I adore the regular strawberry-flavor black tea, and now that I'm supposed to cut caffeine out of my diet, the decaf strawberry is a suitable replacement. I don't know what it is I love about it, since I don't really care for nearly any other flavored tea (they're so strongly flavored!), but giving it a strong steep at 3 minutes and a little sugar to cut the bitterness of the tea leaves makes for a very comforting cup of tea for me. It definitely tastes more like actual strawberries than strawberry candy to my palate, but in a way that works well with the tea instead of competing with it.
Smooth and sweet without being too fruity! This tea is calming and sweet.

This is an interesting tea. It smells like strawberry shortcake. When brewed, it has a sweet dessert-like taste to it (I added 2 teaspoons of sugar).

At first, opening the bag, I was admittedly disappointed. I love strawberries, and unbrewed, the smell was not as pleasant as so many of the Adagio teas. However, I still wanted to go ahead and give it a try.
I'm happy I did. The tea, when straight brewed, was a little blah...but a touch of sugar, and a touch of milk, and suddenly it transformed into a strawberries and cream kind of taste. This is the first tea I've found where adding just a little milk truly transformed the entire tea. Definitely a decaf recommendation for those who actually like decaf.

I used 1tsp in a cup, and even after letting it steep for a longer time this tea was very weak. I felt I was drinking how water, no mention about any strawberry flavor, there's not even tea flavor! And the strawberry scent is barely there too, I have to put my nose almost like an inch close to the water before I even smell anything. It's a shame since I want to try limit my caffeine and was hoping this would be a nice blend.
A good choice for when you want a fruity black tea in the evening. Especially when you're tired and accidentally let it steep for too long - the fruity taste makes it so it never gets too bitter.

I was a bit apprehensive about this tea because fruity teas are so often bitter, and I prefer to drink tea black when possible. It tastes very close to strawberry and is reasonably sweet. I might use this tea to satisfy my out-of-season cravings for strawberries!
strawberry isn't a taste i normally associate with tea, but i gave it a shot anyway. not bad, would probably be better when mixed with other fruit flavors or cream.

I absolutely LOVE this tea! It tastes just like strawberries and only needs a little bit of sugar because it is sweet in itself. I had mine with cream and a lil sugar. No bitter aftertaste. Highly recommended!
Oh. My. God. This is Tea is on point. My partner has been looking for something for iced tea that wasn't 'just plain black ceylon.' This is the winner. I can definitely see this tea being our main summer iced tea thats in the fridge. Wonderful flavor!
Very heavy on the strawberry aroma, but the taste is much milder. I like mine with some heavy cream for a nice afternoon treat.
I'm in love with this one. I've been drinking it with milk and a teaspoon of sugar and it is wonderful. It smells great and tastes of fresh strawberries. I never particularly liked fruity teas except for lemon with honey when ill, but this tea has changed that. It is my favorite flavored tea, hands down. I wish I'd bought a sack instead of just a sample.
