Enjoying along with the CommuniTEA: I notice strong strawberry fragrance with slight metallic notes from the dry ingredients and packet. Once steeped for 3 mins at 190°F, more strong strawberry jam scent waft my cup. When I take a sip, I taste even more strong strawberry jam with honey and slightly bitter and earthy ceylon notes followed by hints of earthy dried eucalyptus on the finish. Nice cup of tea.

Decaf Strawberry is one of those teas thats like a person who smells and dresses really nice but come to find out, they're rather boring underneath the flash.

Upon opening the packet, I was treated to the most awesome strawberry aroma. Seriously, I could sit around and sniff this packet all day long. I felt the same about the decaf blueberry and it turned out amazing, so I had high hopes for this tea. Unfortunately, it wasnt to be.

The flavor and aroma in the cup are strawberry muted. You can taste it but the strawberry is pretty much a whisper. And the decaf base for this one wasnt quite as good as it was in the decaf blueberry.

I think I'll stick with Wild Strawberry. If you're looking for a serious strawberry fix, Wild Strawberry is where its at!

Pleasant black tea with a good helping of strawberry and a hint of tart raspberry. No complaints here!!

There was nothing unpleasant about this tea. It was an enjoyable cup of Ceylon, and the fact that it was decaf meant I could enjoy it in the afternoon without worrying about side effects. All that said, I was expecting more of a pronounced strawberry flavor than I actually got. That could have been a product of my small sample size, but still did not quite meet expectations. Would I be happy to accept this if a friend offered it to me? ABSOLUTELY. But probably won’t be rushing out to get my own panty stash

212 degrees for 5 minutes. An excellent strawberry tea! Not too tart, fresh strawberry flavor on a crisp Ceylon base, and decaf to boot. It was too darn hot to drink it anything but cool, making this a perfect summer iced tea too.

This is one of my favorite decaf blends. The strawberry flavor is nice and strong, makes excellent iced tea.

I had one other tea that I had hopes I would possibly enjoy. I thought the black tea would almost give it a nice dark summer lemonade. But it doesn't. It's not good. I wanted the sugar to help. But nothing helped. Not lemon. Honey.

Good by itself, but I usually use it to blend with others. So if in the morning I drink some black tea full strength, I might do half black tea / half decaf strawberry in the afternoon to back-off a bit on the caffeine while getting a new flavor for the afternoon's work.

Beautiful natural strawberry flavor. No bitterness, I think this would make a tasty iced tea as well!

Very pleasant tea. The strawberry is present but not too strong and doesn't taste artificial. Tastes like dessert when cream and sugar are added.

Deliciously intoxicating strawberry aromas rose up out of today's packet. Excited to try this decaf version of Adagio's strawberry blend, I popped it in the steeping basket for a quick 3 minute steep at 212°F. The tea produced was a deep brown mahogany color.

The strawberry aromas persist through to the steaming cup. The decaf Ceylon tea provides a very mildly brisk background with no bitterness to be found. Plenty of fresh strawberry flavors are present in each sip, mingling with some mild and tame Ceylon pungency. The tea has a medium body with moderate tannin astringency in the finish.

This cup is a superb decaf alternative to the strawberry black tea blend. The strawberry flavors are actually more pronounced in this one due to the tamed down decaf Ceylon. So if you love strawberry, this one is worth a try even above it's fully caffeinated sibling.

Nice strawberry aroma and flavor. The Ceylon tea is mild, without bitterness and a moderate amount of astringency making it very refreshing to drink. Would love to try it iced, too.

This is a sweet decaf option! The strawberry smell out of the packet makes me swoon and when brewed up the strawberry flavor is present but tastes just right, not artificial like you can get with some flavorings. I think this blend is astronomical when you add some vanilla almond milk and honey. Bye, bye Ceylon astringency and hello decadent yumminess! Drink this and have a strawberry shortcake-ish treat in your breakfast cup. Happy Sipping!

