Brewed this for the recommended 5 minutes and it was pretty bitter, so I added a touch of honey. I would like a little more apple spice flavor, but this is a solid black tea for fall.

This tea smells wonderful! I haven't quite got the preparation figured out yet in order to get the best flavor for my taste. It's a little too spicy for me with the recommended amount and brewing time. Adding milk and sugar does seem to mellow it out some.
This tea smells amazing, but I can never get it to brew up just right. It mixes very well with caramel flavored black tea, though (1:1 ratio brewed for 3 minutes).

This tea smells and tastes like mulled apple cider. It's best with some rock sugar. I really liked it, it just didn't remind me of traditional chai very much. To be fair, that's probably because it isn't, though! .-)
