Gently smoky gunpowder combined with bright tangy apples and rose hips, bring to mind a misty morning stroll. Hints of cinnamon and creme brulee flavor warm and comfort you like a favorite sweater.
It does look like that! It looks like a great blend.
12:05 am
It is on my Wish List. The blend sounds fantastic, and I love the artwork.
09:17 am
Happy birthday Rebecca!

Good morning! Just landed safely and on our way home. It's good to be in my own time zone. That got confusing!
12:11 am
Glad you made it home safely ππ₯°
12:15 am
Glad you had a great trip Karen - and get some good sleep when you get home.
12:21 am
Yay for home and a wonderful experience!
06:24 am
Welcome home! When we took our Alaska cruise, I had a hard time adjusting to the 6 hour time difference once I got home. Hopefully, you won't have that problem.
08:41 am
Karen, I am so happy to hear all has gone well on your return home. There's no place like home!
09:21 am
46 days till Halloween πππ my picture today is of the beautiful flowers my friend brought, she stopped for a few nights at her Uncles to visit, before making her way here, he had fields of beautiful flowers, nd she picked these ones just for me. I couldn't get over how beautiful they were!!! Hope everyone's Monday is lovely! Sabby and i, are sending love!!ππββ¬π

09:23 am
Happy Birthday, Rebecca!!π
12:14 am
Happy Birthday Rebecca! May your day be filled with tasty treats and tea!
I just noticed recently that if someone writes a caption for their picture, the box at the bottom left with their city and state has an orange bar at the left side, and otherwise it doesn't. :o I've been always clicking every one to see if there's anything there to read about it, and now I don't have to~ π₯³

Good morning tea pals. Hope your Monday is kind to you. βοΈπ«

Good morning Marlicia. Just finished my walk this morning. Enjoy your workout and God bless you too.
05:09 am
Good morning, lovely Adagians. Happy Monday! It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day today, maybe a tad warm in the afternoon, but Autumn is definitely on its way. Yay! Today's tea is a favorite of mine, and I think I have some in my stash. Maybe I'll be able to sip some with you later. More than moderate caffeine is called for in the morning, LOL. Anyway, I hope you all had a great weekend and that your week is off to a great start. God bless and have a super day! πππ«π΅πͺπΆππ§Άπ

05:58 am
Yay a day for caregivers π₯°. Iβll take a double cheeseburger for lunch π€€.
07:33 am
I've never had a butterscotch cinnamon pie, but it sounds delicious. Has anyone else had one?
08:36 am
I have never heard of a butterscotch cinnamon pie, and I am wondering if anyone else has.
09:26 am
I love online learning! Podcasts, classes, the like, good stuff is out there. Current topics I have been learning about include narcissism, boundary setting, choosing your mindset/the power of words, the powers of being an hsp, belly dancing, qigong/exercise, and connecting with nature/shamanismβ¦. What are some topics you use online learning for?
06:03 am
I love it too! Two podcasts I love are "Who Did What Now?" by Katie Charlwood (focuses on lesser known history, so a lot of women and minorities) and "In Moderation" by Rob Lapham and Liam Layton (focuses on healthy eating and food misinformation)
07:20 am
both sound excellent, I will look them up!
09:43 am
I just selected the most recent episode of βIn Moderationβ Adrian. Thanks for sharing this. The other on sounds interesting but at more than an hour episode, I canβt afford the time.
10:30 am
Iβm taking a free shamanic course from Alberto Villoldo. Itβs called the Divine Quest and itβs about dreaming your world into being.
07:45 am
Ooo I have taken free courses from him before, I need to look him up again!
09:13 am
I've been taking some online courses to keep my teaching certificate active. The sad thing is that very little of the material I've seen so far differs from when I first took education courses over 20 years ago.
08:40 am
A big emphasis change I have seen is inclusion (which I have such mixed feelings about), in a way I want to say go for it, BUT only if more staff is hired to assist. How can we expect a single teacher to adapt for the gifted, the kids with behaviors, and the kids with different ways and paces of learning, and KEEP up with the standards and pace expected?
09:42 am
Michelle, piano playing, Shakespeare plays, Arthur legends, the list is endless. I love online learning.
09:27 am
all great topics! It is fun to learn of archetypes and how we relate to them represented in stories and plays
09:42 am
I love online learning. Recently I've been on a deep dive about shipbuilding through history and general maritime knowledge. My dad is a captain and I spent a lot of my early life on a boat, so I've always felt called to the sea. Another thing I've been loving is experimental archeology. Recently watched a reallt cool documentary where a team of archeologists built a copy of Pharaoh Rameses's war chariot using historical methods and did chariot archery in the desert to see the strategy of chariots in battle.
09:59 am
Such diverse interests here! How wonderful!
11:51 am
Whatβs an hsp, Michelle?
10:23 am
Highly sensitive person (overwhelmed by crowds or groups, sensitive to lights/smells/loud sounds, very in touch with and often overwhelmed by the emotions of others, have a complex but deep inner world, very brief summary)
11:04 am
HSP...my son and I definitely fit into that category. I feel other's pain deeply and am often overwhelmed and cannot talk when faced with sadness. I am overwhelmed by situations that are too "peoply" and prefer to see friends one on one or in a very small group. My son would startle and start crying when one of my neighbors would come over when he was a baby. She had a somewhat loud voice and whenever she would speak he would have a reaction. We both are quite happy amusing ourselves and enjoy solitary activities. We do like people, however, and are very loyal and faithful friends. Michelle, we could probably benefit from learning the powers of being HNP.
12:02 pm
I also totally cannot watch television, crime shows (NOPE!) the news (bigger nope!) as they can very easily throw off my balance. I am the person who cries during that coffee commercial, where the son surprises his mom with coffee and those 'soldier just got home surprising his kid' ones. I totally tear up when others do, and I am very happy in my bubble :)
03:03 pm
I keep up with psychiatric nursing continuing education and also enjoy learning about mindfulness practices, though I tend to use books and audiobooks more than online learning for the latter.
10:28 am
Yes to books and audiobooks!
11:51 am
Michelle, I, too, avoid TV news like the plague. I scan the newspaper but do not dwell on the negative or I would not get out of bed. And yep, some commercials bring me to tears...especially some of the Publix and Hallmark ads around the holidays.
04:16 pm
Morning
06:35 am
Good morning
07:13 am
Good morning everyone and happy birthday, Rebecca! π₯³π I'm happy to see a new Orange Spice tea on the front page today. I'll definitely submit my order today to get that free gift. I've been waiting for something new to pique my interest and this tea sounds perfect! I have some Autumn Green Mist in my stash that I can indulge with you all later. Have a wonderful day, CommuniTEA!!
07:23 am
Good morning, all! I'm excited for today's tea! I don't think I've ever had one quite like it before. I hope everyone has a marvelous Monday!
07:40 am
Mornin all.. Having Jade Snail this morning to calm nerves and woo-saa. Mum π called at 5am, as she kinda woke from the fog of it all..and just wanted to ensure I knew about the procedure last night and that she is tired and loopy. I encouraged her to rest well. I'm waiting for new fresh, comfy blankies to dry to take down to her. I will be taking some other type of green tea in a tumbler or two, ....down with me, to visit all day. Not sure what I will decide....Perhaps more Jade Snail, perhaps Tencha or Mist View.... Green tea is a must for me to Zen out the nervous system. Any Love/Light and Positive thoughts are well welcomed continually. Thank you, TeaPals.
07:49 am
Sending some more love, light and healing. π
07:54 am
Sending positive vibes and prayers for much needed calm for you.

