This tea is EXCELLENT!!! I got a sample with the Better Tea Club and immediately had to order it. I let a friend try it, and she ordered a bag as well. What a fantastic flavor! I can't wait to try it cold brewed.

It has a nice chai flavour but reminds me of Tom Khai Ga (coconut chicken soup).
I'm a huge iced thai tea fan. When iced, this sits in the mouth thick and waxy. Hot, though, this is the best take on chai I've tried, and I'm very glad for the purchase.

Makes a fantastic tea latte. Also mixes well with the Rooibos Vanilla Chai, but is still good on its own.

I've never been a big fan of chai, in fact I tend to hate most chais. However, Tai Chai is DELICIOUS. The coconut cuts through the spicy with a delicate sweetness that I could drink for hours. Yummm.
Lovely light flavor! Surprising that it's chai, but a great taste.
At first blush, I prefer the more classic Indian chais. However, I love the addition of lemongrass with its attendant lightness. So far I’ve rated it four stars but I’ve got 3 ounces and it is growing on me. I may have to revise my review upward!

I tried the thai chai after the masala chai, and I have to say that although the thai chai is still a nice chai, I enjoyed the masala better. For some reason I couldn't seem to get a strong enough flavor from the thai chai.

A lovely chai with a tropical flair. The lemongrass really brightens up cup. It would be really nice as a summer iced tea, but I m also really enjoying it right now as temps are in single digits and snow covers the ground. I added some sweetener and cream, but it would be good without the cream as well!

Love the taste too, too much. Would you please take out some of the caffeine and replace it with more flavor. I drink this loose and more than enjoy nibbling on the floaty bits.

I really enjoy this tea and I have been drinking this more than the Masala Chai that I also enjoy. I think it is the lemongrass in there that makes it really good to me.
The smell is fantastic and you can really smell the coconut, however I could barely actually taste the coconut, so I'm taking off one star. A good chai however, and milk or cream make a lovely edition. Perhaps going by their suggestion of using coconut milk is a good idea.

This tea has really grown on me. The lemongrass gives it a little extra 'oomph' and it's got a nice spice to it without being completely peppery like a lot of chais. I've been drinking it with hot vanilla (from Coffee Bean) and it's become one I love in the mornings.
