I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was really excited to finally have something w/ red peppercorn in it. I was very pleased. I don't drink a lot of chai in the summer because it's just too hot for something so heavy and spicy. I would, however, definitely drink this in the summer because it has a lighter feel in spite of its spiciness.

The tea itself is beautiful. Slender, green leaves mixed with bright red peppercorns, white coconut shavings, tan pineapple pieces, yellow lemongrass, brown cloves and cinnamon. The aroma is strong, spicy, and promising. It reminds me a lot of Adagio's Thai Chai, which is one of favorites.

This tea brews up to a very light tan, and when the milk is added, it almost goes completely white. Very interesting... I wonder how it would look with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top! Flavorwise, the cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon are in the forefront. There's really too much going on in this to taste the white tea (at least, in the way that I prepared it). The lemongrass is very present as well, but I can hardly tell there's any pineapple. Can't taste that much at all, but it's there. Same with the coconut. It's in the very background, but present. Anyway, this is pretty crazy, and I like it a lot. I might have to reorder once it really starts getting cold.

A very good light, spicy tea. It's tastes a bit spicier than the other chais I believe.

★★☆☆☆

The ginger and cinnamon were too overpowering. I gave it to someone else.

First let me start by saying Adagio is our favorite tea. That being said, sometimes I buy Teavanna. Teavanna has a white chai that is absolutely fabulous. It is mild with a nice spice that is not overpowering. I was thrilled to see Adagio came out with a White Chai, too. However, I was disappointed in it. I did not like the fruity tropical taste at all. Plus, it dominated the spicy taste.

★★★★☆

A lighter, less in-your-face chai flavor with delicate tea. Better for during the evening than traditional chai. I don't add milk to this, which would completely spoil and cover the white tea taste. It's sweet in its own way, so you needn't add much sugar or honey if you do at all. Good for occasional use.

★★★★★

This is the best white chai I have ever tasted. The lemongrass really adds a nice touch

★★★★★

This tea is quite delicate. I wouldn't suggest adding sugar or milk to it, though it might taste okay. Alone, it's complex. I really like the contrast between the spices. It has a pleasing aftertaste, with a bit of a tingle.

I crave this chai when I don't have it around. definitely a keeper!!

★★★★★

Great blend of spices - love it. Definitely a must try if you enjoy chai.

★★★★★

I love chai tea, and this is a really nice one for when I want something a bit lighter than usual.

★★★★☆

This is a hard review to do, because... I don't like white tea. I mean, I do, but I can never ever get it strong enough without ruining it. I know it's supposed to be a light tea, so that doesn't really effect the review that much - the spices in this blend are really quite good. I really like the added peppercorns - it adds another dimension to the flavors, and I'm definitely using this tea to make other blends with darker teas.

Clean, cool, and refreshing. Simple yet enjoyable.

★★★★★

Yummy soothing and satisfying. Complex but not overbearing.

★★★★☆

Not my favorite chai, but still very tasty. I like it cold with milk.

★★★★★

I taste something different everytime I try this tea, but I love it. If I have no idea what to drink, this is my go to. Great hot or iced, I usually taste either the lemongrass, ginger, and/or pineapple most prominently. The bag smells like Christmas! The added peppercorns give it a pleasant lingering heat you expect from a chai. I prefer this without milk or cream.

this tasted exactly like tevana's White Ayurvedic Chai but for a much better price I like this tea but i don't think it beats the Masala Chai from here

★★★★★

More of an herbal than a white (though, most whites wouldn't really stand up to what else is in here), with what seems like just the right amount of spice. Overall, I like it.

★★★★☆

I was hoping for a stronger spice taste, but overall it was good and I finished it quickly.

★★★★★

It's really not a chai in the technical sense and you have to really be careful with your water temperature and brewing time. But, it is a pleasant blend that makes a nice cup in winter. The clove and cinnamon seem to stand out those most to me. And actually I wouldn't mind a little more of the peppercorn.

Light and flavorful. This is delightful and yummy. The color is fabulous.

★★★★★

This is probably the best chai on Adagio! I was surprised at how strong it was for a white tea. It has plenty of spice and flavor, but a light citrus background that is great. There wasn't too much ginger, which is my main complaint with most chai. I love this tea.

★★★★☆

Yum. Just yum. Very light, very aromatic. Very much enjoyed. Yum!

★★★★☆

Light and spicy. Not over powering at all. Has alot flavor for a mellow blend. Defentaly not a shy tea and not your normal dark sad winter days chi. This good for warm summer rainy days and a book.

