The packet had a sweet vanilla aroma. I brewed it according to directions then cooled it down. It has a nice toasted marshmallow taste with only a hint of bitterness.
Classic Ceylon tea touched with the flavor of fresh cream. Sweet and warm, pleasantly brisk, delicately creamy.

I cold brewed this tea all day and tried it in the evening and it was excellent both hot and cold. It’s very refreshing this way and didnt seem bitter to me at all when cold brewed. I would happily have this tea again.
Steeped for 9 hours, just added room temperature water to tea and steeped in the fridge.
I overnight steeped my Cream sample as It's extremely hot and humid in my state. I found this Cream tea to be very smooth with a strong vanilla flavor and loved it. There was no bitterness or astringency at all. I did not add sweetener to my tea. It was quite a refreshing treat to sip.
Classically smooth and delicious. Very dreamy flavored and can pair with a lot of other earthy teas
cold brewed, with a splash of simple syrup, this is a nice creamy, refreshing treat. I can see how it's such a versatile tea for blending!
Good, but leaves me wanting the 'birthday tea'... so I'd rather just order that? Missed the sugar the sprinkles add in the birthday tea.
It's pretty good on its own, but I think it would taste better if paired with another flavor. Still a very nice and smooth taste!
Love this one for the versatility of it. By itself this one has an awesome sweetness present that does not require adding sugar and a texture that for me requires no added milk or cream either. Outside of saying it smells like cream it is hard to pin down a word for it. It definitely smells sweet and honestly reminds me of unlit black and mild cigars. Thankfully it does not taste like a cigar it tastes both sweet and bold at the same time and may be one of the few where I prefer the base being Ceylon as I think a super malty base may steal the show from the cream flavor. This one's starpower really comes from its blending potential of adding that texture to many fruit or spice blends to really lift them up to amazing dessert or latte like drinks. Definitely a friendly tea to blenders. Due to it having Ceylon base be careful not to oversteep. 212° 3 min
July 2025 just so tasty. Smooth and a hint of vanilla sweetened w a little bit of raw sugar.
I bought the decaf version of this as I tend to favor black teas and my cupboard is full of caffeine! Although Adagio communitea has refined my palate and I now think of the flavored black teas as my 'low brow' loves, I do love this one.
I figured I would love this tea since I love the decaf version and I wasn't wrong! The sweet creaminess of the cream flavor blends well with the black tea. Brewed for 5 minutes with a packet of Splenda.
CommuniTEA sample: 3 min @ 195 F. I find it tastes a little bit too artificial, and it's very strong in the vanilla flavors. I also am not a fan of Ceylon, and I feel that the sweetness from the crème flavoring and the natural bitterness from Ceylon both are very prominent. They don't really cancel each other out, it's just not that enjoyable for me. I did add some milk and sugar and that muted a lot of the unpleasant flavors, but it also didn't really have much tea flavor at that point, it just tasted like sweet vanilla milk?
Cream by Adagio wasn’t a hit for me. The black tea base is okay, but the cream flavor tastes artificial and overpowers the cup. It didn’t blend well and left an odd aftertaste. I was hoping for something smoother and more natural.
Creamy indeed. It loves a little honey or brown sugar. A comforting cup on a rainy day or later afternoon.
A tea not to be missed. As the name says, a creamy, smooth, and delicious tea waiting for you to experience it. I enjoy this in the afternoon when things get hectic, or any time for a smooth break. Multiple steeps are great and room temp is good too.
An absolutely delicious and smooth tea experience. I combine it with the vanilla black tea for a dessert tea.
My go-to all time favorite. This is good hot or iced and with a little milk.
My all-time favorite tea! I love to mix it with other flavors (iced + honeybush chocolate = caffeinated chocolate milk)
This tea is amazing! One of my favorites by far. It has a nice smooth and caramel flavor. I also like to mix it with my chocolate truffle tea
Light but with a rich and full mouth-feel. A touch sweet, and the creaminess balances the subtle bitterness.
I love the decaf version of this, but the caffeinated version (this one) is nothing like it. I won't be repurchasing this
Lovely black yea with a creamy finish. A good afternoon tea.
The cream tea is probably my favorite Adagio tea! Strong, smooth, and subtly sweet! Sweeten, add milk or half and half, and enjoy a cup or two!
This is good but a little overpowering on its own. It’s divine in blends however
The taste is so good! So smooth and creamy. What a great way to start my day! I really think this is the perfect alternative to milky coffee.
I use this in almost all the flavors I wish to soften. By itself sweetened with just a sprinkle of coconut sugar is divine!!
This cream tea feels subtle and smooth for a black tea. It’s one of my new favorites.
This tea is great. We add it to a lot of other tea in small quantities to kind of round them out, but it's also great all on its own.
Love the way this one tastes. It has a great flavor and compliments many other teas.
This was absolutely delightful!! I would definitely get this again!!!
Cream tea is wonderful. It is sweet and creamy and tastes great alone or with a splash of milk. I like to add a dash of honey for extra sweetness.
It’s good. Light flavor. I add vanilla syrup. Good for an everyday drink.
Excellent tea, its aroma and taste transport me to an exotic place where I feel surrounded by tobacco leaves and wild vanilla orchids!
One of our absolute favorites! A lovely aroma & delicious taste!
I really like this tea! It's similar to a vanilla taste, but not as sweet tasting. This is delicious in blends or by itself, and very good iced. This may be my favorite flavored tea.
I love that I can add this to many different teas .
I LOVE this tea. It's great on its own or combined with other teas (peach, mango, etc.). Will definitely order again.
I really enjoyed this one, a nice cream flavor that balances well with the black tea.
Really love this tea I always buy This teabbbbbbbbb
This is one of the most versatile teas! Good alone, or in blends. It has a somewhat marshmallowy kinda taste, and is so smooth
Edit: Just add this to everything lol
I love adding this tea to anything that needs just a lil something extra. On its own, it's a little cloying and leaves my mouth feeling slightly coated. Adding it to something like a chocolate tea helps to break up the sweetness and bring in a smoothness that wouldn't be there otherwise. 10/10 perfect for adding. 6/10 on its own
This one wasn't my favorite, was just kind of boring. There wasn't anything off putting about it, I drink my tea sweet with cream anyway and there just wasn't anything special about this one.
The cream flavored tea reminds me of toasted marshmallows. The cream flavoring itself is marshmallow-y and the darker, mildly astringent ceylon base grants it a toastiness. This is the one flavored tea in which I feel like the ceylon actually enhances the experience. The marshmallow fragrance also travels well. Unsurprising that this is super popular.
I love this it’s great for breakfast with milk and sugar. I also mixed this with currant and oh my so freaking good
I really liked this one strong enough flavor smooth almost like a vanilla flavor the cream is one of my favorites so far.
I was introduced to Adagio Teas as a Mother's Day gift from my daughter. My husband and I really enjoy a cup of Cream tea on a cold winter afternoon.
Light and delicate. One of my favorite. No need to put any cream in your tea if your drinking this. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Nestle in with a good book and this tea and your day will be wonderful.
Wasn’t my favorite, just a vague crème flavor, good if I don’t want to be overwhelmed I think!
This is a delightful, flavorful almost vanilla but better tasting tea. It's great on its own or mixed with other teas to balance stronger flavors.
This is hands down my favorite tea. I could drink this all the time except I cannot handle caffeine very well
Good, just not my favorite. I like a stronger black tea, this lacked something I can’t put my finger on.
