Today's tea is a helpful one. Wished I liked it's flavor.more. Slippery Elm is not a favorite but it sure does a great job in coating a sore throat!

Today's Tea...is next LEVEL with some BEES' HONEY ..for when ya don't feel well. Love me some Slippery Elm! I actually have been drinking alotta Greek Mountain as I had a wee bit of cough. Though it could simply related to grief & how affects the lungs. But nonetheless, the cough cleared in one day. Been drinking Greek Mtn all day, hot and ice-cold for two days. Beautiful Panacea! & Starting today with Bella Luna blended with a scooch of Selefina COCONUT 🥥🌴💠 crystalline sugar, oooohlala!

Twyla, I drank a lot of Greek Mountain tea the last time I wasn’t feeling well and also found it beneficial—hot or cold. Honey is also healing. It’s a beautiful thing to have the tea you need at hand. I’m grateful every day that we have tea.

Michelle, in my world every day is do something nice day. It would be lovely to be in the Rockies again. Storytelling is an enriching activity for both the tellers and the listeners. I love storytelling and it was a lot of fun the past couple of weeks working with staff and students on how to work together to tell stories. Have a beautiful day whatever you are celebrating.

I will be watching my older son perform in a Cole Porter musical called “Can Can.” Will see how well his dance lessons this year have done. He’s a singer and decided to work on his dancing, as well as losing a lot of weight. We have other family members coming to see him as well. It should be a great day. Never heard of "can can" the musical, but it makes me think of the song from "Moulin Rouge" lol. One of my wife's fav movies and we saw it at one of those interactive experiences at Alamo Drafthouse. Unfortunately I think COVID kind of killed those in my neck of the woods. They were so much fun.

In the middle of reorganizing my kitchen cabinets today, and found my airtight container of star anise. It smelled so good that I put a bit into my spice grinder and added it to the basket when I brewed my cuppa of Cinco de Mayo .... Oh my! Soooo good! The anise flavor blended so nicely with the cinnamon :) Finishing out my tea break, then back to cleaning :)
