Good morning everyone. I had an early morning yoga class after the clocks moved forward last night. I was the only student who got up for it so I got lots of attention and help today. We also were on less choppy seas compared to my last class when balancing on one leg was impossible! I had a cappuccino with breakfast afterwards. I noticed that the English Breakfast tea looks like a full leaf one so I will try it later. I hope you all enjoy today’s tea.

Good morning! Today we experimented with making a couple of waffles in the mini waffle maker instead of doing a big batch and we managed to get 2 waffles each and get out the door on time. A new breakfast win. And the waffles cooked while the tea was steeping and lunches were getting packed.

Henry tried to chase Eli this morning, not in a playful way, so I am keeping my eye on them today. Currently, Ares and Henry are enjoying the back porch, and Eli is napping in front of the open back door. The porch door is off the kitchen, so he can't be seen by the other 2. Ares seems like he wants to play with Eli, but he still needs to be watched, as well. He can walk by Eli without growls from anyone, so there's some progress.

Today’s tea sounds good!

Good morning tea friends. We started the day with Milk Oolong before we headed out for a walk. It was already quite hot out so we walked a bit less than usual. Our HVAC indicated the high yesterday was 104 degrees. We also have high humidity so we don't stay outside very long later in the day. I am loving my new glasses. My last pair was from four years ago and there was quite a bit of change. My eyes feel like I have a coat of soothing lotion on them and I feel taller (don't ask me why, but I do!). I am so grateful for them. I hope today brings a happy surprise your way.

Last night I tried this tea with some Chamomile though I forget what percentages I went with... a good "disguise" if you don't care for Chamomile but need to drink some to wind down and prepare for sleep perhaps. Lots of flavor in this white-herbal blend so it eliminates any "dusty" taste from the Chamomile & brightens it up with fruitiness. :) This is NOT my blend, but one I very much enjoy. https://www.adagio.com/184244

Today's tea sounds really good. Gonna have to add this one too, to my growing list of teas to try later! As for me, today, I'm sipping a double strength cup of Elderberry Wine. I've been stirring up too much dust and my allergies are acting up. Woke up with a sore throat, so I'm hoping something with some immune support will help. No dust will stop me from packing up this house! I have a duster, tea, allergy meds, and pure determination!

There is a Route 66 explorer book for the Oklahoma portion of Rt. 66 as it comes up to the 100th anniversary of the road. Today Paige and I met in Bristow to enjoy lunch, the train depot (turns out Gene Autry worked there), and an old toy museum. Although very warm it was a lot of fun.

Spent the day in the ocean jumping with the waves in Hampton, NH. It was my 2 and 6 year olds first time going in the ocean and the same for my oldest daughters boyfriend. I love seeing things like that when people experience stuff that is new to them. My son loved the water, but when mom or I was in while he was on beach he kept commanding us to get out right now lol.
