This tea is delicious, although I may be biased by my general love of all things coconut. I prefer it with milk and a bit of honey.
Creamy coconut and playfully floral lemongrass highlight this succulent chai blend. Let the aroma draw you in...

This tea is delicious, although I may be biased by my general love of all things coconut. I prefer it with milk and a bit of honey.
I didn't think I was going to like this tea based on the smell - probably the lemongrass in it, of which I am not a huge fan. So I was surprised to find it a pleasant blend.
~Not the flavor I hoped for. I wanted more of a tropical taste and found this overpowered by the spice and not enough coconut. Not bad by any means, just not what I thought.
Wow, the aroma is to die for! You definitely get the lemongrass up front, with a coconut after taste. Not spicy at all like a regular chai. A perfect twist on chai!
This wasn't terrible. I followed the directions on the bag, and am definitely going to give it a few more tries while testing out different steeping temperatures and times. It tasted a little soapy this time around.
I love chai tea and Thai food, that is why I decided to try this tea. It is a beautifully aromatic tea with a nice blend of coconut, lemongrass and cinnamon flavors. I followed the steeping instructions on the package and it was perfect. To top the cup of goodness off I added a tablespoon of honey and about a tablespoon of coconut milk.
Wasn't entirely sure what to expect with this tea, but once I received it I was certainly pleasantly surprised. The spices balance nicely with the tea and the added coconut flakes give a creamy, sumptuous feel to the tea. Will certainly become a staple in my tea drawer!
Fantastic chai---still second to the chocolate chai. I loved that. But a good solid chai.
This tea smells like my favourite Thai restaurant! I've only had it hot, but I'm sure it would make an awesome Thai Iced Tea.
One of my favorite chai teas from Adagio. A refreshing change from the heavier spiced masala. The lemon grass keeps this blend both fresh and light.
I loved this. I bought a few chai samples, and never expected this one to be my favorite. It will be one of my regular order teas from now on. It is just yummy.
One of my favorites. Smells like a Thai restaurant, but doesn't end up tasting like dinner.
Disclaimer: I thought this tea was a traditional Thai Tea when I purchased it. The tea is a good quality black, but it's completely overwhelmed by the coconut flavor which tastes somewhat artificial. Somewhat better with milk than without.
I like the combination of flavors in chai, and this is pretty good.
This is interesting, but I'm used to these flavors in my Thai food, not my tea. As unique as it is, it's just not one I'll reorder.
My 11 year old son explained it in one sentence, 'Heaven in a cup!'
This tea is infused with inspiration. It is truly the hot beverage compliment to a refreshing Thai iced tea - exactly what I expected. Delicate yet present flavors (lemongrass, coconut) are blended perfectly, creating a Chai with desirable, sweet smoothness - not traditionally spicy at all, as is the Masala Chai. Don't be mistaken: this tea is aromatic and strong, by nature of Chai. I also leave my tea bag to seep while I drink tea for a stronger, somewhat bitter bottom-of-the-cup sip, and the Thai Chai stands up to my tea drinking habits. I'm eager to try this tea with coconut milk.
This tea is so exotic. If you're feeling adventurous definitely pick this up!The lemongrass accentuates the coconut flavor, I'll describe it as if you've ever used coconut shampoo,it smells and would probably taste like it too in simple context.
This is the perfect chai for me. I usually think standard chais are a little strong. This one is slightly milder.
Why did I buy a whole pound? I think it is the lemongrass flavor that I don't care for. I would prefer to just have the standard chai over this.
love this. the flavors are a perfect blend - love the coconut. it's especially good with a bit of warmed almond milk.
Interesting flavor- very, very reminiscent of certain Thai dishes, which you may or may not want in a tea. Perhaps not a daily tea for me, but one that I think I'll keep around for when I'm feeling adventurous!
This is perhaps my favorite chai I have ever tasted. Very delightful as a morning cup of tea to wake up the senses.
This is my absolute favorite chai. I mix it with Marsala Chai most of the time so that it's a little spicier. A splash of soy milk and agave nectar. It's a great way to start each day!
A good afternoon tea. A little too fruity for me to have in the morning, but very good with a little sugar.
What a wonderful tea. Comprised of several spices in a beautiful balance, it is a strong chai with a great aroma and even better taste. I would recommend it to anyone -- in fact, I have converted two people who were not into tea thanks to Adagio's chai selection.
Delicious. I'm ordering another pound of it. Haven't tried it with milk yet, but that's next.
The familiar thai flavors definitely come through in this chai. I agree with the recommendation to use more/larger scoops when steeping or you may wind up with a pretty flat, light black tea.
This is my first chai from Adagio. I must say I am very impressed. The tea is full of flavor and it makes my kitchen smell wonderful. The coconut tastes great. I think this is a great comfort tea for the winter, especially for days when you are feeling sick.
Very good chai. String flavor and even better aroma.
Good cup of chai tea. The spice feels great on your throat and leave a pile of yumminess in the bottom of your cup. I would like it to be just a bit stronger. But, overall a good tea and I will enjoy all of it.
A nice mellow cup of tea best enjoyed cold in my opinion. Coconut seems to be the most overwhelming flavor here but it is complemented well with a subtle hint of spice. That said, I couldn't help but find this tea to be severely lacking in the flavor department. Might want to try doubling the amount of tea you use with this one or extending the brewing time.
I love the coconut flavor in this tea. Its a nice balance of spice from the chai and sweet from the coconut. Deliscious with cream!
After getting the Chai sampler I decided that this was by far my favorite. It has a lot of flavors you associate with Thai food but in a lovely liquid form. This is my go to comfort tea.
A wonderful and refreshing tea. It smells and tastes great and is a nice alternative to the Masala Chai.
Very tasty and spicy tea. If you want to make a coffee shop style chai latte, you will need to brew the tea much stronger, and then add milk and sugar.
wonderfully full of spice and flavor, excellent hot with plenty of sugar and milk
This is another chai that took me by surprise when I smelled the dry tea in the container, but once brewed was much more what I expected of a thai chai like you might have at a thai restaurant (especially if you sweeten it up with a lot of sugar)!
Incredible! smooth and better than i ever imagined
Unlike masala chai, this one has more clove taste. I perfer the masala chai, but this is a great tea too.
I like to prepare my Chai is hot milk, this one didn't really work very well for that. But the flavor and aroma of the tea is great.
I loved this tea! Great spicy undertones. Mixed with a little milk and sugar it reminds me of thai chai lattes at my favorite thai place.
I LOVE THIS TEA! It's got a wonerful chai flavor accented by coconut and a light citrus flavor. Best with a bit of sugar, which somehow brings out the coconut flavor even more.
I love brewing this one up very strong, adding sugar and milk to it! Beats anything I can buy from the local coffee places!
This tea was okay by itself but much better with milk and honey. This is one of those teas that you either will like or hate.
This is the best chai I have had. I will continue to the buy this until I die!
This is my favorite chai. I don't drink coffee, so when I do need some go-joe juice, I turn to my thai. To me, it's a lighter chai. I also have marsala chai, and it's a heavier, more wintery chai. So I guess it's like having a spring chai (thai) and a winter chai (marsala)!
great addition for any chai lover. tastes good with milk also.
It is delicious and smells fabulous! It was a very nice change for me from my mostly black tea flavors preferences. I make it in my new ingenuitea teapot and it lasts a long time.
My boyfriend's favorite, and probably in my top 10. I think the coconut flavor could be a bit more forward (I actually like to mix it 50/50 with the black coconut). I do love the ginger notes, and this makes a great iced tea.
