This is okay. It is a bit too sweet by itself, but sometimes nice for an indulgence.
Creamy texture of fresh coconut flavor with the balanced brightness of Ceylon. Perfectly sweet and very well-blended.

This is okay. It is a bit too sweet by itself, but sometimes nice for an indulgence.
What a special treat! Nice, rich coconut flavor. My son loves this tea after school on a chilly day.
Really wanted to like this one, but it turned out oddly bitter. Maybe I didn't time this well enough. I'll certainly try again, maybe with more sugar and a shorter steep next time.
This has a lovely fresh coconut flavor, and is great sweetened.
This is a mild black tea, little to no bitterness, with a light coconut flavor. I never would have guessed it but I really enjoy how coconut flavor complements the black tea flavor so well.
If Adagio would use a better black tea base for their flavored teas, there would probably be many that I liked. This one, like the others, turned bitter.
Not only was the smell of this tea (especially as it was brewing) heavenly, but it tasted wonderful, too. Be warned: this isn't the sweet, sugary-y coconut that you might expect, but more of a nutty, toasted flavor. I love it. Nice afternoon tea.
Got a sample, awesome tea! Great coconut taste. Going to buy more :)
Bought this for my fiance who is a coconut lover. It's only been about 3 weeks and he is almost ready for a new bag! Good tea for any time of day.
I was hoping for a 'tropical' kick in the winter, and though I do know coconut is in the tea it is too faint to really call it as Coconut Tea. It's just... okay.
Tastes like coconut! Mmmmm. However, there isn't a lot of 'tea' flavor. Tastes almost like I'm drinking pure coconut water rather than a tea. But still good. Kind of sweet. Better hot.
Okay, but I think this would have been better sweetened. This tea is pretty bitter.
Not as flavorful as I would have expected. I've been adding it to other teas to make them a little bit sweeter. This tea is fairly bland by itself.
I normally steer away from flavored teas, but Adagio's are usually great. This one, however, was artificial and unpleasant to drink. I'm going to add it to one or two other teas to see if it's improved by dilution, but it's not worth trying by itself.
Very good, this can be hit or miss - I had a hard time with it in the tea ball. However in the ingenuiTEA it made all the difference in the world. Very soft yet good coconut flavor
This is the best coconut black tea I have had. The coconut flavor doesn't over power the tea but it is not a side note either. I enjoyed it with milk but it is also good on its own.
My first Adiago tea. Definitely tasty, but could be a little bit more coconut-y, in my opinion.
The tasty smell of a coco, but doesn't suffice something
This tea is fantastic--sweet and coconutty. It's especially good iced...or try it warm with a shot of rum in it. Yum.
My sister did my taste test since I don't really care for coconut on it's own. A good taste - does not overwhelm, but does not lack in flavor either. Sweetened with sugar. Look forward to mixing it with some tropical flavors.
Very smooth flavor. Reminds me of a warm day at the beach.
Very true coconut flavor and smells great...delicious
Love.
I was disappointed at first because I brewed the tea at too low a temperature (smelled of coconut, but absolutely no taste), later too high a temperature (tasted burnt), but I seem to have found a happy medium. I usually drink mine with a hint of almond milk, which really helps to bring out the nutty flavor.
Also, I'm really pleased with the price of this tea -- should you purchase the 3 oz. package, you should be able to make nearly 40 cups of tea. For only five dollars, I'd say that's a great deal.
I think this one is strange, but then again, I really like 'Black Tea' category the best. I need to try it as an iced tea, but I think if you like cocnut, you will like this.
This is one of my favourite Adagio tea flavours. Many other brands of coconut flavoured tea that I have tried have a very artificual coconut taste that I dislike. However this tea has a beautiful balance of real coconut flavour. The flavour is apparent even when milk is added to the tea or the tea is blended with other flavours. Highly recommended! And if you like this one, try the Coconut Paouchong.
It was ok, really smelled the coconut but not my favorite.
If you like coconut, you'll probably like this one! I love the smell, and the taste is good too. I like to blend it with other flavors (chocolate, vanilla, or nutty teas work best) to make something excellent
A nice black tea which I enjoy mixed with Tropics for a more fruity blend. Sensitive to over steeping. Leave it sitting too long the the tea will overpower the coconut. Oops.
This tea makes a perfect before bedtime 'snack' It has a slight coconut flavor that isn't too strong and lets the tea flavor shine through. I add about a tsp of honey to mine!
I wish this had more of a coconut taste. I love coconut
Sweet taste, some sugar accentuates the coconut flavor
My wife loves this tea. It has a great aroma, and doesn't require sweeteners.
This tea has a great coconut flavor that isn't too overpowering. The coconut seems to me like it has a hint of vanilla, and it reminds me of vanilla 'flavored' tea. Super yummy!
This tea has a nice, subtle fragrance of a coconut. I just wished for more flavor. Did not care very much for coconut flakes in this blend, since they did not increase the taste. It was a little annoying to see tiny fat micelles floating on the surface layer of the tea in a cup.
I love this tea! Nice coconut flavor without being too strong. With a splash of milk and a squirt of honey - it's sublime!
This is my favorite. Has a wonderful coconut flavour.
This tea is awesome, it smells amazing and blends well with others. I mix it with chocolate chip for my morning tea, and with fruit blends for my evening tea.
i enjoyed the flavor, however, i did not taste the coconut hints. going to try again, as sometimes i do not catch all the flavors the first time. very good tea at any rate
This is everything the description says it is. I am adding it to my favorites! The taste is smooth, no aftertaste. The coconut is light and perfect. The aroma is very pleasing. I will be having this daily I am sure.
Plain the coconut tea is a bit bitter and the coconut flavor does not seem to taste right without adding sugar to it. If you are one that likes to use sugar and milk in your cream it might be a better one for you than for people who prefer them plain.
I love the taste of coconut, which is a darn good reason for my having purchased this tea. It smells awesome in the bag (to someone who likes coconut), and it tastes great too! The aroma post-steeping, along with the flavor, aren't quite the same as the aroma fo the dry tea. The coconut flavor of the brewed tea is more subtle, giving way moreso to the taste of the actual tea. No worries, though, 'cause it's still there and still tastes deliciously coconutty! I haven't tried yet, but I imagine this would taste good with a bit of milk and sugar (sort of a coconut creme pie thing). :)
I'm a huge fan of coconut, and I'm glad to say that this tea did not disappoint me. It's really delicious cold.
I was impressed by the shreds of coconut included in the tea leaves. It smells and tastes delicious!
Taste is perfect! Can be blended with almost any of the fruity flavored teas but is perfect with chocolate or Carmel.
This one was made for cold tea in my opinion. I've tried it hot a few different ways but the cold tea really had a great flavor.
In looking for a replacement for Special Tea's coconut tea I gave this a try. In comparison the coconut flavor is weaker by far.
I bought this for my mom who has been searching for the 'perfect' coconut tea. She took one whiff and said excitedly, 'This is it!' By the time she tasted it, she was ready to buy a whole pound's worth.
This tea has a nice extra tang to it, while still tasting like tea. Has a nice warmth to it. It is one of the few flavours that a group of my co-workers agrees upon.
Absolutely deliciously coconuty! One of my fave favourites!
The light coconut flavor is excellent without tasting sweet.
