I have a random question, so I ordered another Communitea mug, because mine developed a hairline crack, so the lid has the little space for the strainer handle, and my last one had a little strainer handle, does it not have a little handle anymore?

In the picture of it, there's a handle poking out of the lid. You might contact customer service, Age. Your strainer might be a new model or broken. I still have mine from a while ago so don't know if the mug has been changed recently.

I have been dealing with some hip pain since the end of May, it got worse but manageable in Germany while walking a billion stairs a day. Yesterday I had a pilates class came home feeling really good but by dinner time a few hours later I was basically unable to move. Sleep is hard because I can't change positions from flat on my back, leg straight, I generally move a lot. I went to the doctor, she said I need an MRI but before the insurance will cover it I need an x-ray and 6 weeks of physical therapy 😭 I just wanna know why I hurt to bad now, but at least I have the sweetest pup as my nurse to keep me company. I did get my x-ray today, it was curse words and tears the entire drive.

Jasmine, I hope the physical therapy helps reduce the pain and that surgery isn't necessary. I just got bad news from my doctor that i'm still trying to process...le sigh, seems health problems are going through their rounds

Hope you can take it easy, Jasmine. Rest with gentle movement may be a good remedy. I've had bouts of PT in the past and have learned to go slow so as not to aggravate the hurt area more. Eat healing foods... cheering you on!

So sorry to hear Jasmine. I had hip pain at the end of my last vacation. PT has really helped me and I hope it works for you as well. The x-ray results should help the PT design your treatment plan. I hope you have something for the pain.

Naproxen and ibuprofen mess with my stomach but I did order some stuff. My doctor suggested that's all natural and I'll help with inflammation

Jasmine, I'm so sorry you're in such pain now. I want to be surprised that insurance won't cover an MRI until you get an X-ray and go to physical therapy first, but I'm not. It doesn't make sense though as an x-ray doesn't reveal too many joint problems...other than the obvious.

I feel ya! My hips are also the bane of my existence :) I sleep with a slant pillow thing under my knees (it doesn’t help my tight hamstrings but does help reduce my hip pain upon rest or getting up. I hope therapy helps and a solution is found for you!

I'm sorry you're experiencing this. Have you considered a chiropractic adjustment? Sometimes things are just in the wrong place and can be corrected without surgery. I believe some physical therapists can perform chiropractic adjustments as well.

Jasmine, I hope you're able to get relief soon. I'm sure nurse puppy is helping immensely! That's one thing about not having insurance, when I need something diagnostic I just have to pay for it. I don't have to argue with some carrier who wants to dictate a course of action that's long and time consuming. Of course, the downside is if the tests are expensive it hurts.

Good morning! My friend blend shipment arrived yesterday! Unfortunately it looked like someone stepped on it, but the contents were luckily alright. It literally had the imprint of a boot smashed in the box. I'm not even sure how to feel about that. At least the stuff inside the box was alright and undamaged. So many good smelling tea blends, can't wait to try them!

Good morning, tea pals. Hubby started the day with Keemun Rhapsody and I had an energizing cup of Blueberry (black). Laddie did fine last night and all day yesterday, so hubby and I are quite relieved. Apparently now that he is getting up there in age his digestive system is getting more sensitive. We will gradually go back to trying his prescription treats and prescription dry food to make sure that agrees with him too. Baby steps. Our electrician is coming out today to check our generator out to make sure everything is in order before any hurricanes threaten so no walk this morning. I hope you have a happy Friday and are looking forward to a fulfilling weekend.

They are mainly concerned about the angiogram insertion site. But, lab work is fasting labs. The insertion site looks great to me, minor bruising. But they want to feel it to make sure no hematomas have set in. They want to be sure im not bleeding internally. Which I don't think I am, I think I'd feel weak or something, which I do not.

I love key lime pie and I do not even kind of like this tea. There is a very strange aroma and taste that I cannot identify.

I didn't fancy it at first, as much as I hoped I would... Then I grew to like it... I cold brewed it the 2nd time that I had it...and it was more to my liking. Now I hot brew it, then ice it and add like juice or lime powder for a powerful sip!!! I also wish it steeped---more of a green colour than red.

My wife sweetened this one before I got to it (again). It tastes generally good that way, which means it's probably on the tart side unsweetened. Not my thing, but not bad either.
