John, it most definitely is, and it's easy. Higher tea to water ratio and short, multiple steeps, increased in 15 second intervals. I usually start with about 6 oz. for 30 seconds, and go from there. I hope you enjoy 🍵😁

Couldn't reply to your last message....I hope this response ends up where I think it will :) DDTS is going pretty well. I have my tea tins in my tea/coffee bar cabinet and a set of small bookshelves off to the side has baskets that hold the bags of tea I have. I was able to empty one basket....which is now in my bedroom holding craft projects instead. And on that shelf I now have my collection of the little square holiday tins and the little round washi containers I bought from Adagio...the tea cabinet only has large tins. And no 1 lb bags stashed on top my tea shelves....those are now all tucked into the back of the baskets on the shelves. So.....I'm seeing progress. I still have so.....much.....tea though. My goal is to have all of my tea in the cabinet and be able to repurpose the book shelf/baskets to another use. Will take months as I'm the only tea drinker in the house. Work in progress!! :)

That's great progress though. I already see my stash growing and know how much I want to try so many others. I think I will have to find a balance in there somewhere. Keep at it though and you will get there. It's always nice when you have visible differences in front of you to help it not feel as daunting.

Happy Friday, tea people!! :) Just had a completely aggravating time completing my taxes and e-filing. Ugh. I am so glad that is DONE. Definitely need to brew tea now. I should not pay the bills and file my taxes on the same morning. I think this calls for a cuppa lapsang as my brain is fried.....smokey tea seems fitting. :) And later today, I have to fill out the paperwork to extend the lease on my apartment. This seems to be a Friday full of fun events ha ha :) For now, a little Lounge Chair Lapsang to recover.

I always add just a bit of dewy cherry to it when I brew. Then I sit back and just enjoy the smokey goodness :) One of my favs! :) I feel human again after spending 30 minutes on chat with Turbo Tax Helpdesk because of a mystery form I had to print that had no instructions included. LOL Finally went to state revenue site and figured it out myself. Uploaded the required documentation. I should get a discount on my prep fee for having to figure that out myself. ha ha :)
