

Even though I was skeptical of a flavored tea, this 'Cream' Ceylon has become my most-frequently-brewed tea, and the one I'll offer to any undecided guest.

It has all the excellent properties of good pipe tobacco, and none of the negative properties.

I go through this faster than any of my other teas.

It's one of my favorite teas! It's a great tea on it's own with a great smooth taste, but most of the time I mix it with other teas w/o adding actual cream/milk. Buy this one in a large tin!

This tea is very strong (in a good way) and sweet, although I added some splenda. The taste is not quite reminiscent of cream--it has butterscotch undertones as others have said--but it is certainly a tea that I will buy again.

Smooth and creamy flavor. The scent really welcomes you to the tea.

This tea is wonderful! The description sounded good on the website, it smelled heavenly in the packaging and it tastes amazing! With out without milk and sugar, this tea is dead-on for the cream flavor.

Great blended with just about any other flavor for a nice creamy taste

I never actually tried this tea on its own, I combined it with other teas as other reviewers have suggested. It definitely smells a lot like pancake batter, so strongly that when I opened up the bag my whole kitchen smelled like I had just baked. When I combined it with a flavored black, it definitely mellowed the flavor out a bit. It's a pretty good addition to a flavored tea on occasion.

Wow. This was amazing. Medium flavor but very soft at the same time. Ever had cream soda? Same cream flavor. Awesome. Will buy more and cant wait to mix with other teas!

Not a personal favorite, but it is a good tea. I still add cream to it just for the sake of adding cream to it (I don't really like it well without cream).

It is a little strong for my taste, and it has an earthy flavor.

You can drink this one plain or with milk depending on your mood, it goes down smooth.

I love this tea. Great on its own or added to any other for some extra smoothness. Very easy to brew and forgiving of extra steep time.
