I wanted to like this more, but I found it somewhat bitter. Much better when sweetened, but not my favorite mint-flavored tea.
This is probably the best tea Adagio sells. Our winter favorite.

It's ok. Was delicious with cream and sugar the first few cups but I don't have much of a sweet tooth and don't need a 3oz bag, it's just gonna sit there TBH.

Sweet and creamy, I taste Caramel, and a little peppermint in the back, this is better than a candy cane!!! I thought I'd end up tasting more black and a slight bitter taste at the end, but I do not taste bitter nor black and can't even tell that it's black tea other than the color. Oh, I really barely can set down the glass long enough to finish writing this review. These are the teas I like, the ones that surprise you to not tasting like black or green tea, These are the teas I enjoy the most and guzzle down like my good friend Chris does with Coffee, a.k.a. The Falcon, :)

The aroma is intense and very alluring. We had a whole -box- of tea samplers and this one was what my fiance picked first. This is an incredibly richly scented tea!
Fresh from the pot and piping, this is a very smooth black tea at -somehow-, it's so smooth the tongue lies to me and thinks there's cream in its ingredients. However, there isn't- and it's a very full-bodied flavor. The peppermint is not harsh or in-your-face, but it's like sucking on an actual candy cane. It's extremely satisfying warm.
Chilled in our cast-iron tetsubin in the fridge for 8 hours while we slept, we had it again just now and the coolness is accentuated by the temperature. This tea is amazing hot or cold, and only loses slight traces of creaminess while cold. The minty candy flavor comes out as fully as when it was warm. If you want an icy blast of candy-cane while walking on a snowy road- you don't have to! Brew this tea and drink it cold.
Me and my fiance (who is more an energy-drink person) couldn't stop drinking this! Definitely a winner. :)

It has a very nice light peppermint flavor which is tamer then straight up peppermint tea and a sweetness that means you don't need to add extra sugar. with a nice creamy undertone that matches the mint perfectly. Highly recommend
The smell of this tea, as it brews, is so very aromatic. I recommend it highly. My sample is almost gone. I think it is time for a larger bag.
I'm not a fan of putting milk in tea. However, I didn't like the bite of this tea at all until I put a little milk in it.

Most of the time, I'm wary of having flavored teas. They are pretty hit and miss. This one is a hit. It's very delicious and refreshing. It's slightly sweeter than regular tea, but some might want to sweeten it further.
This is a wonderful tea! A creamy mint that's wonderful with frothed milk.
When you first open the bag, the mint smell is seriously strong. Almost overwhelmingly so, but in a very good way. This is the first tea I've tried that actually tastes like it smells which is pretty fun. It's a bit too strong of a mint flavor for me to want to drink it on a regular basis, but as an occasional cup, it's delicious.
Great tea! I was expecting the sort of astrigent-mintiness a lot of peppermint teas have, but this is very mild, with creamy undertones. I have it with steamed, foamed milk and rock sugar. A pleasant dessert tea for sure. Wish I had gotten more!
It is essentially just another mint tea, but with pieces of candy cane. Plenty sweet, but not overpowering on it's own. Didn't add sugar or honey and it was perfect on its own.
Bought this as a gift. She loves the sweetness of this tea with just a bit of cream as a great winter treat. There were some good sized pieces of candy in it, wish they'd been a little smaller so they'd steep better.

It smelled real pepperminty but as with most flavored teas the smell is a whole lot stronger than the taste of the tea after it's brewed.
This was unexpected indeed. I expected for it to smell just like candy canes, but it had a strong peppermint and french vanilla scent. It actually reminded me of a test blend I made in real life for my Rose Quartz tea. It tasted exactly like it smelled and I was planning on waiting until Christmas to enjoy the rest... But I couldn't help myself!

As compared to regular peppermint, this tea has a more mellow and creamy flavor. I found that it requires a bit longer steeping time than a typical mint tea as well. It's delicious on its own, but even more so with honey and a splash of milk!
This is a perfect minty tea. It's smoother than having the herbal peppermint variety. A great way to warm up during the cold evenings!
Taste like a candy cane. I mixed it with chocolate chip tea to see how that would taste. Best thing ever.I really like the refreshing taste of this tea.It just satisfies a sweets craving.

This tea is pretty good, very festive. I will say that the peppermint taste is very strong and leaves a tingling feeling in the mouth, so I wouldn't suggest it for anyone who doesn't absolutely love peppermint.
OMG OMG OMG. So, I got this as a sample and brought it in to work today. I made a pot, and my shipmates on watch with me asked to have some. I added three teaspoons of honey to a 40oz pot of Candy Cane, and we ALL absolutely loved it! I'm stocking up for the year, and the guys are chipping in!
*update* two pounds isn't enough. I'm gonna have to order a couple more to stock up for the year!
It's mint, and it's tea. Just creamier and sweeter than peppermint herbal, but with a bit of biscuity black tea flavor mixed in. It's almost got a baked good scent to it. What's not to love?

This tea rocks. I adore a good mint tea and this one hits it out of the park for me. The mint is kind of subtle at first, then it warms your mouth, as it finishes you get the vanilla. It's an amazing tea to have the layers play out the way they do. I am definitely ordering more of this tea.

This is probably my favorite mint tea. It has an almost 'buttermint' flavor to it. Very smooth and very minty.
This tea is very nice. Its gently sweet and tastes strongly of peppermint and mildly of vanilla beans. The tea can have a bitter taste if you over brew, or if you re heat it. Still it is a pleasant drink and I will buy more someday soon.
