The smell and the taste of this tea don't seem to go together. When you open the pouch you are knocked off your feet with the heavenly aroma of mulled apple cider. But, once you brew the tea you soon find that the smell is merely fragrance. The actual taste of the tea is quite bland and nondescript. I won't buy this again.
Smells awesome but the flavor isn't as strong as I'd like.

Good tea - after reading the info on it, seems like it is Masala Chai with some dried apple chunks. I love apple and I am going to try this, and Masala Chai, with some fresh apple slices when it is steeping. I tried a little with milk and did not like that much.
I knew I'd love this from the second that I opened the bag. Even non-tea drinkers found this to be intoxicating. Perfect blend of spicy and sweet. I can see this becoming one of my favorites.
It's a nice tasting tea, and smelled very much of cinnamon and apple. However, I personally found the taste of apple to be just a little lacking. It's there, but its not the first that comes to mind.
This was a good spiced apple tea, but it's very 'Chai.' Don't get me wrong, I adore it. It's just not what I've come to expect from a Chai. I will certainly order it again, but for when I'm in the mood for apple, not Chai.

After trying 25 of Adagio's Teas, this is the first one that I didn't enjoy. The taste wasn't bad, per se, because there really wasn't much taste at all. I used 3 heaping teaspoons in my cup and still barely tasted anything. So... not my cup of tea but that doesn't mean someone enjoy won't enjoy it. :)

If you drink a lot of Chai, the fruity flavor of this tea takes some getting used to. Definitely apple aroma and flavor. The leaves look beautiful in my inginuitea. Not quite enough spice for my taste, but hey, I like a lot of spice.

I can't say enough great things about this tea. Of my 5 samples that I purchased, it was the first one I emptied. Doesn't matter if I brew this strong or weak it still tastes delicious. The apple / cinnamon from this is quite noticeable and I believe is the first chai I've liked. I even recommend this chilled as there have been a few times I've forgetten about my cup for an hour and still didn't mind finishing it off

Fantastic flavor with balanced Indian and traditional European spices. Apple is more of an aromatic, but it is perfect for Autumn and Winter.

Perfect amount of spice and apple flavor are in this tea. Just be sure to use enough tea per cup - 1 tsp to 1 tbsp. I add a tsp of sugar for some sweetness. I'll be buying more of this, especially during the fall/winter seasons.
