Has anyone heard of a psps? Apparently it's a public safety power shutdown, and we're sitting here in the dark on a Friday evening because of one. We did have some thunderstorm weather earlier today, so perhaps that's the reason but it seems pretty calm outside right now. I hope everybody has a lovely weekend and that we have power again soon.

Used up the last of my Autumn Mist and Year of the Snake teas this morning -- both cold brew nicely! :) Looking forward to the iced tea later and counting it as a DDTS win. :) One positive thing about the desert climate/elevation here, I cycle through a lot of tea in the summer trying to stay hydrated. It definitely helps with DDTS!

I don't think I have ever tried the White Toasted Coconut tea, but it sounds like a lovely summertime sip. I started the day with Year of the Snake as I had a lovely morning playing piano while hubby worked outside. We have a steamy walk this morning...heat index is supposed to reach 110 degrees today. Started my day off with some Purple Papaya Berry mixed with lemonade, and now I'm having a chocolate Matcha protein shake. The Chocolate Matcha blend really works nicely for this, though I'm wondering how it would be with the Black Cacao powder instead of the premixed blend? I'll have to try that sometime.

I tried some coconut water for the first time last night, so I didn’t want a coconut flavored tea today. I’m still deciding if I like the taste of the coconut water. I am not that into coconut taste. I had some currant black tea instead.

I don't mind coconut water mixed into something like a smoothie, but I'm not keen on it on it's own. Like you, I don't care for the taste of coconut.

Wow! Today's tea does not disappoint! The coconut comes through with the nice roasted hint. I appreciate the creamy feel. It definitely adds some texture to the taste.

My hip felt so much better today that I took a walk, I unfortunately I tried to step on a loose dogs leash to prevent it from getting to my dogs and my knee twisted popped and I went down. Went to urgent care and nothing is broken but when with a brace my knee wobbles and won't support me. I fell again trying to get into the house Guess I am back in bed again, could be worse I know but I am still so frustrated

Anybody else having really bad package delivery issues (not just with tea orders - everything!!) -- I have two tea packages (birthday tea) coming and both are messed up in shipping. One by UPS. One by USPS. It seems I'm having nothing but issues with things being delivered since June. ugh. So frustrating!! I hope my packages aren't smashed flat by the time I get them. My UPS package shipped from Broomfield, CO -- I can drive there from my house in about 20 minutes. But UPS sent the package to Kansas City (again -- this happened in June too, then they misdelivered it when it did get back here and I had to have the box replaced) and I got a tracking update that they are sending it back to the company because their "delivery service" didn't pick the package up. ARGH!!!!! Anybody else having really bad issues with USPS/UPS lately?? I ordered a limited edition tea for my birthday to try it.....and not sure what UPS has done with it!! So annoying! Why ship my packages all the way to Kansas City -- just to ship them back to Denver 20 minutes away from where the package started out?? Ridiculous!! And now it's being returned to the company and starting all over, if they even actually get it back. If I get told the tea is sold out and they can't replace it........ARGH!!!

Yes, so much yes... I had an art supply package recently go through USPS and it circled my entire state before reaching me, making the package two weeks over it's delivery date. I was so worried my watercolor half pans would have been smashed and cracked to pieces but luckily they arrived fine, just super late. My recent Adagio order had a boot print smashed into one side of the box, but that was through FedEx, and again I was lucky all the contents were fine.

Oh my gosh....that really BLOWS, especially with a BDAY tea parcel!!

Today's tea seems nice, but white teas are always too light for my taste.