★★★☆☆

I had high hopes for this tea, though it just didn't deliver. It's OK, it just doesn't hit the high notes of other chai blends.

★★★★☆

This was a good idea. The spices and fruit did overpower the white tea a bit, probably because white tea is usually so delicate. It was spicy and tasty though. I brewed it with a little cream and sugar. It was lovely.

It's spicy and light with just the right amount of flavor! It's utterly delicious, but somehow feels spicier than other chai blends.

★★★★☆

Starting to warm up to this tea. Not bad, just a tad bland.

★★★★☆

Very enjoyable. I actually liked this tea more than I thought I would, it has a softer and more subtle effect on the palate than the black or green chais. This blend makes for a nice evening tea.

★★★★★

Another definite favorite!! I really couldn't have too much Chai!

★★★★☆

I love chai teas, but sometimes the black variety is too heavy or intense. This is an excellent alternative when the need for spice hits but a dark tea sounds like too much. Especially good for hot summer nights.

★★★★☆

This is all spice and no tea. I like it, though. However, if you were looking for a more spiced tea taste, this may not appeal. I accidently steeped this for almost ten minutes, which left me with deliciously peppery tea. Probably wouldn't stand up to making a milky chai tea latte.

First thought upon tasting? Spice! It reminds me a lot of the Thai Chai, except lighter. Possibly with what could be considered less depth. I do like it, but it is mostly just spice. Empty spice. Smells amazing though.

★★★☆☆

Not really a fan of this one. It was okay, but other than that, nothing extraordinary.

This light chai is very delicate and requires that you heat your water to the right temperature, but it was worth the effort. This is not a tea I would drink every day, but on the days I am looking for something special, and pretty, this is the way to go. I almost wish I had one of those pretty little glass pots so that I could brew it in that. It is like a bouquet of flowers when it is brewed. It is spicy, but not overly so, and it is a great pick me up, I deserve some pampering, tea.

This is a very mellow chai blend, but one of my favorites. Has a very mild, delicate flavor, but still with a decent kick. Love the addition of the pink peppercorns!

I enjoyed the spices in this chai and tasted like the holidays. I think this would be a great tea to add milk.

★★★★☆

White chai seems like a strange idea, because the other flavors would necessarily overwhelm the white tea. I still wonder at the name of this blend because there's so little white tea at all... but what matters most is that it's tasty! This is bright, zesty tea. Peppery-spicy, rounded out with sweet, fruity flavors and rich lemongrass. For me, this is a great night time low-caf pick-me-up.

★★★☆☆

Somehow this comes off as unbalanced. I like the lemongrass in the Thai chai...in that one it mixes great with the coconut. In this one I get a lot of the zestiness of the peppercorn and the lemon flavor sort of throws that off. This is not my favorite chai. I love the masala and Thai chais from Adagio. I am getting a bitter aftertaste even though I didn't steep it too long. This smelled wonderful in the bag, though.

★★★★★

This was delicious. I made it with water and a splash of milk, but I think it would be better with all milk. It made my house smell wonderful all day and tasted even better.

★★★★★

I love this tea. It was delicate yet spicy. I don't know where to begin. The flavors danced on my palette oh my what a delight! I think next time I'll try a longer steep time to bring out the flavors a bit more. I do like a very strong cup of tea

Just what I was expecting from a white chai once I read the reviews--light-bodied and lemony from the lemongrass, but with the background of spice that makes it still distinctly a chai. A perfect afternoon treat when I want those yummy spicy flavors without the heavy warmth of a chai latte. Glad I tried it for sure!

★★★☆☆

The lemon grass and ginger are the most dominant flavors with the red pepercorn peeking through. An interesting flavor but was too weak no matter how I steeped it for my liking.

★★★★★

I was pleasantly surprised by just how much I enjoyed this blend - the spices are perfectly balanced and make for a really invigorating cup.

★★★★★

a nice, light chai. it's nice when i want something spicy, but not a black or green tea.

★★★★☆

This tea is good, but the spices are a little stronger in this tea compared to some others. I would recommend it for those looking for more kick.

★☆☆☆☆

I couldn't stand this. It took all of the warmth and comfort out of chai. It left it weak (but still weirdly and overly spicy - maybe the red pepper?) and sterile.

★★★★★

Possibly one of the better chais on the site. Tastes incredibly similar to a teavana blend, only it doesn't leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Well done.

This is a wonderful, light chai blend. The white tea really cuts through the spiciness of the chai but still keeps the integrity there. I really enjoyed it and plan to order more soon!