It is short a star because I'm not a decaf person. Apologies. This is an excellent decaf option. You can't go wrong with the strawberry flavor.

Today's CommuniTea Packet is decaf strawberry, which includes decaf Ceylon tea, strawberry flavor, strawberries and raspberry leaves. On opening the packet, the strawberries smell very fresh and the strawberry scent remains strong as it brews. There was a good bit of fine dust in my packet, whether strawberry, raspberry or tea, so if you don't like a speckled tea you may want to use a fine infuser or strainer. I thought it was pretty. The Ceylon is a little astringent, but not unpleasantly so, and the fruit doesn't make the tea too sweet. All in all, if you prefer decaffeinated tea, this is a refreshing one. (Brewed in 14 ounces of 200F water for three minutes.)

I made it last night and took a few sips. It was a very mild, delicate strawberry flavor. I then put in fridge overnight to enjoy cold. It’s a perfect drink for a summer’s day.

This was a lovely tea with a light strawberry flavor, that was enhanced with just a touch of sugar. I may have to add this to my regular stash of teas. (3 mins @ 200°F)

Yum...nothing reminds me of summer like strawberries. The flavor of this decaf cup is sweet, not sour. It blends nicely with the Ceylon tea. For me, the only downside is that it does not have caffeine and doesn’t give me the boost I need in the morning. Great flavor...will be trying the second cup iced.

I love Adagio's strawberry tea. I'm a big fan of the bold taste of Ceylon - and that taste is perfect paired with the sweet tangy taste of strawberry! I have this decaf version on my wishlist for those nights I crave tea too late for caffeine. Brewed 200F, 4 minutes with a slice of fresh lemon added to the steeper. Mmmmmmmm!! will add some fresh lemon balm to the mix on second steep.

I've only tried a few other decaffeinated black teas but of the few I've tried this is the clear favorite. In particular this one is much better, in my opinion, than decaf blueberry (which I quite enjoy). The strawberry is light and sweet and plays well against the tanginess of Ceylon. I'm not 100% sure I'll order some but I will say this CommuniTEA sample has swayed me more than others have.

Yummy, im very weird about strawberry things because, I hate artificial strawberry flavor, this was the most dominant strawberry tea from adagio I've ever tried and it's absolutely lovely. I steeped at 190 for 3 mins added honey and a dash of vegan cream and it was like a strawberry shortcake in a cup! Very delicious!!!

This is the first time i've ever really had a strawberry tea that didn't taste artificial in any way. Im stupid glad i made a full pot of it. I might get me some regular strawberry next time. Decaf is great but i often feel like the cutting of the caffeine changes the flavor. Overall, 10/10 would drink fervidly again.

To me, the definition of a 4/5: it's good, and the strawberry flavour shines through strong, but it is lacking any degree of nuance in favour of being a straight punch of strawberry. There's almost a point where making it into tea form is less convenient than just eating the fruit if something more interesting isn't done with it.

Although the berry flavor is very subtle, this tea is great! I appreciate that it isn t artificial tasting (especially since the blueberry, blackberry, and cranberry teas are almost unbearably artificial tasting.) It doesn t have that umph of the caffeinated version, but that s okay. I m glad to have this decaf tea to drink in the evening! It s not as good as the cinnamon hazelnut creme, but it s not a fair comparison really. Love this and will be buying again!

It's a great cup of tea to enjoy before bed. You can taste the strawberry very well. Be careful not to brew it too long, as it will become bitter. Otherwise, a great cup of tea.

I've been using this one to make ice tea with. While it was good on it's own, it's even better when mixed with the Decaf Vanilla. I brew it using a Mr. Ice Tea machine, 3 tablespoons of strawberry and 1 table spoon of vanilla.

This tea was just OK. I was looking for something more herbal. I'm sure I will find something on Adagio eventually that fits what I was looking for.
