Wishing everyone a rejuvenating Saturday!

Viking Festival has arrived. I’ll be working it all weekend. I’ll be taking visitors on an imaginary voyage as I take their pictures on a Viking longboat photo opp. I’ll also be raising money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Basically, I’m helping people have a good time. It would have been better for me to have been able to sleep past midnight, but alas the hour to get up is rapidly approaching. It’ll be ok, though. I’ll be way too busy to think much about how tired I am. I will feel rejuvenated by all the smiles I will be helping to make. What a privilege it is to bring someone joy. Dear friends, Tomorrow is Mum's Bday. This weekend, Several besties and I are celebrating her with a GOLD LEAF Sunshine cake! 🌅🎂 Mom loved "Here Comes the Sun 🎵🎸" ...and the Ocean and all things Sunshine and Sunmer. And ...Intentionally I got my Mom and myself, Khrissi's and my French Toast tea blends. And, also I picked up some Creme Brulee to go aside with a French Toast casserole party! Dessert-y Brekkie, hey. Welp, My best friend goes.. "OH WE ARE STILL HAVING that French Toast party!" So it will be a weekend sleepover extravaganza. So, hey, Thank you for all of the kind words. Today is the first day I felt like I could chat-- a longer story here. So, that always a good sign. I have been through deep grief with my Dad's death, so I am no stranger to this-- I have many healthy coping skills and Spiritual practice to get me through the rough grief terrain. Some days it is BLISSful joy thoughts about Mom's Spiritual reunion that she is having with my Dad, her Sisters, my Gram and the whole lot, in the ancestral realm. And other moments, I may I wake from a nap and nearly call to Mum to see if she needs anything---for a split second. Then: Realizing. 😑 This is one of the hardest parts of being human. Alas. ALLove to you DearHearts. Love Infinitum. ~
