I really enjoyed drinking my last Golden Spring sample. I'm thinking of steeping today's sample in a clear glass pot later. This blend is delicious... Today's picture is my best shot of the Lunar Eclipse from 2 nights ago. I was fortunate enough to get a spectacular viewing of it from start to finish. Have a wonderful Sunday.

Marlicia, often it means that the promo ends the day before the posted expiration date. Once upon a time Bridgette explained that Ilya thinks that the promo ends one day earlier than others do. So it depends on who is interpreting the end date. Although lately offers seem to end on the date stated. Thanks for the reminder that the offer is ending. I’ll finish up my order and get it in. I did win one that had Ginseng Green in it (now discontinued). I removed it from my cart. I have to admit I like the fun of spinning the wheel regardless. LOL. Howdy CT. Todays tea was a bit different for me, it wasnt horrible but its one of those I need maybe another serving to full appreciate what’s going on in the cup. I can say since doing CT, I have explored and experienced teas that I would’ve never purchased on my own. Which has lead me to discovering new tastes and textures I like. Ive come so far from Southern Tea (aka liquid tea flavored sugar). I also know I’ve barely touched the Adagio lines so there is more exciting cup adventures headed my way. Happy Sunday y’all.

Question... I have a sample of Selfina matcha (not the Adagio matcha). Can I steep it like I would the Adagio tea? Or is it only for cooking? For those of you who have used it in cooking, please share some ideas.

The matcha on the Selefina site is a lower grade and more bitter. You can try it as a tea. I've used it mainly in baking cookies, muffins, cheesecake, bread and in waffles and pancakes.

G'day all..Mum Moonbeam and I wanted to do a Golden taste test sip of Golden Spring & Yunnan Golden Needle, this morn. It seems we like the SPRING a tad bit more, today. But, Golden Needle is beyond awesome with those LEAF STICKS. I think today's Spring cup has more of that bright 'apple-y' note and sometimes that's what ya fancy more, especially freshly embarking into SPRING!

I’m on the other side of the upper respiratory infection I have been battling since Tuesday. My son often stops by to get coffee and donuts after Mass. I actually smelled his coffee when he brought it into the house. Yesterday I still needed to have my nose very close to something to smell it. I was actually able to smell and taste today’s tea fully. It was a pleasant cup. I have been mainly drinking an herbal cold care blend from another company so I truly appreciated a “real” cup of tea today. Stay well tea friends!

My nephews are here and practicing drumming on some drums their Grandma bought and decorated for them in American Revolution style. My older nephew is big on American Revolution era history after their family visit to Williamsburg this past summer. It's good for the boys even if it's driving me a little crazy. Did I mention that this drum playing is in addition to SpongeBob??? LOL. My niece is coming down with some ailment so she's at home resting with TLC. That's better for her Grandpa too since his health is poor with the cancer and treatments-- my wise brother and SIL doing what's best for all (except my eardrums)!!! ;)

Irishman got this as a gift and we both shared the tin and enjoyed it in a day or two.: March 17th Morning Breeke Tea is incredible. This very traditional flavors you think, Oh, it just Irish Breakfast with chocolate black tea story ends.....BUT No, Way! The blend just started. Lol You know when you take the first bite from your favorite dessert and You and your body just melts. This blend for me with milk and sweetener, was a Knock-Out, with subtle but divine perfection.
