A decent tea for warming up a chilly night, especially with a shot of bourbon!
Same ceylon black tea leaves used in Decaf Spice, and it tastes old, flat and dead. Made masala tea by adding sliced fresh ginger, galam masala, milk & sugar. It became somewhat ok but still an uninteresting tea.
I like the decaf option. With a little sugar this one is pretty good.
This tastes pretty much exactly like the regular chai.
If you love chai and are a zillion years old and cant handle the caffeine after 3 pm... this is the stuff!!
My parents used to drink the powdered Mystic Chai in the evenings to wind down. It's kind of addictive. Mom isn't supposed to have caffeine, though, and the stuff in it messes with both of their stomachs. They tried a sample of my Roadhog tea (honeybush chocolate, vanilla, and hazelnut), and I knew I had to get them their own. I've mixed it myself for them, as it's cheaper, and they're never buying Mystic Chai again. I got this for them to try as well, to add some chai in. Dad loves it, but this has too much clove for Mom.
All of the taste without the caffeine. I prefer the other flavors of chai, but this is a great option when I don't want caffeine.

I love this flavor of Chai. This tea is great, but I like my tea very strong so I use 3 teaspoons instead of the recommended 2 for a 16 ounce mug. I cannot drink caffeine and this is by far the best decaf Chai I have ever had!
This tea feels almost decadent to drink. It is extremely flavorful and a perfect late afternoon tea.
I wasn't expecting it to taste as much like regular chai as it did, so I was pleasantly surprised. It's a good way to have chai in the evening without worrying about the caffeine.
I found this too harsh. For me, the taste is out of balance, and I won't be finishing this tea.

It's nice to be able to drink chai before bed, but it looks and tastes lighter than a normal black tea and that throws me a bit.
Good decaf option for Chai lovers, did find there was not much taste
I've beèn trying new decaf teas since I usually drink black teas. This one is great. It mixes great with other decaf teas to change up the flavor. I add just a small a,out of liquid stevia. It mixes well, with no bitter aftertaste.
My favorite thing to do with this is mix it with the decaf vanilla. It gives it a robust flavor. I have found that I like to use more than the recommended amount of tea & steep it for about 4 mins.
Every good tea collection should have at least one decaf and at least one chai. Don t bother to make it this one though! Basically just tastes like clove water and without the caffeine it s not really worth the effort. Not horrible, but not great.
I d give this 100 stars if I could. I love all of Adagio tease but this one is truly spectacular. It s my favorite nighttime tea and since it s decaf I can still get to sleep. Major plus!
I got it because the reviews were fantastic and while it’s good, it’s not my favorite. If you like chai though, this will not disappoint.

The decaf black tea bolsters the deep warming spice flavors in this chai. A great choice on a cold night or when you want a midday kick without caffeine. I like to let it steep a bit longer so the spices get extra intense.

I suppose what this decaf and rooibos chais are teaching me is that lighter teas don't have quite enough body to support the spices, at least for my preference. This one seems more spice than tea! The sharpness of the ginger seems in particular to be dominant. Nonetheless, it's decent as both a chai and a decaf, and blending it with the decaf vanilla yields a smoother, more rounded cup.
This is everything I wanted it to be but without caffeine. I am overjoyed!

This is a nice chai - but it was better when I blended it with the decaf ceylon - it was VERY strong when made with just the Chai

I enjoyed this, but it wasn't strong enough for my tastes. To be fair, I had only a sample size. Had I had more, I'd have been able to brew it the way I like it, which is very strong, very spicy, and able to stand up to cashew milk added to it.

Delicious decaf chai option for later in the day. If I drink it earlier in the day I may add the raja oolong chai. Also, gives it a little more spice.
