This is my favorite loose-leaf chai tea ever. The coconut flavor is delicous and it’s great iced.

I had this chai as a sample and had to buy the full size. Its very light and relaxing, a good morning tea on stressful teas because it has caffeine and the lemongrass and coconut give it a nice calming, almost citrusy and floral taste. I love it
I didn't really like this one, mostly because I apparently don't like lemongrass. I never knew that, so now I know to avoid teas that have it. It overpowered the flavor.
One of the most unusual chai teas I've tasted. Really strong smelling and really strong tasting. It actually tastes really good but the smell is a little offputting. I wonder what it is about it, not the lemongrass surely, but it smells really soapy and although I really like the taste, that strong smell reminiscent of soap really turns me off of this tea.
I like to drink this tea as a latte with some frothed almond milk. I like the coconut flavor with the chai spices.

Thai chai is fragrant, spicy and delightful. The lemongrass, ginger and coconut dominate, with a peppery finish. I was not expecting to like this, but I will definitely be ordering more.
EDIT: I bought the largest bag this time around and I think the recipe changed, because the tea smelled and tasted so bad. There seemed to be an abundance of lemongrass and very little coconut. I don't know what is going on. OLD REVIEW: So good, I love everything about this tea - coconut, cinnamon, that hint of lemongrass. So delicious and it's just as good with milk, which I adore.

Thai Chai was my second favorite selection of Chai when I sampled four separate types. It was so close to my favorite that I ordered it first. I will be ordering this tea again soon as well. I truly enjoy the spice Chai Tea to start my day with fragrance and a little heat. Thank you for making such a wonderful Chai available.

This chai tea isn't anything special. I had hoped for more flavor, but it tasted like most chias.

A little too much lemongrass, but that can be removed by hand. Otherwise, it's pretty darn good! I like how rich it is, and has it's own sweetness, no sugar required. Brewed strong and mixed 50/50 with milk, it's perfect!
Best Chai I have ever brewed of all time. I’m 64 and never been a coffee drinker. This is a great tea. It has been my favorite for many years now

A nice soothing chai for when you want to relax. I got a lot of lemongrass in my teapot, so the overall flavor was skewed toward that, but the coconut was still in force, sweetening it up without being in your face. Delightful!
(Years down the line and this is still a favorite.)

A great tea! I bought this when I had a cold, and between the heat of the tea and the spices of the blend, I felt much better almost right away. It’s ever so subtly sweet, and the flavors are never overwhelming or in competition with each other.
Thai Chai has a slight coconut flavor. Very nice aroma and no bitterness.
For someone who love coconut, this would be great. It was just too strong and distracting a taste for me.
This tea is amazing. I love the lemongrass and coconut flavors along with the subtle spiciness of the chai. It's like a thai curry in tea form, which kind of sounds gross but it's not. It's super good.

Bought this after receiving a sample. The lemongrass and coconut really make this unique from other chais. It's not quite like the Thai tea you get in restaurants (it's a little *too* lemongrass-y and coconutty for that), but it's very enjoyable if you like that sweet/spicy combination. Definitely a tea that I'll be keeping in my collection.
Perhaps I didn't use enough tea, but this tea seemed a little too weak in flavor.
This is a lovely, tropical, coconut-y tea. This tea does include some traditional spicy masala chai elements, like ginger, but the final product really is it's own animal. As a regular chai drinker, I like the Thai Chai as a change, but it won't replace a good masala chai for me. If you love coconut, you'll probably enjoy this.

My partner and I adore this mix. It s fairly sweet, but not too sweet. Enough that you can easily enjoy it hot or cold, with or without cream/milk.
