I always thought I disliked caramel tea because I d only had it in blends, but turns out I really enjoy it. It is really sweet, so you will probably want to cut down on your regular sugar, but it is great if you have a sweet tooth.
I would rate this tea a 5 just based of the smell as it’s brewing. This tea is definitely a comfort tea to drink on a cold snowy day! Hope you enjoy
Well, it tastes like caramel, there's no mistaking that. It's almost shocking, you kind of expect the tea to be chewy or syrupy rather than liquid, and so there might be a bit of dissonance at first. Nevertheless, it's an enjoyably sweet tea without ever having to add sugar, and fun for when you want to feel cozy or indulgent.
I got this to try to recreate the special Birthday Tea (a combination of caramel, vanilla, and cream) and have really enjoyed mixing them up for different sweet combinations. Not sure if I've matched the Birthday Tea yet, but I like what I've fixed so I'll keep playing.
Not only does this tea taste really nice, it has a great smell to it too.

This tea is delicious hot. It really doesn't even need sugar. It's sweet and a bit toasty. It could even replace hot chocolate. I'll certainly be buying more.

I like this a lot. the caramel flavor was strong. I think I will try mixing it with the cream or vanilla to calm it a little.
Imagine walking onto the production floor at a caramel factory. That is what you smell the moment you open this tea. I found it to be well balanced smooth and rich cooked dark flavor. I will be ordering this again. In summer i bet it would be amazing over ice. I have started mixing this with the Vanilla flavor and it's fabulous too

This has very good caramel flavor. Its a good cup of tea by it's self but i find myself mostly mixing it with other flavors like hazelnut and cream flavors or apple flavors for amazing 'ahh moment' cups of tea!
Definitely one of my favs from Adagio. The caramel flavor comes through strong and sweet. It's the perfect way to ease into a morning you'd rather not be awake for.
Yummy on its own with a little sugar or honey, but I frequently do a half and half blend with Earl Grey Bravo (gifted by a friend) to tone that one down.
This tea is not what I expected. Although I got hints of caramel in the tea, the finish didn't quite hit the right note for me. I had to add a little sugar to it. This tea by itself is not a big hit with me, but I think it might be one of those teas that you can mix with others in blends that might make this more appealing.
Not my favorite, while the smell was delightful it had a taste of black licorice which throws it all off. I prefer the Rooibos Caramel over this.
This tea is ok. I find it really should be mixed with other teas rather than consumed by itself; the flavor isn't strong enough to stand alone but is too noticeable to simply have a nice plain cup of tea. Tigereye is a better option if you want a caramel-like flavor to drink alone.
Purchased this back in Feb. This is a great tea for the morning. Sweet but not too overwhelming to start the day. Smells amazing and mixes well with Chocolate, Chocolate chip, Cream and Vanilla. I have also mixed this with Almond and Hazelnut. Gives a great aroma when steeping.
Very good, just a hint of sweet. I usually like the fruit teas so this was a pleasant change.

This is certainly a full flavored tea and with its own sweetness too! This is my absolute favorite of all that I have tried from Adagio. I make mine iced by the gallon and I'm always looking for different flavors and combinations and this one is a winner every time! It's always stocked in my pantry!

Alone, I m not the biggest fan of this tea. The caramel taste is very strong and the tea itself is harsh. However, mixing it with a higher quality unflavored black tea adds beautiful sweetness and depth to the cup. A great tea to have around for that purpose!

First of all, this smells heavenly. I rarely drink this on its own - but I mix it with many other teas: Chocolate chip; vanilla rooibos chai; chocolate chai. It adds a sweetness and not-overwhelming flavor to just about anything that would normally go well with caramel.

This tea was pretty good... it smells great, and reminded me of the chestnut tea Adagio sells. It was good for multiple steeps and I didn't feel the need for sweetener, although it was pretty strong. Would be great with milk and a cookie. :)
