Good morning all. I thought I didn’t have any of today’s tea so I finished up my Chocolate Chai Pu-erh and added some Pu-erh Chorange to make a full cup. It was delicious. Now I realize that I do have Chocolate Chai after all, in an unopened bag. I don’t know if I should open it or not. Today's tea is a good one! I haven't had any tea yet, I was getting ready to make my morning cup early this morning when I discovered ants coming through the kitchen window seal... So, Greg and I have been dealing with that all morning. I'm using a mixture of water, soap, vinegar, lemon juice, and essential oils to clean up the scent trails, the smell also overwhelms the ants into not wanting to come inside. Once gone we'll try sealing the window again. The one downside though, is this mixture smells like pickled pine needles. 🤣

After a dentist appointment finally getting around to today's tea. It smells amazing, but I tend to like most chai.

I have to keep reminding myself it’s Monday. I took today off to do some decluttering, so it still feels like the weekend. Had windows open on both ends of the house all day, and it’s had me finding random papers and things that have blown off a few tables and windowsills. Got lots done and had a pitcher of cold brewed Citron Green powering me onward. Storms are rolling in now, so I’m enjoying the open windows until then.

Another good tea for me. I do generally prefer my chais rather sweet and stronger than the 3-minute steeping suggested here (maybe because I sweeten them so much), but this is pretty good straight with the shorter steeping time.

I prefer my teas stronger than the recommended. I use 1 Tablespoon of tea per 8 oz of water (i do a 16 oz mug with 2 Tbsp) then steep at the recommended time. It really amps up the density of the tea - makes it a nice bold drink (i do this with all tea tho)
