I think this tea tastes better in blends than it does on its own. By itself, the blackberry flavor is just not a strong enough presence to hold my interest for an entire cup. It's a good flavor when mixed with other teas, but I won't be buying this tea again.
I thought I'd like the Blueberry better but I was wrong. This is a wonderful flavor and great with cream and sugar.

This was ok, verging on kinda bad. I was surprised at how sweet and fruity this was. Out of habit I put a tad bit of sugar in it, and it was just a bit overwhelming. (Even my husband said he could smell it across the room.) I will say I was sick when I first tried this, so maybe my taste buds was off. Maybe I'll do a shorter steeping time next time. It was OK, I suppose. I'm a big blackberry fan (second favorite flavor right below coconut) -- was a bit disappointed in this. I'll probably try to blend it with the coconut black tea I have since that one is a bit bitter anyway.
Blackberry is one of my favorite flavors, but hard to do well. This tea smells great - very fruity. Taken black, the blackberry flavor is a little faint, but sweetening the tea really brings it out. I really liked that the tea captured both the fruit and musky side of blackberries. One note - if you leave this tea to steep too long, it will get undrinkably bitter, so brew for no longer than 5 minutes.
It has a very nice, deep blackberry taste to it. The black base is great as well. It tastes wonderful with a little bit of sugar.

This is probably my favorite of the flavored black teas that I've tried. For some reason the blackberry flavor lends itself nicely to the black tea.

This is a fabulous black tea with a light blackberry flavour. Particularly good sweetened with honey.
I've used this in blends before, and always wanted to try it by itself. It does not disappoint. The fruit note is wonderful and natural, and the tea is a great dark ceylon. Wonderful for blending but also great on its own.

As most others have said, the blackberry flavor is pretty mild. It has kind of an artificial smell to it, but it's not bad. I bet it would be really good mixed with chocolate or cream flavored black tea.

It smells like candy in the bag, very strong and sweet, but it mellows out when brewed and is just totally delicious! I added some sugar and it tastes wonderful. I need to try it iced before it gets any colder here!

Berry teas are some of my favorite, and while I'm not big on blackberries personally, they work with the celyon.

This is another wonderful fruit-filled black tea. It is tart and delicious as an iced tea - and has been a big hit this summer as an iced tea blended with honeybush vanilla which softens the black tea.
Just as amazing as the other fruity flavors! It'S DIFFERENT!
This is a nice tea to start the day. I love the aroma and I can't wait to try it iced. My children love having this hot tea with their breakfast before school.
When you first open the bag the scent is quite overpowering, but after brewing you will find that the flavor and scent have mellowed out to form a nice rich tea with hints of blackberry! :) very good!
This has quickly become one of my favorite teas yet! I've had it iced several times so far, and once it gets cooler around here, I'm sure it'll make a great cup of hot tea as well. It's flavorful, sweet enough without anything added (for me, at least), and it smells wonderful.

Try it with vanilla or cream with a touch of honey! It mixes very well with these flavors
I've tried Adagio's other berry teas and didn't like them, but this one gave me an extremely pleasant surprise. It's delicious and not at all sour like the other ones are, with a real strong blackberry taste. Will definitely be ordering more.

Not a bad tea. The blackberry is light and actually comes off more as blueberry which was kind of strange. I will only be using this tea for my original intention of blending. It just didn't stand out on its own enough for me.
