Warm, perfect amount of almond you would expect. Sweet without sugar.

A little medicinal unfortunately. Almond is one of my favorites and I was dissatisfied.

This is the BEST tea I've ever had. It smells incredible and tastes phenomenal.

If anyone is looking for a delicious tea-cocktail to enjoy during quarantine, I highly recommend making an Almond Ice Tea and adding in a splash of Bailey's, Vodka, and Simple Syrup.

This almond tea was really good, and the almond flavor is strong enough to add some flavor to an unflavored black tea. Almond tea tastes like Amaretto cream if you add a sweetener and dairy/nondairy beverage to your cup. Nice dessert like cup. Brewed with, 2tsp per 10 oz mug

A great almond tea! Just the right amount of almond. I usually prefer green or oolong tea, but for the almond I preferred this version.

This tea is okay on its own, but I prefer to use it combined with other teas, such as cherry.

Such a sinful aroma. Being a non drinker, the amaretto scented nose is such a temptation.

Oh man, I so love this flavor!! It's strong and just delicious. I am looking forward to mixing this almond with cream and vanilla tea flavors!
Here it is october and I am still ordering this tea for all the flavor and warmth it creates.

April 12: it’s still yummy and I pair it with cherry herbal tea for an interesting cherry almond experience! Standing on it’s own, it doesn’t seem as intensely almond flavored as it once was. Has the formulation changed?

Oh yum. I love this tea. Reminds me of the almond-filled pastries I loved as a child. I will definitely be ordering more.

Wasn’t bad but kind of bland - id rather pick cream tea over this one for a similar flavor.

This is the first tea from Adagio that just didn't work for me. Upon my ritual of opening a bag to smell the aroma, I was met with this very strong, pungent and really unappealing... how do I say it... 'acidic' smell. I guess it's the 'astringency' of this particular tea as it's described perhaps. In any case, this was really nothing to write home about and it wasn't much of a nutty flavor to me.

I chose this Almond tea (and Summer Rose, another black tea which was awful as well) because I was trying to duplicate the flavor of Teavana's AWESOME 'Amandine Rose' black tea. Amandine Rose was described as having 'Almond, Cookie, Rose, Pastries & Cinnamon Spices'. After doing my own research on Adagio Teas' website for about 2 hours, I contacted customer service and asked for their advice on possibly duplicating Amandine Rose and they recommended the three core flavors of almond, summer rose and fiery cinnamon which is what my research concluded with as well. Well, it just didn't work at all. It tasted nothing like Amandine Rose, but more importantly, the flavor is really 'meh' even when I brewed this tea by itself. Oh well... I'll stuck with the eXcellent Hazelnut black tea. Now, that's a GOOD nutty tea!

i LOVE this one! It has the sweetness and flavor of marzipan or amaretto without being too sweet or overpowering. That said, I often let it over-steep for a really powerful flavor. It's so good!

I'm real funny about flavored black teas. I usually like them a lot or not much. This is fantastic for two reasons. First , one can actually taste the tea. Adiago flavors their teas with a gentle hand, the flavor is gentle not in your face.Second , if overbrewed the tea is still ok to drink unlike many flavored teas which become bitter. Nice on a cold weekend morning.

I love all things almond so I thought I would enjoy this tea. I just can’t get past the strong scent. I wanted to enjoy this tea but if you’re hypersensitive it smells, this may not work.

Nice flavor, I mix this with Irish Breakfast. It smells amazing when you open the bag, but isn’t quite that strong when you brew it. Almond is more flavorful than some of the other teas I’ve tried from adagio, but I don’t find myself craving it.

This was a very good almond aroma and flavor. I also got the almond oolong sample and have to say, I prefer it to the black tea version. It is smoother. But I'm not knocking this black tea option at all---just recommend that you also give the oolong one a try!

It was love at first sip. If you enjoy Amaretto, or anything almond flavoured, and you like black tea you must give this a try!!! It's so fragrant and a lovely change from a usual cup of black tea in the morning. I AM HOOKED!!! (I enjoy all my black teas with milk - this is no exception)

the tea tastes just fine but nothing like almond, really...

Total honesty here: I'm not that big a fan of the Almond tea by itself. I think there is a bit too stong an almond flavor for my taste. It works well as a blending tea, however. (Since I had the Masala Chai and Cream already, I got this to try and create my own verision of the Katara tea...if you want to do the same, I suggest just getting the Katara. I still haven't gotten it right.)

This has a mild flavor but I do not find it appealing. I am sure there are those who would.

I love almond! My local tea shop sells Adagios almond and it’s one of my staples. I love this with half and half and a little sugar or honey.

★★★☆☆

This tea hit two notes well: black tea, floral almond. I loved the scent of it and the mouthfeel, but it lacked the depth that I normally seek in my daily drinker.

★★★★☆

This smells amazing. I wouldn't normally go for something with almond, but this is very nice. It's rich and earthy aroma has an almost sweet aroma to it, and that's pretty much how it tastes as well. It's got that bit of nuttiness on the back end, but it's not very strong, which is fine by me. I thought it was well-balanced all around.

It’s decent and smooth. Good black tea. I tend to just like other flavors better but this is still very good if you love black teas.

This is one of my favorite teas! It's actually the very first tea I bought from Adagio in 2012. A great black tea with a bit of milk.

★★★★☆

My daughter and I enjoyed this tea. Reminded both of us of cream soda! Can't help but think it would be awesome iced!

★★★★★

One of my favorite go to teas. It was my exclusive morning tea for months. A fantastic almond flavor balanced well with black tea. On the border of being a dessert tea, but still straight up enough for the mornings in my opinion.

★★★★☆

Very nice black tea flavor; not bitter and very smooth. The almond was very subtle, but there. I sweetened it with a dab of local wildflower honey. Overall a very nice tea; I would order it.
