The black tea is not the amazing quality that I am used to but the cinnamon flavor is amazing when blended with other black teas or a chai.
Spicy cinnamon with bright Ceylon black tea. Very warm and high cinnamon flavor, fresh with a spicy-crisp finish.

The black tea is not the amazing quality that I am used to but the cinnamon flavor is amazing when blended with other black teas or a chai.
I've ordered this before and it was awesome. I loved the spicy cinnamon taste. This batch just tastes like artificial cinnamon. It is not appealing. I feel like I'm drinking cinnamon gum. Not what I want from tea.
For using just slightly under a tsp, this tea smelled deliciously potent. The taste of cinnamon was strong without being overpowering, and unlike many of the other reviews, had little to no spice. This is good for someone who doesn't want so much spice, and I'm looking forward to using it as an accent flavor in some blends. I get the feeling this will be good brewed stronger with milk, but I haven't tried that yet. 4/5 because it succeeds in doing its job as a cinnamon flavored tea, knocking off one for the lack of spice that, in at least small amounts, might have served well to amplify the taste.
A strong 'hot' cinnamon flavor. I'm not a huge cinnamon fan so I probably won't drink it too much on its own, but do plan on blending it with the Apple to see how that tastes. For what it's worth it seems like an excellent cinnamon tea, and my husband who likes cinnamon more than I do thinks it's great, but I'll mainly be using it as a blending flavor.
Very strong flavor, so not as great for mixing as I thought it might be, but excellent for a slight variation from my usual chai.
Really nice, but not quite what I was expecting. This is a much hotter cinnamon taste than I expected - more RedHots than cinnamon roll. Lovely smell, though, and quite good on it's own or blended with other flavors.
A bit too spicy and much of a kick on its own, but good for blending.
It's almost like drinking a liquid version of Red Hot candies, only more subtle and less 'get this out of my mouth.' It's warm and smooth, and the flavor lasts through a few infusions.
The smell from this made me remember cinamon bears from my childhood. Bold and spicey in flavor but it did mellow out when I made it proper. I made this extra strong when I had a cold to help clear out my sinuses.
This tea is delicious. While I don't feel that the cinnamon flavor comes through too strongly, it is still a solid, flavorful cup of tea.
It has a very strong cinnamon flavor, almost too much, but still very good.
For me, it's only OK on it's own since the cinnamon flavor is so intense - I am not partial to flavored teas. However, I got this for a blend, and it works great to add a little flavor to other teas.
Not bad, not great...just okay. If you love your cinnamon mild, then this tea is for you. If you are like me and love a strong cinnamon that makes your mouth burn, then this isn't for you. I love strong cinnamon. I love several blends of cinnamon in one cup. This was okay, but not something I have to keep on hand.
I'm always a fan of cinnamon, and this tea has a strong smell and a great taste. It's good for blending or by itself.
The smell in the bag put me off a little, and the tea is way too much on its own, but a great tea to blend with other flavors for a kick of spice! I paired it with caramel to mellow out the flavor a bit.
A lot stronger than what I had anticipated. I also might have over steeped it but it smells wondrous. Very good for blending and adding a bit of spice to any other teas.Gonna give it another try and hopefully I wont oversteep it this time.
Strong cinnamon flavor, perfect on a cold winter day to warm you up. Sweetness of cinnamon means it doesn't need sweetener, but may be too sweet if you prefer black tea.
I love cinnamon, so of course I had to try this. It tastes nice by itself, but I prefer to blend it with some Irish Breakfast or Earl Grey Bravo. Yum!
The cinnamon flavor isn't nearly as strong as I'd hoped. I drink a Market Spice tea and was hoping for something similiar.
A nice tea for waking up. It has the right amount of cinnamon.
Tasty, strong cinnamon flavor, but not as interesting as various varieties of chai.
It's almost like a sweeter version of chai tea- I love it!
Liquid cinnamon, perfect for blending! Use as an accent, or a soft background. Very warm and rich.
