Though the name may be a bit misleading, don't let that detour you. This is a wonderful tea, it is more herbal than white tea based, much less spicy than some of the other chais offered by adagio. Very packed with flavor, fruity with a very mild spice.

This stuff was pretty and smelled great right out of the pack.
The flavor was rich and smooth, with that spicy kick from the peppercorns. Perfect for chilly mornings. The taste is really familiar, but I can't quite place it.

This wasn't what I was hoping for to tell the truth. It's not really a white chai at all but more of an herbal chai with the dominate flavor being the lemongrass. There is very little white tea in the mix at all. It should have been called lemon chai. I think Adagio would have done better with this by leaving the lemongrass out all together and actually having a a more traditional white chai. Don't get me wrong, the flavor isn't bad and is rather tasty actually with a little sweetener or by letting it cool and serving it iced. It's just not what I think people are going to expect and will probably be a letdown for most... as it was me. Random thought, but this would be really good infused with chicken I think. But yeah, I won't order it again. At least it isn't dry like Teavana's white chai.

Really interesting tea. Not as flavorful as I expect from a chai though.

This smells and tastes like Christmas in a cup. I would forgo the traditional preparation of chai in favor of just a tiny bit of sugar, but if you're into using a ton of milk, make sure to steep it longer than five minutes so you don't cover up all of the nuances of the flavor.

I've tried and tried to steep this different ways, hoping I would like it more, but honestly? All it tastes likes to me is lemon pepper chicken minus the chicken. Like, I licked the lemon pepper spice bottle. I'm going to try mixing it with other things. I'm hoping I have better results that way.
