A much 'lighter' black tea than I was expecting, but tasty nonetheless. Cinnamon ginger chai flavors prevalent. I think I was hoping for more 'zing' after reading cardamom, cloves and orange peels on the ingredients list. Fragrance is delightful, with mostly cinnamon/cardamom filling the nostrils. I think I will brew a stronger cup next time and use more of the loose leaf tea. Perhaps that was why it wasn't necessarily Christmas in a cup, but more like Christmas Eve.

I thought this tea sounded fun, but after reading the reviews I was a little skeptical, so I only bought a sample. Now I wish I had bought a bigger bag. This tea is delicious. It's kind of spicy, but no overwhelming like some. I will definitely be buying more!

★★★★★

I may be biased, because I love spiced blends, but this one really hits the mark. It tastes like christmas (minus the pine trees). I could see enjoying this all winter long. A very warming blend.

Good, but not my favorite. It might be better with a little orange in it. It's got a bit of a spice flavor to it, but it just seems to be missing something to me. It's good though.

★★★★☆

I bought this hoping it'd fill the hole in my heart left by Mariage Frere's Noel teas. While this definitely smells like Christmas, I can't help but be disappointed that it doesn't match the richness of flavor that the Noel teas do. Then again, the Noel teas cost about ten times this, so I guess I can't complain too much.

The flavor of the tea itself is a little spicy and thick - not good for, say, early-morning-groggy-throat or any time you're sick. Delicious, though, when you're cold and in need of a seasonal-type pick me up (even if it's Christmas in July in a freezing office...this is perfect!).

★★★☆☆

Christmas is by no means a bad blend. However, for what I was looking for, I found I preferred the Spiced Apple Chai a bit better. The fragrance was wonderful, and the blend is quite nice. It's not quite as bold and spicy as I was looking for, however.

★★★★☆

I really enjoyed the blend of spices. It's like a Christmas candle in a cup.

★★★★☆

A strongly spiced and flavored tea - perfect for a cold day, but a bit overwhelming to drink every day.

★★★★★

This tea has the perfect balance of flavors and spices. On a chilly morning, this is the tea I reach for to warm me up and start the day right.

★★★★☆

Tastes just like Christmas! Man oh man - a great gift for family at the holidays.

★★★★☆

This is my first experience with loose leaf tea. This one is yummy and I no longer feel the strong desire to purchase a chai tea from Starbucks with this in my cupboard.

★★★★★

This is incredible! I can't wait for the Christmas season--this is totally over-the-top with amazing spice!

★★★★★

this tea has a delightful aroma and a wonderful flavor! it's become a favorite, not just for the holidays!!

★★★★★

This is my sons favorite tea of all. And one of mine as well.

★★★★☆

Christmas smelled amazing, and it tasted even better. I had to add a tad bit of sugar, but the cinnamon in the tea mixed witht he sugar was pretty awesome.

★★★★☆

Its good. Very strong though. I wouldnt steep it for anymore than 3 min.

★★★☆☆

This tea is okay...wasnt really what I would have expected...not awful, but I wouldnt order it again.

★★★★★

Wonderful scent and absolutely delicious when combined with cinnamon tea.

★★★☆☆

I was very disappointed in this tea. Although I steeped it properly, it was bitter. I can not recommend it.

★★★☆☆

I expected a little more spice to this after reading many of the other comments. I guess that I really like spicy teas.

★★★☆☆

It was wonderful the first time I bought a sample tin. So I bought a 4oz tin because I thought I would drink it a lot. What I got in the 4oz tin tasted different from the sample, and was not quite as tasty.

★★★☆☆

Pretty good, but not quite as flavourful as I was hoping.

★★★☆☆

I was not what I expected, however had a good overall taste that I enjoyed. The mix of spices however, did not seem to be quite right and was not as wonderful as i thought it would be.

★★★★★

We made ourselves wait through Advent before getting this out and it was worth the wait. A great balance of spices and tea. One of my favorite spiced teas.

★★★☆☆

Smells just like the stores at Christmastime... full of cinnamon.

★★★★☆

Good once-in-a-while flavorful tea. Definately a winter tea.

This is a tasty tea, but doesn't remind me of Christmas as strongly as I expected that it would.

★★★★★

Nice flavor and aroma. Even my husband likes this one!

★★★☆☆

Not bad, but not preferred to masala chai - less flavorful overall. A little oily, too.

★★★★★

Oh, do I ever love this tea! It's fabulously spicy, and it's good on it's own, blended with other flavors, with or without cream and sweetener.

★★★☆☆

Mostly spice flavor. I tried it neat and with milk and sugar, and it was not outstanding either way. Just a relatively mediocre spiced tea

★★★★★

This is one of my favorite morning teas. With a touch of honey and some soy milk, it's almost like a chai.

I love this tea. It reminds me of the smells of Christmas from when I was little.

★★★★☆

This tea really does taste like Christmas! Plenty of spicy notes and a nice aroma.

★★★★★

I loved this! So much in fact that I'm ordering more soon so I don't run out of it!!

★★★★☆

This tea has a good combination of warm winter flavors, but isn't really spicy enough for me. It's good, but I wish it were more flavorful. It's almost like watered down chai.

★★★★★

This is one of my favorite Adagio teas. Sometimes, when I'm drinking the first cup, I could wish for a little more orange peel, or perhaps clove, but by the time I'm on my second and third cup, I realize the flavor/spice balance is just right. It's got a crisp, "clean" taste. This tea isn't just for Christmas -- and even though for me this tea is one of the best teas to drink in cold weather, it's really for any time of year.

The name describes it well. I enjoyed this tea with a couple of sugar rocks.

★★★★☆

I like the orange spice! Great to drink when it's cold and rainy outside. Though I will probably drink it even when it's warm out too.

★★★★☆

This tea has a wonderful scent - very spicy. The flavor is good but a little strong for me so I don't use too much per cup. I have blended it with berry teas and like it even better.

★★★☆☆

I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS TEA. I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING CANDY CANE THEREFORE THE TASTE WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. I DID NOT LIKE THE TEA AND SENT IT BACK

I really liked this one -- it is very similar to a chai, but is missing the ginger. To me, it smells like December in a cup. Mmmm, mmm good.

Tasty could be a little spicier. I was thinking it was have a little more cinnamin amd cloves.

★★★★★

there's nothing like a big pot of christmas! Seriously, we make a big pot of this tea in my house and everyone loves it!

★★★★★

Sweet but not overpowering, the orange and spice go so well with a nice strong tea. Love it!

Absolutely delicious! The undertones of cloves and other spices balance perfectly. I prefer this with a little brown sugar (crystals or loose) and some vanilla soymilk. Have also had it with Soy Nog, which is tasty as well.

★★★☆☆

Okay plain, good with a little milk and sugar. Very Christmasy cinnamon & clove taste definitely makes it a seasonal tea.

★★★★★

This tea is perfect for the holidy season. Just the right amount of spices in the tea. Ordered this for my mom for a present last year and I was informed she expected the same this year; this has become a family favorite for us.

I mixed this with the caramel, and it was okay. I probably won't order it again, but it was drinkable. Gave the almost-full sample to a friend.

★★★★☆

I shared this one with my circle of friends, and someone compared it to drinking a wreath. That's not too far off a comparison. The smell and taste bring to mind the wreaths and things that one finds in craft stores around Christmas-time. It's quite pleasant, and I greatly enjoy the blend of spices.