I usually don't care for cinnamon that much, but I bought a sample size to mix in with other flavors. I did give it a try by itself, and was pleasantly surprised. The smell of the dry tea is quite powerful, but it mellows somewhat after brewing--kind of like 'hot' cinnamon candy. The taste of it is much more mild, though, with woody and faintly savory undertones. I probably wouldn't buy it to drink by itself again, but it made for a great warming cup.
Every time I brew this tea someone asks who is chewing Big Red gum. It has a delightfully warm cinnamon taste without being overpowering.
Someone mentioned previously that this was like eating cinnamon flavored candy (think 'red hots'). I couldn't agree more. A tiny bit of this tea added to Masala chai gave a decent kick, but otherwise, the artificial flavoring just seems to overpower this tea.
It tastes pretty much like you'd expect
This tea is delicious! It is very warming, but not as spicy as some people might think. It is good on its own, but tastes almost like a cinnamon bun with a little cream and sugar!
I really wanted this tea to be good, but the cinnamon is pretty disappointing. It smells so spicy and strong and potentially delicious, but after brewing the cinnamon flavor is really weak even though the brew smells pretty nice. If you're looking for a spicy tea, go with Thai Chai instead.
This is great for a breath mint kind of tea. Note that it's cinnamon like the candy, not like you'd use in apple pie, which was disappointing to me.
It's decent. It smells good in the bag (a bit like cinnamon gum) but when brewed strikes me as a bit on the weak side. It's saved by a bit of cream and sugar.
Pretty basic cinnamon flavor. I like my teas bold and spicy, so I did not find it overpowering at all. Great by itself and would be great for blending with other black teas, like chocolate, vanilla, or chai.
My favorite tea, the ceylon cinnamon has such a nice taste and needs little if any sugar. It also seems to help me think better. I looked up ceylon cinnamon on health websites and it seems it's extremely healthy for you. Along with the wonderful taste, you can't go wrong.
If you love cinnamon you'll love it. It's not overpowering, it's just right.
I normally am not a black tea drinker, but this is my exception. It smells like an Atomic Fireball--one of my favorite candies, ever. Great, warming cinnamon goes well with the black tea. Great for winter nights by the fire. :)
I am not a big cinnamon person but even I must admit this is a very drinkable tea. If you like cinnamon you'll probably enjoy this far more than I did. That being said even though i don't care for the powerful cinnamon flavor i still rather enjoyed this tea.
This tea was very good. I loved the smell and it has a slight cinnamon flavor that accompanies the tea very well. Will purchase again.
Incredibly strong cinnamon flavour
This is SO good! It smells pretty overpowering in the bag, but brewed, is very nice. Add a little sugar and to me, it tastes like a cinnamon bear. :) Will order again. Doesn't hold up to a second brew very well.
One of my new favorite flavored black teas. Strong yet not overpowering cinnamon flavor.
A little strong for my taste, but nice when mixed with something sweet - like vanilla or cream.
a little bland, but i mixed with some vanilla tea and it was fantastic. not quite good enough to stand alone.
Very much a spicy cinnamon as opposed to a sweet cinnamon, I particularly enjoy this tea for blending with various other flavours to add a bit of kick.
This is now one of my favorite black teas, and it is a fantastic pick me up in which to start the day with. I wish it were a little spicier, like redhots, but it's still delicious and works wonders to give you a little jolt to get through the mornings.
I really enjoy this tea. If you love the smell of strong cinnamon, opening the pouch is lovely. The taste is more mild cinnamon...which is perfect as it doesn't overcome the flavor of the tea.
Not my favorite, but still good tea. Light and cinnamony. Good with a little sugar.
From the scent I'd have expected a bigger, badder cinnamon slap in the face, like Red Hots in a cup. Instead it's a nicely warming tea that works surprisingly well with milk and sugar, and that's fine too.
A decent cinnamon tea but the flavor is towards the hotter cassia (rather than the sweet/smokey/mild true cinnamon) end of the scale.
This tea is the best cinnamon tea I've ever had. One of my favorites.
This is probably my favorite tea. The cinnamon taste is perfect and it even has a natural sweetness to it.
