Had a wonderful scent, but unfortunately, the taste was a bit bland compared to expectations.

What can you say about Christmas tea?
That it's Christmas in a cup? Many have, because it's true. But that can't really describe the feeling of delicious cinnamony-orangey-seasony goodness that makes you want to curl up by a fire and a great book.

★★★★☆

Sweeter than I had expected, but makes a deep, flavorful cup

★★★☆☆

I wanted to love this, it smells absolutely wonderful, but the cloves have been super overpowering every brew. :(

★★★★★

Hands down my favorite Adagio tea ever made! It has a unique aroma and flavor that combines the familiar aromas of the holidays with those of great chai teas. Best served warm with a generous serving of sugar.

If you're into mixing teas this blend goes well with caramel or yunnan noir. Highly recommend this tea to everyone.

★★★★★

This is yummy by itself or with some orange tea blended in.

★★★★☆

I did not like it at first. Upon smelling it the first time I thought it was kind of awful. Strangely though, I had a feeling I'd warm up to it. Sure enough it's a lot better to me now that it was initially. Took me a while to warm up to it. It's just so strong. If you make it just right with some cream and sugar, it's bomb diggity.

★★★★★

One of my absolute favorites. I love sharing this tea with new tea drinkers.

★★★★★

Awesome! It's like liquid dessert! I bought this at Christmas time to give as gifts and found it so good myself, I find myself buying it year round. I often have it after lunch or in the middle afternoon when I have a sweet tooth craving.

★★★★☆

nice spicy flavor - Very bold and wake me up aroma and it spices up the air!!!

★★★★★

Perfect gift, something any tea lover will enjoy year round

★★★★★

There were some wonderfully fragrent teas in the Christmas sample box. They were very tasty.

★★★★☆

I'm enjoying Christmas, but glad I just bought a sample. While tasty, there's nothing really outstanding about it. It includes spices, but I can't really taste them.

This tea makes me think of a 'friendship tea' that my mom used to make using Tang, spices, and powdered tea. Except that I actually want to drink this! Nostalgia and taste win.

★★★☆☆

This tea wasn't quite what I was expecting, but I liked the blend of spices.

My Niece and I were bummed when this Victorian tea place we use to go went out of business. We loved their Christmas Tea and and we ordered it no matter what time of the year it was. I Found Adagio Teas website and typed in Christmas Tea and they had a sample to try. I was super excited! I have been looking for years to find a Christmas Tea for my Niece and I to once again enjoy together. I ordered the Christmas Tea online and we both set out a tea time for us to try it out. Both of us were jumping with tea delight. We were both happy with the blend and taste. My niece and I thought it tasted better then the original Christmas Tea we use to have. I am a Fan! Thank You!

★★★★☆

Good for Christmas time. Definitely a seasonal tea for me.

★★★★☆

Bold black tea with a light touch of flavoring. Hints of orange and spice.

★★★★☆

Tastes like Christmas smells! Super homey and a very nice flavor

Got it as a gift for my aunt. She loved it! Smells great, too.

★★★★☆

Definitely reminded of Christmas while I drank it. Good tea, but I preferred the Candy Cane for Christmas teas.

★★★☆☆

I loved the idea of this tea, but some of the flavors were just a bit too stron.

★★★☆☆

I generally like spicy, herbal teas, but this one was just a bit too much--not my favorite.

★★★★★

the spiced mix of flavors is perfect for getting in the holiday spirit

★★★☆☆

Tasty, though I'm sad that the tea comes in in a bag instead of tins like they used to be. Makes for a MUCH less impressive gift.

★★★★☆

Really warm and inviting, one of the best Christmas teas I've ever had!

★★★★★

The Christmas blend is one of our favorites. Nice and spicy!

★★★★☆

It was delish! Tastes like Christmas in a cup. Will definitely buy next year.

★★★★☆

This tea is much better than I expected. It has a bright flavor to wake up to.

★★★★★

Christmas in a cup! This one warms my cockles. I drink it with a bit of sugar and milk and it makes me happy. My husband's aunt had a tin of wonderful tea, also called Christmas, and the store where she bought her's has since gone out of business. I am so glad to have found this replacement.

★★★☆☆

Not my favorite tea, but I'm not exactly a dark tea guy. It seemed to be lacking in the spice department for a Christmas tea.

★★★★☆

This makes a great tea for around the holidays. But it is a little on the strong side for me, so I mix it with Rooibos to cut down on the spicy flavor.

★★★★★

Delicious and warming for cold winter days! I'll drink this all year!

★★★★☆

This tea is very close in flavor to oriental spice but not quite. Still a good substitute if you are unable to order oriental spice.

★★★☆☆

It's a bit too bitter, I needed to soften it with something sweet, I opted for caramel rooibos.

★★★★★

I mix this with chamomile and a few other teas to help fight colds.

★★★★★

So spicy and yummy. It really tastes like Christmas in a cup.

★★★★☆

It's a spiced tea. It's a good spiced tea but nothing special.

★★★★☆

Usually not a fan of the spiced tea variety and chai, but this tea has a nice relaxing scent, great taste, and is perfect for those cold nights.

★★★☆☆

A little too spicy for my tastes, but I bought it for my mom and she loved it to death.

★★★★☆

spicy and festive--I don't see me ordering a lot of this, but it was definitely a yummy sample! Best with a drizzle of milk :)

★★★★☆

It had a great smell to it but it is not my favorite flavor.

★★★★★

This tea really reminds me of the holidays! A wonderful blend of flavors

★★★★☆

This tea had a nice spiced blend flavor that was not too strong, good with milk and sugar

★★★★★

My wife and I have this every morning during the cold winter months. It's got delicious spices (almost like chai, but without the pepperiness that chai often has) and a hint of orange peel mixed into a good black blend. This is our absolute favorite flavored black tea.

A festive tea with all the aromas of Christmas. Perfect with milk and a little sweetener for Christmas morning and all through the season.

★★★☆☆

I don't mind this blend but it's a bit too heavy on the cinnamon for me.

★★★☆☆

I really want to love this tea, since it smells lovely, but it always seems to disappoint in terms of the flavor- it seems weak despite trying longer brewing times. I did host a Christmas tea and mixed this with gingerbread in a 3:1 ratio (christmas:gingerbread) and my guests really loved it.

★★★☆☆

It wasn't bad, but had an odd flavor that I didn't really like. Couldn't put my finger on what it was. Maybe the cardamom.

★★★★☆

Like a warm hug for your mouth. Perfect for Christmas time or winter weather!
