The black tea doesn't seem to shine as well as I'd hoped with the decafs. The vanilla flavor is good, but no matter what it tastes disappointingly weak on the tea flavor.

A perfectly fine tea, but it doesn't taste much like the non-decaf version. I realize that it couldn't taste exactly the same, but the difference is sufficient to make this not an ideal replacement for the non-decaf version. The strength of the taste is on the slight side.
It's decent, but I feel that the flavor is a bit off, and it has an odd aftertaste that lasts for a while. It ends up being more astringent rather than soft and gentle.

Very, VERY faint vanilla flavor, and overall just a very weak tea. Steeping it longer doesn't do much except make it more bitter; it's fine with a bit of cream and sugar, but it's far from the best vanilla tea out there. Most likely won't re-order this particular blend.

I am a morning tea drinker. I gave up caffeine many years ago but I enjoy hearty black tea. This tea is a perfect blend of black tea and a hint of vanilla. It is not overly vanilla flavored but just enough to make the tea smooth and not bitter. I look forward to it every morning.
When I opened up the bag the smell seemed a little...off. Anyway, after I brewed it the smell seemed better and the taste was pretty ok. Not a knock your socks off vanilla taste, but it was still good.
This is the perfect decaf tea to keep on hand. I use this tea to add to my favorite other decaf teas like Earl Grey’s, Chai Teas and others! It is smooth and delicious. It tastes great on it’s own too! Simply wonderful!

Really great tea! The vanilla flavor is strong but not overpowering and no weird ersatz taste. Love it! I used 3 tsp. for 16 oz. Try mixing half and half with decaf hazelnut cinnamon creme for a nice blend.

This vanilla decaf tea is a nice after dinner "dessert." The flavor is not overt like a vanilla coffee flavor or overly sweet. It reminded me of a vanilla frosting flavor, without the sugar.

It has a very warm vanilla smell. It reminds me of the vanilla steamers I always get from Starbucks. It's pretty soft on the tongue, especially nice for late nights. This tea's definitely grown on me, especially with how mellow and gentle it is!
this tea is awesome and i don't use that word lightly. Many decaf teas lack depth of flavor but this one is aromatic and robust but smooth. I'm always disappointed if i open my tea drawer and find that I forgot to order more.

Excellent vanilla tea - subtle but distinct flavor; hard to find flavored decaf tea at all, and the Adagio vanilla is superb.
I like this tea both by itself and as a blender for some of my other favorites (chocolate, caramel, cream). It is nice to have a decaf option for the evening.