09:48 am
May your day be restful as well as you chill with her. Prayers for continued healing.
10:34 am
oh Muma! She'll love a cozy blanket. Glad she's in recovery.
11:33 am
Oh, the teas you'll sip and brew / On this day just meant for you / Rebecca, sip the tea, yes do / With cheer and joy, your dreams come true #
08:42 am
Good morning! I steeped a ToasTEA of Kinko de Minko to go this morning, which led me to a question I've been thinking about recently. Do you steep your tea with sweetener or do you add it after? I usually add it later, but I think I might try adding sugar to the ToasTEA when I brew the tea (if it's a tea to which I add sugar), so that I don't have to open it up after it's steeped.
08:45 am
If I'm making hot tea, I steep my tea with the sweetener. Partly so I don't forget it. π And partly because I think pouring the hot water over the sweetener helps it dissolve better.
08:59 am

08:59 am
Iβve read that sweeteners added while steeping can hinder flavor extraction from the tea leaves, but it would be interesting to try to see if you like the results. π
09:07 am
I know that I prefer most teas sweetened when theyβre hot, so I add about a half teaspoon of rock sugar in the steeper with the tea. I make a note on the envelope for teas that I prefer without sweetness. When itβs iced tea, I always prefer it unsweetened.
10:39 am
I never add sugar to tea. If I want a specific tea a bit sweeter, I will add a dab of honey after I have brewed it (although occasionally I will add it when it steeps). I have never noticed any difference in the strength of the tea leaves when I add it first.
11:21 am
I steep the tea together with the sugar in the infuser, but if I have creamer, I wait until after I've poured my cuppa, instead of pouring the hot tea into a cup partially filled with creamer. God bless and what a great question, Anneke! πππ«π
03:14 pm
Happy Birthday, Rebecca! I hope your day is simply TEAlightful.
08:45 am
Happy birthday Rebecca.
08:47 am
Good morning! I'm back from my hiking trip to the southwest and had an amazing time! My husband and I went to 9 national parks and about 10 state parks. Thank you to those who bought my blends, I hope you enjoy them.
09:03 am
Tanya, that sounds like a super trip. I am so glad you enjoyed it and arrived home safely.
09:30 am
Thank you, Mary. We were lucky to have some nice weather while on vacation, except for one day of rain.
01:15 pm
What a fun trip. How many National parks do you still have on your bucket list to do?
10:36 am
It was our first hiking trip to National Parks. I have about 27 National Parks left and most are in Alaska. We took our kids to Alaska a few years ago, it was our 50th state to visit. My husband and I plan on visiting again in a couple of years since it's such a beautiful state.
01:30 pm
Sounds like a wonderful trip Tanya! Which parks did you visit?
10:41 am
We went to Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Mesa Verde, The Great Sand Dunes ,Great Basin, and Rocky Mountain National Parks. We were supposed to visit the north rim of the Grand Canyon, but had to change plans because of the fire.
01:11 pm
Oh, what a lovely morning walk we had today. Did not even break a sweat, and it was only 69 degrees when we got up. I sincerely hope this lovely weather continues for a good long while. I love Autumn Mist Green and will brew a pot of it for our afternoon tea. Yum! I am currently sipping Pumpkin Spice. Thank you to the two tea friends who purchased two more of my Laddie teas...Laddie at Work and Laddie is a Sweetie. I am so happy to share my sweet pup with you. Laddie sends tail wags and puppy kisses, and I thank you also on behalf of the ASPCA. I hope you enjoy the tea and the wee pup on the tea tin. I know it is a Monday, but still I hope the day is kind to you. I just love the fall and once again enjoyed a pumpkin pancake for breakfast. Yum!
09:14 am
Mary, Iβm having Pumpkin Spice today, too.
02:34 pm
Tis the season!
04:17 pm
Happy birthday, Rebecca. I hope you have a marvelous day, full of surprises and lots of tea, of course. πππππ

