Ooo, I love that my amateur photos could become quality art! You go, Michelle! I've been adding Kentucky native plants for the last ? years but feel I've finally reached a "critical mass" with enough body/bulk and diversity to really have some awesome wildlife sightings out there. When I get home from work after an insanely early work morning (2:40am wake up), it's so nice to walk around seeing what's in bloom and what critters are visiting. Of course it all changes through the months. Then it's time to wintersow more seeds I've collected, swapped, or purchased. Even in the winter (on the nicer days), I pop out to see which seeds are sprouting. It keeps me connected to my natural setting and I just LOVE it. :)

I would love to be able to have more than one caffeinated tea a day! Caffeine used to never affect me, now I know when I have had it! (Jitters, hand tremors, fast heart rate). Anyone got any suggestions to make caffeine more survivable? Like a dairy ease supplement for lactose, but for caffeine? :)

Maybe blend creators would share percentages with you privately and only so you can opt for decaf teas when available, blending your own version? That sounds worrisome to me-- heart rate particularly. :'( I'd be happy to share info with you any time you message me on site. <3 You might want to check with your doctor???

I second the checking with your doctor. I mostly get caffeine jitters if I haven't eaten (or have only eaten simple carbs and it's compounding the sugar crash), so getting a bit of nutrient-dense food helps - I'm usually at work when this happens, so a handful of nuts or an apple.

On Tuesday, I received a gift of tea brought back from Italy by a young family member on a group tour. I didn’t ask if they declared it with customs. 🤔 Tea makes it to the U.S. from overseas tho, so I’d bet you’ll be able to take it with you; a globally enjoyed product. Congrats on the new job!!

As long as it still has it's original label no one should question it. Adagio's zip top bags should be fine in your suitcase. Still might be cheaper to ship it to yourself if you have a lot. Congratulations on the new job!

Good morning all! I love Vanilla and will probably drink it in a blend later this morning. I also got a new bag of Decaf Vanilla and am looking forward to drinking a cup tonight. This morning I am drinking a chai from my stash that was gifted to me by Marlicia. It’s called “Peace Begins with a Smile…” and Tea. https://www.adagio.com/180213 It was blended by Valerie F who we haven’t seen for a while. It’s hard to search for the tea by name but you can find it by searching Mother Teresa. The tin art is a cartoon drawing of her and the name of the tea is her quote (plus the tea of course). It’s another stupendous friend blend chai. I also drank some Mindful Mint Chai last evening after I finished Woodie’s blend that I mentioned yesterday.

This blend is so highly rated yet I've tried it multiple times and haven't liked it once. I like my chai plain-- no milk or sweetener of ANY kind. Maybe that's why it doesn't work for me-- I find that very disappointing. :( I'm glad so many others love it though!!! :) I highly respect the lady and her years of service!

Was in Tea Herbal Tisane Bliss ...all day at work with BLOOD ORANGE.. freezing cold 🥶 on ICE!! Heaven on Earth Sips of goodness. I made a whole other pitcher for tomorrow.
