I have always been a fan of adding a splash of cream to my tea. This tea was a game changer, and is my favorite tea I have ever tried. It gives that cream flavor without the calories of real cream. I highly recommend it.

★★★★★

delicious, I mixed it with peach (3 oz peach 1 oz cream) and wild strawberries (3 oz wild strawberry 1.5oz cream) made a lovely dairy free creaminess that I adored when mixed with those two. I added the last .5 oz with a blueberry tea from a different company which I wasn't really fond of but I'm hoping the cream will give the blueberry tea the nice little pop of flavor that I feel like its lacking.

The cream flavor is very good, the tea itself is just a touch bitter.

★★★★★

The joy of full fat cream with none of the downsides. This is a rich, smooth, full-bodied black tea that can play tricks on the mind. The tastes and feel of this tea makes it difficult to believe I didn't add any cream. Creamy, smooth with an aftertaste that reminds me almost of butter. I would recommend this tea to anyone who adds cream to there cup but also to vegans or those with lactose intolerance because it is an excellent way to enjoy the flavor of cream without actually ingesting any dairy.

I wouldn't drink this on its own, but I love it blended with a fruit or spice tea.

★★★★☆

Nice, soothing tea, blends well with milk for a morning or mid day cup.

Very nice, and delightful in every blend I've tried it in.

This is a nice addition to my collection, nice with a drop of bourbon vanilla.

★★★★★

Light cream flavor, but not bad. I always steep a minute less than recommended because the tea base is STRONG.

★★★★★

We love it both plain and blended. We like to add a touch of sweetner-of-choice to bring out the decadence.

This tea has a lovely creaminess to it (hence the name) and is delicious both brewed solo and mixed with other teas. This is a good base for blends. The black tea doesn't have much bitterness to it, and lends a bit of sweetness. The cream flavor is mostly in the first infusion, but can withstand a second steep.

This is my go to tea when I'm looking for something with a bit of caffeine. Nice and creamy with a flavor that stands out.

Wow! I was always a black tea and heavy cream kinda tea drinker until I gave up dairy this year. This tea has all the creamy goodness I crave!

I detected a creamy vanilla scent while brewing, but it was nearly absent when drinking. This was slightly astringent when brewed at 212F. I did a second brewing at a slightly lower temperature for less astringency. The cream is most noticeable when you forget about your tea and have to drink it at room temperature.

I should have tried it without my heavy cream in it! But its very very good! I love it. I got a bunch of teas and I have yet to try them but this is my favourite one so far out of the ones I got!

The smell of this tea when you open the bag is powerful and enticing, a kick in the senses of fresh cream. The flavor, when brewed, is subtler, though brought forth excellently with a little sugar and milk or cream. It's a softer, gentler tea and an enjoyable cup.

★★★★★

I am new to loose leaf and this was one of the first flavors I picked up. It immediately became a favorite, and will probably be my first big-container purchase on Adagio.

The cream is smooth and serves as more of a background note than a foreground flavor, mellowing the edge of the black tea. I take all tea I drink black and unsweetened, and although I don't like the flavor of actual milk or cream in my tea I do often wish for something to round it off. This does it.

It's also great for combining with other flavors--I've especially enjoyed it with lapsang and with spiced teas.

I bought vanilla to compare and the cream wins hands-down if what you're looking for is the actual earthy, smooth taste of real vanilla and not an artificial vanilla dessert flavor. This is it.

★★★★★

Cream is deceptive as freshly brewed and hot, the first sip seemed weak and nothing special. But as it cooled slightly, Cream did not disappoint with a rich, creamy mouthfeel and hint of milky sweetness. I prefer it slightly cooled or on the second or third steep. I reach for Cream when I don't want a super strong, robust black tea but rather something light and easy.

Edited to add this tea surprised me. I reach for it on days when I want something comforting and when I don't want to be surprised or challenged by my taste buds. It's a solid morning cup.

Hint of cream, but not overpowering. Nice to have when you don't want anything with too much flavor, but just a little more than regular black tea.

Love this simple, but really flavorful black tea. The cream adds some really nice sweetness, and obviously creaminess, without actually being sweetened. Please note, water boils at 199 degrees where I am, due to altitude.

★★★★★

Excellent tea. Not too overpowering--just the right amount of flavor. Almost feels like dessert!

★★★★★

This is a pretty good tea on its own. The cream smell is strong and pleasant, the flavor is light but noticeable. It's pretty good cold too. I could definitely see myself mixing this in with other flavors, such as the fruit flavored teas or the chestnut tea. I would also drink it again on it's own too.

update: I've tried blending this in with my fruit flavored teas and the chocolate teas! It adds an added layer of flavor and makes them really feel like a dessert

This tea is delightful! I like adding some to stronger teas to smooth out the flavor.

