I wasn t sure what to think on my first cup, but now that I ve drank my way through the sample pack I plan to buy more. I will say if you imagine a vanilla flavor when you are looking at something called cream tea you will be disappointed. It s a good tea, just don t expect it to have any vanilla flavor. At the recommended 2-3 min steep, this is just a nice mild black tea to me. However, I took a chance and went with a longer steep just to see what happened and I actually like it quite a bit more. NOW that dairy-ish creaminess comes out and there s actually a chocolate smell and taste to it, which I love. I suggest trying a cup of this tea at the recommended steeping time and then another with a longer steep (to be honest, for several cups I ve just left it steeping while I eat breakfast and poured when I was finished...which is usually more than 5 min) and see what you like better. It s a really good tea, but the flavor changes pretty dramatically with the steeping time (well duh)
The cream flavor was good and not over powering, and the tea wasn't too strong. This is a good tea for sipping on a cold day... liked it lots!

Been buying this one for a while. Usually have mine around mid to late day, as everything is winding down. Great for an after lunch tea, helps get me through the day and curbs my sweet tooth. This is one of the very few teas I always have on hand.
I bought this to have as a base for adding to fruit teas - then, I can have my favorite fruit teas with a lil caffeine kick. Works well!

Excellent to mix with other flavors. Totally boring on its own, as I expected. I usually keep a sample around just for mixing with other flavors. I don't have a typical brewing temp/time as it depends on what I'm mixing it with.

I love this tea! It's great by itself or as an add in to other teas. It provides just the right amount of creamy vanilla hint to everything you blend it with. I HIGHLY recommend this tea if you like to 'mix' your own blends at home.
This is so much better than I expected! I figured it would taste like milk added, but it's more of a, what, vanilla? almond? something creamy. Sweet and delicious.

I tried this on its own and it was ok, not much actual flavor, but it did have a lovely creamy scent and light smoothness. I then added it to a blend with almond oolong, caramel, and maple and it was amazing. It really smoothed out the flavors of the blend.
a nice rather sedate tea for everyday drinking. i'm a fan of blending this with other teas to mellow them without losing taste.

This is a delicious black tea - it isn’t quite “creamy” but it definitely does have a sweet, creamy taste, which is really all you can expect. It’s delicious on its own or blended with some fruit tea (or plain fruit) - Adagio’s Wild Strawberry is a particularly yummy combo!
I'm a diehard cream of earl grey fan (usually mix the earl grey bravo and moonlight - yum!) and gave this a try. Very pleasantly surprised, creamy and smooth. It will enter into the rotation.
Overall good flavor. The ceam part smells more distinct than it tastes.

Cream is a lovely tea that is very soothing and delicate for a black tea. I would consider it very close in smell to the vanilla oolong. They both have wonderful flavors, but this one is a more gentle tea, ready to brighten mornings with a simple touch.
Initially, I got a coffee like flavor with a creamy aftertaste when tasting for the first time. As one who has (after a lot of trial and error) come to the realization that they just don’t like the taste of coffee, but who also loves whipped cream, it was unexpected.
However, it’s far better with a splash of milk, which softens the tea into something mild and a little sweeter, and made for a much more enjoyable drink.
I was impressed at how this subtle flavor could be so nice! It s slightly creamy, slightly sweet, and the black tea shines through without any bitterness. Excellent!
A nice black tea with a gentle whipped cream taste to it. I still added my own milk to it and the cream note in this was distinct and not overpowered. Sweet and tasty.
I love this tea! Its so relaxing, I just wish it came in decaf!
This tea is fine on its own, but it really shines as a compliment to teas that benefit from its creamy, comforting flavor. I like adding it to black teas (such as the seasonal Chestnut) in order to get a round, smooth flavor.

This tea is good but hard to describe. It reminds me of how adding cream takes the edge off coffee; this is a classic black tea with a hint of sweet and soft flavor that takes the edge off. Even better with milk!
