This tea is just lovely. The flavor is well balanced and the fruit flavor is present but not overwhelming. This is really good iced as well. I love this one!

This tea is just lovely. The flavor is well balanced and the fruit flavor is present but not overwhelming. This is really good iced as well. I love this one!
this going to become a firm favourite of all the flavoured teas.
It has a nice aroma right from opening the bag and has a rich flavor.
Not a fan of apricot, so no surprise here that I didn't like it
The smell is amazing both in the bag and in the cup, and yet the taste is much lighter and more delicate than the strong, fruity smell implies.
My Favorite Summer Tea. The Apricot flavor is strong, but perfectly balanced by the black tea. This is the tea that I order over and over again.
I have an apricot fixation right now. This is perfect. It doesn't taste like fresh apricots, but like the dried ones - which is actually the flavor I like better. I bet this would make a great cake flavoring, and it's on my list of teas to bake with.
I bought this to use as an iced tea and it serves its purpose well. It is pleasant iced, but I don't think I would care for it hot. I would order it again for the summer.
One of my favorite flavored teas. Have apricot and mango as iced tea all summer long
Smooth, rich - I might be in the minority, but I think I might also prefer this to the black peach tea (which is also an excellent tea.) This has a nice aroma and a mild, sweet apricot flavor. Hot, iced, mixed with other teas, by itself - really, you can't go wrong.
Excellent flavor, with a great accompanying aroma.
I did not like this as much as I had hoped. Peach was amazing! This was so so. It was a little too strong in my opinion and gets bitter a lot easier than I expected. It's better iced and with lots of sweetener but I probably won't order it again.
You can't taste the apricot as much as I had hoped, but the tea is slightly citrusy. Exactly what you would expect from a black tea.
Excellent apricot flavor in this. One of my favorite flavored black teas from Adagio.
Apricot is one of my favorite flavors of tea because of it's natural sweetness, and sometimes I find it to be too sweet. Adagio's apricot tea blend did not let me down though! Sweet naturally but still had the slight bitterness of tea! I loved it!
So good! Possibly it turns out that one of the main things I look for in a tea is that it be smooth. Not necessarily *univocal,* (although that can be nice, too), but very cooperative and harmonious. The Apricot black tea is less apricot-brightness and more apricot-mellow-sweetness, but the mellowness of the fruit flavor helps it to merge *beautifully* with the black tea, making it one of my favorite fruit teas that I've tried from Adagio. (I think the Apricot Green is particularly lovely, too).
If you would rather have an Apricot tea that's a bit brighter and louder - not as smooth, but more sharply fruity - consider trying the honeybush apricot. One of these days, I'm going to get around to crossing the honeybush apricot with the apricot black, and I think it's going to be the best of both worlds!
I enjoyed this black tea with just a hint of apricot flavour
Delicious. I liked this a tad bit better than the apricot green tea. Maybe just because it's easier to steep.
WOW! My first tea order from Adagio arrived yesterday, and this morning I am enjoying the BEST cup of tea I have had, possibly ever! The apricot black tea is absolutely to die for...in a good way, of course. .-)
This tea is really good its tart with out being citrusy (however you spell that).
Smells really great in the bag, with an almost smokey undertone. The aroma is really fantastic, but the tea itself was okay. I would have preferred it to be a bit more fruity, but still a good cup.
Apricots! Apricots and black tea! This is a tasty, fruity tea that lends itself well to some honey and relaxing with some dark chocolate. I imagine this will be divine iced in the summer.
I liked this one a lot. The flavors are great in iced tea too.
Just lovely. The fruit flavor really comes through without being overpowering.
very refreishing and I enjoyed every bit of it so happy i bought it
This apricot tea is just what I like in a fruity tea! The flavor is noticeable without being overpowering. I bought a sample, and I'll probably buy a larger size when I run out of the MANY other teas I have.
The apricot was not as prominent as I had hoped, and the combination felt a bit off to me. Not my favorite but not undrinkable.
Bought this for my mom since apricot tea has always been one of her favorites. She loves it and drinks it every day.
I love all of adagio's fruit-flavored teas, so I decided to add this one to my collection. The flavor is lovely, not too strong and not as 'fake' or perfumey as some of the other fruit teas can be (because while I love them, a few of them can be a bit much). I love to make fruit blends by combining different fruity teas (like peach and grapefruit -- mmmm!) but I think I might keep the apricot all on its own!
good black tea, not as strong as your average black tea though.
I got this as a free sample from Adagio, and I just feel like this is a flavor that doesn't translate well to tea. If you really really like apricot flavor, this could be the tea for you. But I only thought it was okay.
This was not our favorite fruit tea that we have tasted. My husband enjoyed it more than I did, but preferred the peach. Interesting flavor combination, though!
This tea smells amazing and tastes just as good. Yummy!
espite reading so many great reviews, this tea does not stand out much to me. The apricot flavor is subtle and doesn't taste much like apricot.
I loved the little pieces of dried apricot in the blend, but I didn't care for how the apricot flavor and black tea clashed against each other. Adding milk seemed to compound the problems.
This is one of my all-time favorite teas, especially iced. A nice apricot flavor, but not too overwhelming. I also mix it with a mango tea for a more tropical flavor. Excellent!
The apricot flavor is very subtle. It's a nice tea all around though.
Pretty good. A little sweeter and full-flavored than peach black tea, but careful with steeping time: it will get bitter. Very nice with a touch of milk.
Very good flavored black tea!! Had a nice apricot flavor.
This is my favorite yet! The smell is amazing, and it's just so yummy, especially with a hint of sugar.
Just like apricot jam, but without the artificial aftertaste. Perfect for when you're craving a sweet morning tea.
I was hoping for a bit more apricot flavor. You can tell it's there, but the black tea taste comes out much more strongly. It's a good black tea, but not really what I expected.
Words cannot describe how wonderful this tea is. The apricot is present without being overbearing or fake-tasting. It is so smooth and lovely, and has quickly become one of my favourite teas on this site. Careful of oversteeping, however.
Not bad, not great. The apricot flavor is very subtle.
Drank this hot, without sweetener or milk. Was very pleasantly surprised by the richness and how well developed the flavor was without being overpowering or chemically in any way. I did find a touch of astringency (as mentioned by another reviewed) but it was more in the aftertaste/mouth feel of the sip, rather than at the time the tea was in my mouth, and was very very mild and in no way detrimental to the experience. I imagine it would mix quite well with vanilla or peach flavors too. One of my new favorites! Delicious. I recommend this one whole heartedly. I used the tea bags, water at rolling boil, and with the second cup, deliberately oversteeped slightly as I like my tea very strong. Still great.
This was another one that got passed to someone else. I didn't care for it at all
Very good fruity tea. It is good plain, but compliments the cream and vanilla teas nicely.
very bright tasting. The apricot is amazing. I used less tea than usual to brew this and it came out perfectly. exceeded my (high)expectations.
This had such a lovely, light apricot flavor that played off the tea very nicely. Definitely one of my favorite fruit teas now!
I took a pouch of this tea as my free sample, and I found it quite good. It had a sweet aroma, almost candy-like. With a tiny amount of sweetener, it was fruity and tasty.