Iβll surely be enjoying todayβs tea a bit later, first, coffee
09:36 am
Does anyone know if the massive quantity of blend activity yesterday was real? If so, thank you to the tea fairies for trying them and I hope you enjoy, cheers!
09:46 am
looking up recipes for butterscotch cinnamon pie, had me remember I wanted to share a new to me app I am using to gather and collect online recipes, called copy me that. I have been good with the free version, it will use AI to take the recipe and directions to the recipe from a long winded website (while still linking the website, so you can read the story). You can sort your recipes and rate them, it has been very easy to use (no more screen shotting or sharing to myself, and then losing the recipe).
09:46 am
I use that app all the time to save recipes. Butterscotch cinnamon pie sounds delicious!
12:53 pm
I have not heard of this app, but I am going to look into it. Many of my recipes are part of my Pinterest account and all the pop up adds are a real distraction when I am working on making the recipe. I have had some recipes that end up going back to the top after a reboot and I end up having to scroll down to where I need to be more often than I like.
01:17 pm
the app helps with all of that!
02:59 pm
Had the big bag of today's on stash. I like it alright, but it is actually my wife's bag as it is one of her favorites to keep on hand which kind of shocked me as green teas are not what she usually reaches for.
09:49 am
Very nice tea today. I really can taste the creme brulee flavor.
10:00 am
Yum!
10:48 am
Anyone else running into a glitch with the cards? All my recipe samples turned transparent and I can only see the outline and name. Can't redeem em either.
10:09 am
I've had that each time I've gotten one over the past few months. Thankfully, they haven't been ones I've *really* wanted, so I haven't felt like I've been missing out and just bookmarked the recipes for the ones that looked somewhat interesting.
10:24 am
I wonder if they just won't be fulfilled. That happened to one of mine..
12:24 pm
I guess we need to fulfill them right after we get them.
02:27 pm
Happy birthday, Rebecca! May you have a splendid day! ππππ
10:44 am
Good morning, everyone. I love todayβs tea but I donβt think I have any on hand. I had a lovely cup of Year of the Snake as well as a mishmash of a bunch of envelopes that were almost empty. It tasted pretty good!
10:46 am
Going home from work early, to be with Hubby and his family. The moment came, and his Grandfather is finally at peace. Thank you lovely tea pals for all of your prayers, compassion and support. May you all have a blessed day.

01:03 pm
Oh Ottum, my condolences to you, your hubby and his family. May you find peace in knowing he is now at rest and no longer in any pain. He can be independent once again and watch over you and remain in your hearts for as long you remember. May you find comfort in knowing you are cared for here, and by your loved ones.

04:18 pm
Thank you to the second person who purchased my Swedish Fika blend in the last 48 hours. I really hope you enjoy it!
01:19 pm
Summer is definitely going into its last week on a dry and mid 80βs stretch.
I misread my packet this morning, seeing "mint"... but the smell was too good to believe for a mint I would only drink "for science"... I woke up a bit more and was excited to see it is NOT mint ππ
03:47 pm
Hey-Ya, and gooooooooooooooood afternoon my dear Loving Tea Peeps!!! I hope all of you Tea Lovers enjoyed your Favorite teas today and tonight! Love you All!!!
03:53 pm
I am hoping to trade some cards, I have foxtrot, peach serenity, a bunch of zodiacs, take 2 for your trade on those, and I also have a sample of hazelnut and peppermint for 4 cards
04:08 pm
Today's tea has a very syrupy taste and smell. After a few sips, I picked up on the apple taste. It reminds me a bit of apple cobbler or apple crisp.
