Anneke, mostly I was looking for something positive to say. I love how wonderfully tart hibiscus flowers are and I buy it by the XL bagful. John and I are polar opposites in our hibiscus tastes. Last night, a bestie in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ was shaken with quite the fright of being in the epicenter of an earthquake, 3.0. ~ Which is more unusual there. He said..everyone ran out into the street, thinking a car had hit their houses or something. He said it less so rattled and more so was LOUD... like an explosion. What was strange is..at the exact time of the earthquake...I was hearing strange sounds that got me out of bed. I wondered if the Catten boys were playing, but no, they were calmly laying about. I don't know exactly what I was hearing..it sounds like unusual creaking & shifting noises. & Hey, Adagio headquarters is in that Earthquake zone ...Has anyone checked on the Tea?! 🔍🧐🔬💭

Zucchini bread is a good idea Marlicia. I can freeze it too for later. I love soups year round so will make a soup of some sort for the week. The summer squash makes soups creamy without dairy, so I might experiment with that. Thanks for the ideas!

Good morning Mary. I made a pot of Formosa Fancy Bai Hao yesterday and swooned over every sip. I'm cooking today too using up my share of veggies for the week. Can't decide what to make yet though. Definitely some cucumber salad, but can't decide what to do with all the zucchini and summer squash.

Zucchini quiche is also a delicious option. I usually put in mine 3 shredded zucchini ( I use a paper towel to soak up excess water from zucchini), 1 cup of shredded from block parm cheese, 1/2 diced onion, 2-3 cloves garlic, 3 eggs, 1 cup bisquick, Italian seasonings and maybe a little onion and garlic powder, a little salt and pepper. My kids and I are addicted to this recipe 😋

Hi tea people! I used to be a regular Communitea-er, and I still vicariously check the tea of the day and the CommuniTEA reviews pretty often tho tbh. Question for the Communitea community-- I was making a cup of sencha tea at a friend's, the cup spilled over a little bit, and something happened to pull me away/distract --- the long and short is there is now a stain on her white ish quartz counter from the tea. I've been making tea at her house for a week and nothing has stained at all, but I've wiped anything up right away. Has anyone had this happen and if so any tips on removing the stains? We're trying the broader internet, but thought it was worth asking here... Thanks!

As I was reading your post, I was half expecting to hear you say marble, not quartz, as I know marble is quite porous. My first thought would be to try something bubbly like seltzer water and baking soda. Or maybe a let a paste of water and barkeeper’s friend sit on it for a bit? Good luck!
