Wow, I'm in love with this tea. It needs the full brew time to be strong enough for me, however.

Very good. Tastes similar to the rooibos vanilla but with the chai spices added to it. It's a nice to to have at the end of the day.

Perfect cup of chai for the night time. The taste is similar to the Masala chai (my fav) but without the caffeine to keep you up all night. Highly reccomend this one.
Very smooth with a subtle vanilla flavor, but still warm and comforting like Masala chai. I tried it with a bit of cream, which added a rich flavor to the tea. I steeped for six minutes, but this is probably going to be a staple in my household from here on out.
We were looking for decaf Chai that didn't compromise flavor and strength and this is it. The spice is all there and the flavor is amazing. Rooibos are different than leaves but the character and taste is all there. A truly enjoyable cup of tea. Straight or with milk. A must try.
While first steeping, this tea exudes a lush floral and juicy apple scent. As a couple minutes pass, rich orange, clove and spice smells come to the forefront. The tea has a beautiful deep caramel color when finished.
I first sampled this tea without sweetness or cream. It has a very mildly bitter citrus taste as it washes over the front of the pallet. This citrus taste intensifies as it moves to the back of the tongue. It has a clean finish with a hint of astringency.
The addition of Splenda sweetener increased the creamy spice scent, and made a huge improvement in flavor. It really brought out the flavors of vanilla and clove, and gave a richer, thicker mouth-feel, which I really enjoyed.
Finally, I tried the tea with a touch of cream. I am undecided if this made a notible difference. The mouth-feel is a little thinner than without the cream, and the tea did take on a slightly richer flavor, but all in all, the difference was not enough to make cream in this tea a must-have.
Overall, this tea is quite delicious, and I can't wait to order more!
This is perfect in the afternoon. I add a little bit of honey to it.
My Fiance loves Vanilla Chia so i purchased this for him. I feel like there should be a little more vanilla for our taste, but overall with a little milk and sugar we enjoyed it!
I love the combo of vanilla and spice, but I really want to add black tea to it. Then, it would limit the vanilla flavor, so I'd rather just do a chocolate chai and add vanilla extract or something.
I like that this chai is caffeine-free. I also like that it is a bit more mild, less spicy than the other chais I have bought. The vanilla is very faint, but even then, I still think this tea is worth rebuying.
OUCH! So much peppercorn in it my tongue burned for a LONG time after drinking it. Couldn't taste cinnamon or vanilla. Glad I only tried a 3oz package.
I liked it, but probably wouldn't order again juuuust because the tea's components were so thin. You literally need an extra-fine sieve to drink this tea. I only wish I had known, because I was scrambling to find a sieve. I also can't taste the vanilla in here...So overall, pretty good chai, but I'm not sure if I'd order it again.
Was kind of impressed by this one, actually.. I dont know if I'm a fan of rooibos, but the rooibos vanilla chai was pretty good with a splash of milk

This is a staple Chai. It is probably one of the best and most versatile teas that Adagio carries. It blends marvelously with most other teas, and is great iced or hot by itself. Simply wonderful.

A very true chai flavor! I don't get a lot of vanilla out of this, but it's smoother than a regular rooibos, so maybe that is where the vanilla figures in. Great on its own, especially with milk.
The chai blended with rooibos makes this tea so smooth and mellow but with a punch of flavor. Even just a little sweetener goes a long way. Definitely will re-order!

I love chai but the one time I had rooibos in the past made me think it just wasn't for me. After trying this offering from Adagio I must say I am re-thinking rooibos. A definite re-order!

This tea was really amazing. It is flavorful, but not overpowering. The vanilla was fairly strong, but it blended well overall.
Rooibos and Chai, currently top contenders for my favorite tea type. The vanilla is a nice addition, as it keeps either the Rooibos or the Chai from taking over too much. It's sweet, it's spiced, it's great for sitting down and enjoying a good read.
The hint of orange in this is fantastic! This is my go-to tea when I need something warm and comforting.
This is a very good chai. It's perfect for those that want a slightly sweet chai and blends well with the vanilla without it overpowering the spices. Usually I add a little sugar and some milk or cream. It's amazing.

While I am not a fan of Rooibos tea itself, this tea has become my favorite chai tea. I usually add a little cream to it and it is a wonderful treat. I love this tea so much that my last order was the biggest bag Adagio had.
I love this as a caffeine-free version of chai. The vanilla is present but doesn't taste fake nor does it take over the flavor. A perfect winder/fall cup.
I love this tea not just because for two reasons. One, it's great on its own. I still have some playing to do, but it's warm enough not be too spicy, and sweet enough to be indulgent with a cookie or two. Secondly, it's fabulous in blends. I have a lot of fun adding this to a variety of other teas as a little something-something. It does a good job of blending in to the background when not much is added, or being the showcase tea when it's the most. I'm looking forward to playing with it more...maybe using some milk and see what happens.

When I think of chai, this is the flavor combination I think of. The vanilla adds a specific note to the rest of the spices that really kicks it up a notch. My favorite Adagio tea so far!
It's a good tea to introduce to people who have not tried out Chai teas, since it's not too powerful and the vanilla gives it a bit of lift too. Great to use when blending, especially with chocolate teas (ie. chocolate chip). Yum!
Not my favorite cup of tea. I'm a big fan of chai, but have never really ventured into rooibos. This has a strange, very sweet aftertaste. I think I'll stick to my comfort zone =)

This was my first time brewing and drinking chai, and this was amazing! Practically idiot proof (a necessity for me) and just what I was looking for! Spicy, warm, and inviting.
I really wanted to love this tea- it smelled amazing and it combines my love of vanilla and chai. However, it tastes watery, even when I use less water than a typical cuppa. It does taste better with a bit of cream or almond milk in it.
This tea is amazing, tastes like any chai tea but with a hint of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon. If tea could be sexy this one would be very sexy!
This is a good chai, especially to enjoy at night, not the favorite tea of my last order, I truly miss the caffeine I guess, but it is very good. I think is is best when prepared with the 2 teaspoons of tea per cup, I think I made it too weak at first. Mildly sweet with no adornment, a sprinkle of Splenda really enhances its flavor. Does not bite, as many chais do, I know I will enjoy more as the weather cools, especially to keep me from loading up on too much caffeine in the evening.
At the very first taste, this had me hooked. It is so sweet and well-rounded, and is a great pick-me-up drink. It put me in a great mood! I didn't even have to add anything to it to bring out the vanilla.
