Like with Valentines, I had my doubts, but again I was blown away both my taste and one of the few things my damaged smeller can actually smell and that is the candy cane pieces. Fact I've had friends tell me they can still smell them long after the tea is brewed and it still smells good. This is great when you want something close to great coffee, full of flavor and aroma without all the caffeine or acid. Makes my repeat buy list.

★★★★★

I love Christmas flavored drinks. I added a little honey and had it on ice.

I order a big bag of this... so regret it. Does not taste like candy cane. Very bitter.

★★★★☆

I love minty teas, but sometimes they can come too close to a toothpaste-like taste. The level of mint in this one is great, and not artificial tasting at all. I love this one plain, no need to add sweetener, as it has a bit of a sweet undertone.

★★★☆☆

This is ok. I like that it had pieces of candy cane in it. Wish the pieces were bigger. I like a strong mint flavor and this was just not strong enough. I did only get a sample so that might have had something to do with the size of candy.

★★★★★

This is one of the best teas I have ever had. I was expecting a mint like flavor, but this tea distinctly tastes of candy cane. It is extremely refreshing.

★★★★★

I love this tea. I usually drink plantation mint and I have been searching for a loose tea alternative and this is not the same, but better!

Delicious! Real bits of candy cane in the tea provide a delightful cooling aftertaste to this warm, holiday treat.

★★★★☆

I quite liked this. The cooling taste of the peppermint candy is refreshing on the back of my tongue, while the scent of the tea is minty without being overpowering. It was good hot and cool.

★★★★★

Tasty take on a peppermint tea, I got this when I ordered a bunch of teas late autumn, expecting a rise in the number of stuffy heads and groggy mornings in my house. This sweet candy alternative provides a nice morning pick-me-up without needing to be messed around with

★★★★☆

So tasty! I had to lay off this tea for a bit during a low-sugar diet, as it has actual pieces of candy cane within, but it is quite the tasty treat!

★★★★☆

I like this tea it's got a nice subtle taste could be stronger.

★★★☆☆

NOt really what I expected. But it was nice. black tea not as bitter as other black teas that I have tried from them.

★★★★★

Really enjoyed this tea and the aroma is one of the best I've smelled!

★★★★★

Honestly does taste like a candy cane, especially with some sugar! Don't know how they managed it instead of just a peppermint tasting tea, but it was like drinking melted candy canes.

★★★★★

My absolute favorite tea. I could drink this all day long. They nailed the level of peppermint flavor. Not too strong, and just the right amount of sweetness.

★★★★★

This is my favorite flavor for the holidays. I highly recommend it.

★★★★☆

Very tasty. Would have liked it to be a bit more minty, but it's a nice black tea with a hint of mint. No sugar needed.

★★★★☆

I'm not a very big fan of mint teas, but I did enjoy this one.

★★★☆☆

I think I might not be steeping this long enough - it comes out tasting rather weak, though the smell is great. Love the vanilla notes, too. I'll try 4 minutes and see how that does.

★★★★★

I love this tea because the flavor is exactly as advertised. The smell is a bit overly sweet, so it immediately seems like it might be cloying, but it isn't at all. It's got the delicious coolness of mint while still being sweet enough that the candy cane moniker makes sense. I'm sad that all I got was a sample!

★★★★☆

Do I detect a hint of vanilla in my candy cane? Even so, this is a good christmas-y tea. It is not your traditional peppermint flavored tea.

★★★☆☆

Yeah, it was very pepperminty. And it had a strong, oily, flavor. It was fine, just not as candy cane as the other reviews led me to believe.

★★★☆☆

While trying my first cup of Candy Cane, I realized something. While you can taste the peppermint and spearmint, I was always left tasting a hint of vanilla at the end of every sip. While it wasn't bad, the vanilla was definitely unexpected, to say the least.

Great blend!! Hopefully this isn't just a holiday blend, perhaps I better order a large bag of this! Love it!!

★★★★★

Exactly what everyone is saying: it tastes just like a candy cane, not just 'mint.' A definite seasonal repurchase.

★★★★☆

I've always liked this in the Soot Sprite Delight tea, but wanted to give this tea a try. I love the little candy cane pieces. It makes the tea sweet enough for me without having to add sugar. One of the few black teas I like plain without milk.

★★★★★

Candy Cane tea is my new favorite. It's refreshing whether served hot or my preferred, iced. Candy Cane isn't over powering, it's very pleasant in taste. I bought two bags with the hope that it will carry me through the year...here's hoping!

★★★☆☆

I thought if love this tea but it's a little overwhelming even for me and has a little hit a an aftertaste that I didn't like as much. I didn't mind it overall but not a tea I'll be drinking constantly

★★★★★

This blend captures the subtle vanilla flavors with peppermint making it a fantastic winter treat!

★★★★★

Black tea with a nice hint of mint that does not taste artificial. Love it so much I purchase the largest bag to enjoy beyond the holiday season.

★★★★★

Delicious holiday dessert tea! The real bits of candy cane make this a sweet treat that I love. Wasn't too sweet or over-powering. The peppermint lever is just perfect.

★★★★★

Warm, rich, sweet. This tea has everything that the holidays should be. Stock up to keep the holiday feeling through the year.

★★★★★

This is delicious with some creamer and sweetener.

★★★☆☆

a rather fakey flavor, it doesn't taste like tea to me and makes me think I'm drinking chemicals. I think I'm really picky about my tea flavorings.

★★★★★

It really tastes like candy cane. I make a cup of hot chocolate and put a small bag of this tea and it's Christmas in my mouth.

★★★★★

This is an amazing tea for the holidays! Even better when adding flavored coffee creamer!

★★★★☆

This actually tastes like a candy cane! I love the actually pieces of candy cane in it.

★★★★☆

This is definitely a good holiday tea, and I'm glad that I got it for Christmas. The peppermint flavor of the candy cane is, though, a little less strong than I would like - a longer steeping time should remedy this. Add a spoonful of sugar, a little milk, and it's perfect.

★★★★☆

Very nice, good essence of candy cane. A little goes a long way.

★★☆☆☆

I think if peppermint leaves were added to the mix would have been enough.

★★★★★

Fantastic tea, a very subtle taste at first sip but the after taste will knock your socks off! Delicious!

★★★★☆

I was surprised I liked it. It has a very mellow great hot tea flavor with just a hint of vanilaa. I will get more next Christmas.

★★★★★

Really enjoy this one when I need a kick of mint flavor. Even better when you add extra candy cane pieces.

★★★☆☆

Rather interesting tea, the mint flavor is extremely strong. It does taste like candy canes though. Don't overbrew it or it won't taste good.

★★★★☆

Enjoyable. It's become the tea I share with others this season, everyone seems to enjoy it - enthusiast or not. I appreciate that there's several layers of flavor, particularly the vanilla aspect in the black tea.

★★★☆☆

I thought the candy cane flavor could have been more prominent, but still a good tea.

★★★★★

Love love love this tea! It's like peppermint, only better. It truly tastes like a candy cane, without being sickenly sweet. Amazing!

★★★☆☆

I should have expected as much, but it was too sweet for me.

★★★★★

I figured this was going to be a typical mint tea. I was so wrong. It tastes exactly like the candy. Pepperminty and creamy and perfect for a winter's night.
