I like chai in general, and this tea is perfectly serviceable, but I find it is too light for me - I prefer darker, heavier brews. Next time I’ll try using double the amount.
Creamy coconut and playfully floral lemongrass highlight this succulent chai blend. Let the aroma draw you in...

Initially, I was underwhelmed by Thai Chai. It didn't taste of much to me-- it tasted like severely watered down chai (with some odd coconut/lemongrass/peppercorn smell hanging out in my cup). I was pretty disappointed.
Later, I made a cup doubling the suggested amount and let it steep twice as long, by accident. The end result tasted a lot better than my early cups using 1 tsp. of the mix. It might not be the most 'economical' tea blend to buy, but it's not bad if you use more and let it steep for longer. It's actually quite nice with a splash of coconut milk and a little honey-- rich, but it a light way. I would buy this again, just double the amount used and the steep time (made in a 12 oz. mug).
I adore the Masala chai, but when I saw Thai chai with coconut and lemongrass, I knew I had to give it a try. It's really good, although my bag has very little coconut and a lot of lemongrass. If the mixtures were reversed, it would be perfect. I still prefer the Masala chai, but this is a nice change when I'm feeling congested in the head.
Sorry this is a no go for me. I love masala & green, but this has an off smell & taste for me. I wanted to love it, but can’t even finish the sample i got.
Love this tea! I add a bit of milk for a smoother flavor. A light take on a great chai - perfect for waking up in the mornings!
Love this tea!! Lightly spiced with a slightly oily mouthfeel.
One of the best teas I've ever tasted. It has a lot of flavor and is especially good with a hint of sugar and milk.
One of my favorite chais. Great balance lemongrass and coconut
A delicious blend of Chai! Perfect for anyone seeking a little extra flavor
The perfect spiced tea for anyone who is not a big cinnamon fan.
I didn't expect such a strong coconut flavor, so I did not enjoy it as much.
Didn't really care for this one, I think the lemon grass or some other component added a lot of bitter flavor that couldn't be covered up by the other ingredients.
This is my favorite chai. It has the perfect amount of spice and the coconut makes it really delicious. It's very good with sugar and milk.
A great Chai tea. Definitely going to give this as a gift!
This is Amazing!! I love this one!! Definitely a new fav
This has become my new favorite chai tea. I ve been a masala chai tea fan for years, but the unique taste of Thai chai has changed all that. The lemongrass and coconut accents are lovely. I prepare it the same way I prepare typical chai tea lattes (with a frother) and it s exceptional. I may actually have to buy a pound of this because I m going through it so quickly. You definitely have to use at least 2 Tbsps per cup. I find brewing it even longer than 10 mins helps keep it strong so that it has a kick.
A nice spicy chai , lemongrass and coconut really come through.
Delicious and light, the lemongrass can come through very strong. Goes well with honey.
I LOVE THIS TEA! It is perfect for any season, but I am definitely going to designate it as this year s fall go-to dessert tea. I make it using two heaping teaspoon for 12oz , add almost one tablespoon of sugar, then a splash of milk, and then relax and enjoy! I just had a glass of it, but I am craving more already!
is there a higher rating than 5 stars? wish there was because this tea would get it. really like it with some cream and a little sweet
This teas has a very exotic flavor to it. Makes me feel like I am on vacation!
I love the warming spices in this tea. I prefer to add some extra sugar and plenty of milk to this one.
I Started with a sample of this and I just reordered because I love this tea so much! The lemongrass keeps it light and with just a hint of dryness that I really enjoy. Great plain or with cream and sugar. I have also mixed this with Vanilla Black tea, and it is lovely that way too.
This is my favorite chai blend. A must if you love coconut!
Typical Thai Chai flavor you would expect. The coconut is pleasant to look at it makes this tea go good with milk and honey.
This is probably one of my favorite chais! I highly recommend this one iced with some milk and sweetener!
I hated every one of the chais. They're crappy imitations of the stuff I'm lucky to be able to get nearby. Traffic sucks, but living in a metroplex does have its perks.
Can't put into words how much I love this flavor. The coconut and lemongrass blend to create a taste very much like a Tom Kha Gai soup at a Thai restaurant—especially with a little milk. Try it cold for bonus deliciousness.
A lovely chai. I made mine fairly sweet as it recommended and it was great and especially fabulous with the chai tea cookies.
I love the coconut taste! It is a relaxing tea. It is very unique.
A really good spice blend. I personally like coconut though so if you don't it may not suit you
Not one to my liking, I don t think I would order again.
This variation of Chai is great when you want something familiar, but also just a little bit different. The lemongrass gives it a beautiful taste.
I can drink this one just by itself, no sugar, milk, lemon, etc.
This is a really nice chai, sweet and flavorful. I didn't find myself needing much sweetener and is great with a splash of nut milk.
I've had this one in the past and loved it, but recently I tried it iced with coconut milk--highly recommend.
Unexpected flavors for a Chai, but absolutely delicious. I love to drink it with a bit of almond milk and maple syrup.
I enjoyed the tea. I definitely will order more when I get paid!
I like the idea of chai tea, but often the blends have too much ginger for my taste, and the ginger drowns out everything else. Not so here. I love how the sweet of the coconut balances the spices and lets their complexity come through. I drink it without anything added, and it's perfect. Sometimes, when I want a bit less caffeine, I mix this with decaf vanilla, and this works well for me.
This was a perfect blend of tea for me. I mix it with others teas and it makes a refreshing cold tea. This is a favorite go to tea for every occasion. I love it.
A favorite. So much flavor, but not overpowering. Love the lemongrass in this with the softness of the coconut. Another tasty treat iced.
delicious, one of my favorite teas so far. The chai, lemongrass and coconut mix perfectly together to make a unique flavor. Doesn't taste like Thai iced tea to me, but it does taste like Thai spices. I like it without milk/sugar.
I like this Chai a lot more than the masala chai... the hints of lemongrass and coconut make it more delicious.
Brewed directly in whole milk this stuff is like crack at my house!
This Chai is very flavorful. I sometimes add a little honey, but it is so tasty that most of the time I just enjoy it plain. If you like chai you definitely need to try this one.
This is okay. I do not love it. I mainly taste coconut and I think the other main flavor is lemongrass. I do not really get any of the 'chai' flavors. I would rename this Thai coconut lemongrass tea to be more realistic about the flavor profile. I made this so far without anything added so I will try to make it again and add sugar.
UPDATE: I tried this iced, with some sugar, and I like it a lot better. So I would say it is 'ok' hot, but 'good' cold, so I just changed my rating to 4 stars instead of my original rating of 3: the 4 stars is only for iced. 3 stars for hot.
This one, you have to watch like a hawk. heap your measurement somewhat, and stop the brewing after no more than 4 minutes, and you have a wonderful marriage of chai spices, lemongrass, and coconut - but if you miss that window, it's overbalanced.
I haven't had any other thai chai to compare this to, but it was a delightful change from my normally heavier black tea preferences. The coconut wasn't overpowered, nor was it too sweet, and it left a pleasant tropical aftertaste.
Love this iced with some vinnila cream, and bobba, delishhh
One of my favorites! Not too strong. Flavorful. Wonderful with almond milk!