This is a smooth tea that tastes like sweet cream. It's very good.

★★★★☆

Good on it's own, but really good mixed half and half with raspberry tea.

★★★★★

We have been enjoying the smooth taste of this tea.

★★★★☆

Solid flavored tea, nothing extraordinary here, but would serve well in a blend which I believe is the most likely use for this tea. The cream flavor serves to mellow out the black tea and provide a milky taste as intended. Of course adding milk to the tea amplifies this so if you are a milk tea fan this will be right up your alley.

This has been a new favorite of mine. It was the best out of the 'dessert' tea sample in my opinion. I have placed a second order of it.

★★★★★

This tea is delicious. It has a smooth creamy tea taste to it. I added a little sugar and it was perfect.

★★★★☆

This is a simple and pleasurable tea on its own, to be sure, but where I really enjoy it is in combining it with other teas, especially fruit flavoured ones. Make your own peaches and cream, berries and cream, whatever it might be, it creates a fun, new experience. It pairs well with pretty much every black tea I've tried thus far!

★★★★☆

It's just okay on its own, I think. The cream is very artificial to me. That said, it's good for blending with other teas that need a bit of taming, like chai teas.

★★★★★

I do an equal 1/3 combination of Cream with Earl Grey Moonlight and Vanilla for a FANTASTIC Earl Grey Creme tea. It is velvety smooth and starts my morning off just right.

★★★★★

This is one of my favorite teas. Simple, elegant, perfect to wake up with. It’s the kind of black tea that’s perfect on its own, or served with some honey and a splash of milk. A mild sweetness on its own with the power of a full bodied black tea. The cream flavor is natural, and not overpowering but strong on the nose. A regular in my breakfast rotation.

I like to add this tea to other flavors like blueberry to add a nice creaminess.

★★★★☆

I like lightly flavored black teas. I followed the instructions as to time and temperature. This fit the bill, though it wasn't quite as creamy as I'd hoped. Still a very good tea.

★★★★★

This is a really nice, full bodied tea. It has a smooth flavor and goes very well with scones. This is one of my favorite flavored black teas.

Delicious black tea with sweet flavor. I'll be ordering more flavored black teas.

My kids love this one! I enjoy this one mixed with vanilla, hazelnut, or caramel.

★★★★★

A delightful simple cream tea. Great in the afternoon for a pickme up

★★★★☆

Mild tea, mild cream flavor, mild taste overall. Not an outstanding tea, but certainly far from a bad one. I add a little whole cream to it and sweeten with honey...not bad at all.

This tastes like adding a splash of butter extract to ordinary black tea. The cream flavor is pretty mild, and it reminds me more of buttered popcorn than cream. I kind of like it, but it wasn't exactly what I was envisioning, and I probably won't get it again.

I love this tea so much. The cream flavor mellows out the black tea. Makes it sweeter and smoother. Definitely one of my favorites. I want to try it in some homemade mixes!

★★★★☆

I got this tea as a sample to try because I was intrigued by another review who recommended combining it with Summer Rose. It is delicious blended with that floral tea. I also like it combined with Chocolate Chip for a chocolate-and-cream flavor - but it's also good on its own. Definitely has a mild creamy flavor and even more with a splash of milk. I steep it, like most of Adagio's teas, for less than recommended in order to get the flavor without all the astringency.

★★★★☆

I like to mix this with the chestnut tea. Sweet and creamy with vanilla notes. Can brew twice, but the second infusion lacks 75% of the flavor, still the underlying leaf in this blend provides a drinkable if mild second cup. I find this is enhanced by the addition of sweetener and cashew milk but it stands on its own as well.

The dry aroma is quite pleasantly chocolate. The tea tastes very lightly of cream. I am not a fan of the bitterness at the end of the sip/aftertaste. Adding a half teaspoon of rock sugar crystals mellows this out a bit. I much prefer this in a blend.

★★★★★

This is my go-to right now. I love a straight Ceylon, and I love creamy/sweetness, so the combination is great. I usually put half-and-half in my tea, but I don't need it for this; just a bit of sugar to bring forward the cream flavors. The first whiff out of the bag has a bit of artificial flavoring, but I don't get it coming through in the brew.

★★★★★

Quite good! A great way to get a creamy hint of flavor without adding actual cream to your cup. This one is a great accent for blends as well.

★★★★☆

It s pretty good with sugar and milk but it s not a very flavorful tea. I was expecting a little more creaminess/vanilla to show through

★★★★★

I don't drink this tea often on its own, but I do use it a good bit to blend with other teas and it is fantastic to soften other flavors. I especially enjoy it with berry teas and chocolate-flavored teas.

★★★★☆

This is so good and cream without the need for dairy.
