I tried the coconut tea today, and I have to say that it is not too bad. I really enjoy the cocnut taste. But like most flavoured teas, I did not enjoy the tea taste. However, the tea taste was much better than others I have had. I am thinking about blending it with a rum tea I have at home.
Not bad just hoping for more coconut flavor. Maybe I will use coconut milk next time I make it. Also, got the resealable bag and not the tin. Wasn't sure about it but it turned out to seal up well and easy.
I was hesitant at first when getting this tea, but when i tried it, was amazing. Its a good black tea with just a hint of coconut. Almost like drinking a mounds bar, with out the sugary sweetness.
I really like this as iced tea. I use .5 cup of tea to make 10 cups in a Delonghi coffee brewer, then add ice in a pitcher to make about 2.5 quarts of iced tea. I also add about 4 T sugar.
This is my favorite flavored black tea. A wonderful flavor and very good with cream. YUM!!! Try mixing it with baking coconut. Adds a little bit of sweetness and a lot more flavor.
The coconut aroma is fantastic, but I couldn't really taste the coconut. Still a great black tea though.

This stuff smells *so* good in the tin! Like actual shredded coconut, moreso than artificial coconut. The smell dissipates a little in the cup, and it's not as intense as I wish it were, but it's a lovely little tea. I rarely drink it by itself, as I think it's best in blends.
It smells great but the flavor is not that strong. Still good when you need sweet flavor. I don't blend because the coconut gets lost.
It is a nice sweet flavor. A good dessert tea. I think I am going to mix it with chocolate and see how that goes.
I expected more coconut flavor based on the intial smell, but it was pretty good. I probably would not drink it on its own, but I like it blended with chocolate and cinnamon in the A Chocolate Paradise blend.

I love coconut anything (scented soap, lotion, as an ingredient in bread or cookies) so no surprise I liked this. I mix 1/2 teaspoon coconut tea with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla black tea and 2 teaspoons birthday tea in my PersonaliTea teapot and that's how I start my Saturday morning. Yum!

I love the subtleties of this tea. Very aromatic, but in the cup the coconut is not overwhelming (I like that). It mixes well with other flavored black teas-- I have yet to try it with a fruit-type herbal tea, which is what I plan to do next!

I was expecting a smoother tea than what I got with this. I think I just haven't found the right brewing time yet. It is good mixed with the chocolate and cream though.

When my husband and I opened the tin, we were surprised by the nasty smell, but figured it could still taste really good. We were wrong. Not only was it bitter, the coconut flavor was undetectable. This was the most disgusting tea I've ever tasted. Undrinkable.
This was good, but I think it would be better blended. I tried it both hot and cold and found the cocount flavor more powerful cold which I enjoyed.
This tea has a bit of an overpowering scent to it, more like candy than tea. When steeped it becomes much more subtle and still smells sweet. It has a subtle flavor and I prefer it with milk and sugar. Seems like it would be wonderful combined with the honeybush mango (2 parts mango, 1 part coconut) and iced. I will buy another tin when this one is empty!

This tea has a strong unmistakable coconut smell, but the flavor is not overwhelming. I think I would prefer this tea blended with something else in addition to the coconut.
This tea is a wonderful tropical treat! It blends well with many other flavors of tea and it is excellent just by itself. I definitely tasted the coconut in it. There are pieces of real coconut in it too. I will definitely be purchasing it again when I run out!

This is one of my favorite flavor teas. Don't expect an overwhelming coconut flavor. It is a subtle sweet smooth coconut flavor that can be very relaxing. I keep this tea on hand to drink straight or as a blend. It doesn't get top ranks from me as far as the quality of the black tea base but this is more about the coconut flavor for me.
