Just follow the instructions on the tea bag, those are pretty good. If you steep too long though, it becomes quite bitter though, so be careful.
Timeless duo of apples and spice. Juicy and pleasantly sweet, like warm applesauce, with a clean, refreshing texture.

A good cup of tea, but quite my tastes. I like a little more spice in my chai. This was the first apple flavored tea I've had to, I don't think I'm a big fan of apple. Not a bad tea, just didn't suit me.
This is a tasty Chai tea, I enjoy the apple flavor and look forward to trying other Chai teas.
This is a lovely chai with just the right amount of sweet apple, but without being too much like apple cinnamon. It's more complex than that, and lovely for rainy autumn weather.
It's wonderfully spicy. Not knock your socks off spicy but a noticeable amount of spicy goodness and flavor that is perfect for a chilly overcast day.
This tea smells just like apple cider. I think that apples in tea might not be my favorite thing, since the mouthfeel is super clingy and it feels like I have sugary cider all over my teeth. It's a bit too sweet for my liking, though the smell is incredible. For me, I felt like apple overpowered everything else.
Not bad, but not my favorite chai. More like an apple cider than chai.
Wonderfull favor and smell. It's like Fall in a cup!
The apple does come through, but the spice and chai are a little lacking. It needs honey or another additive to give it a bit of a boost.
This is a nice chai blend for autumn. I wanted to give it a try since I love chai spice and the added apple sounded nice... However, I think I will stick with the regular masala chai which is second to none, and still gives me that spicy autumn comfort.
The tea isn't too bad, but I wish it had more of a stronger apple and spice taste, it just fell a little flat but I still like it!
YUM. Spicy. Apple. Chai. You don't have to say anything more. It's very seasonal, it's got almost a cider quality to it but it's not as strong as cider. It's a really nice chai though, and making it a latte puts it in a really nice place.
I think next time I'll brew this a little longer and with an extra teaspoon. 2 tsps @ 5 minutes still had it a little weak and watery. The flavors are there, but just not enough of them!
I originally got this one as a free sample on a whim but ended up absolutely loving it! It's a great cold-weather tea and is deliciously spicy and apple-y. It kind of tastes like if apple cider and tea were married and created deliciousness.
This tastes like fall to me, which I recognize is me specific, but it's got that almost apple cider taste combined with chai.
I bought this tea for a co-worker and she has been really enjoying it. The smell makes me wish I had bought one myself.
We love chai in our house and drink it hot or cold. We really enjoy this. I would like the spices to be a little bolder, but overall a great chai.
In all the teas I have gotten from Adagio, this is the first that I absolutely cannot stand. When I first heard of it, I was certain I'd love it. Spiced chai? WITH APPLE? Sign me up! But the first cup was bitter and mostly tasteless to my personal taste. I've tried brewing it several different ways, with and without sweetener and milk, lesser steep times, cooler water, sun brew, teapot brew, all failed me. It continues to just be very bitter tea to me.
I tried this with some soy milk and honey and wow it makes a good chai. The apple adds a burst of crisp and fresh flavor that reminds you of the best season of the year, fall.
A lot of enjoyable flavor. Good for anytime of day.
To me personally this drink is disgusting and VERY, I can only say it burns. I tried to drink this tea on two different occasions, both times I drank it black, with milk alone, with honey alone and with milk and honey and the chai part of the tea was just so overpowering and almost burning in flavor I couldn't drink more than a little.
Fall in a cup. Just the right balance of fruit and spice.
I LOVE this tea! It's my favorite thing to wake up to on fall mornings! Spicy and delicious.
mmm. tasty spiced apple goodness. great for the fall.
This was my favorite of all the chais I've tried. I used a little less than the recommended amount since I prefer apple spice weaker.
Got this one for my girlfriend and she loved it! The apple is not overpowering.
This is the perfect fall tea. It has the apple and cinnamon aromas of the season. You can kick it up a notch and brew with a vanilla tea to add to its layered quality.
The flavors just weren't balanced right for me. Dependent on brewing time and tea concentration either sourness or briskness reigned, with a hint of clove. I couldn't get any complexity out of the tea itself and the apple flavor never mellowed to the smoothness of 'applesauce.' Definitely go heavy on the sugar, a dark brown will bring out the spices and cover for the unusually weak tea base. I'll stick to simmering my home masala blend in apple cider (yeah okay, my standards for this tea were probably set too high) when the urge for apple chai strikes.
This is the perfect flavor of tea to have during the Fall! The chai taste isn't super strong, but it's still delicious!
I haven't had chai tea in a long time and boy did this hit the spot. I think anyone that likes chai will love this tea
It tastes a bit like apple cider mixed with black tea, and some added spice. I like it a lot.
Does need a bit more of an apple presence as the strong tannin taste of the tea tends to still overpower it suprisingly. Delicious fall tea though, but needs more apple.
I really didn't like this at all, I may have steeped wrong, but I really did not like anything about this tea.
Nice flavor, but you have to use a lot of leaves.
So I'm not usually a huge fan of chai teas, but this one was actually just what I was looking for! If you mix in just a touch of cream, it turns in to liquid apple pie.
This is so good! Perfect for the fall and winter time!
A little to much spice, it was alright but kinda reminded me of a candle.
Definitely spiced! Perfect for a nice fall cup of tea.
A great Autumn blend of apples and spice reminds me of hot apple cider.
very nice, not too much chai spice. good hot or cold
I really love this tea. I tried as a bagged tea from a different company and I wanted to know what it tastes like in loose leaf form. It did not disappoint. I brew all my chais in a half milk/half water mixture. The chai spices were definitely present with notes of apple. The next time I buy this, I will get the full pound as I am already running out of this fabulous tea.
Literally the best chai that I have ever had! I would recommend it to anyone!
I loved this version of spice apple chair way more than the teavana version. I really enjoyed this as an evening tea.
I enjoyed this tea, it is nice to have reminds me of apple cider has a very nice aroma
As other reviews have stated the scent of this blend is fantastic. Spicy, sweet, with a punch of apple. I brewed this with a bit of honey, and while the tea steeped the scent grew into something reminiscent of hot apple cider. As for the flavor- it is good, but not strong in spice as the chai might suggest. The apple flavor is also quite subtle, and this would perhaps be enhanced by blending in more apple pieces. While not as potent as the smell, the taste is still enjoyable.
love the smell of this tea. just delicious. good for a chilly night.
This tea is more spice than apple. I think it would taste better with more apple flavors to balance out the tea. I use this tea with seasonal apple cider for cider tea!
Wonderful tea. Love the flavors of it. This is the first Chai tea we have tried and it won't be the last. I sweeten it with very little raw sugar and it needed nothing else.
This is a wonderful warming chai. Perfect for fall!
This tea is perfect. It tastes just like a mulled cider but with tea. It needs absolutely nothing added to it.
